If you do not get all of your work done at a Jiffy Lube, it looks as though you have missed servicing on your vehicle and CARFAX lowers the value of your vehicle unless you go in and fill out ALL of the work you have had anywhere else. I didn't get serviced at this shop. Went into get axels looked at the suggestion of the oil mechanic. They said I needed spark plugs with coils for a 60k check, axels on both sides, struts on both sides, and brakes, the pads AND rotors. I went to another facility for a 2nd opinion, and I only needed axels, which they visibly showed me. None of the other work was required. Jiffy lube is out here ripping women off and should be ashamed of it. read more

Hey Ride Share drivers. It's a shame we have to now pay for our yearly inspections. But I found a friend in Jiffy Lube. On Broadway and Swan. I always go there when tire pressure light goes on and they fill and let me know which tire is low free of charge. I recently had to pay Brake Max $40 for my Uber inspection. Even though I have a brand spanking new 2021 Kia, Lyft wouldn't let me drive until I had it inspected. State law. Jiffy Lube has the inspection forms on hand and only charged $22.99. The manager was so kind and I will do all future inspections and more there. read more

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for more than 10 years. I recently moved back to Tucson and needed to get an oil change. I called this location and asked how long the wait was. They said there was no one in the bay and that as long as I got there within the hour that they could have my oil change done in 15 minutes. That was not an exaggeration. From start to finish, I was in and out in about 20 minutes! Dusty was awesome and explained to me everything that needed to be done and everything that was done. Huge shoutout to Vershaun & Ronaldo. The service at jiffy lube on broadway and Swan was beyond amazing! I called inquiring to a few different jiffy lubes about getting a brake fluid exchange done and nobody could accommodate me. The two gentleman at jiffy lube were able to help while being short staffed. They were able to still do that and an oil change and tire rotation! I already felt bad coming in at time so close to closing and they were still so friendly and willing to help. Upon leaving work yesterday I thought it would be a great idea to get my oil changed and I had about an hour to spend before my meeting so I stopped into Jiffy Lube to get it changed quickly. I had been there before and thought it would take a little bit, but I was WRONG! They were friendly when they greeted me and offered me something to drink, but I sat in the waiting area with a plethora of people for about an hour and only one person got up to leave with there car. So, since I had no time left I had to leave and get to my meeting they didn't offer say that I could come back another time or really even do anything to accommodate me waiting an hour for the service. I was shocked about the customer service skills that were lacking. I have been to this place a handful of times and never experienced this bad of service. I was very disappointed and have to think twice about going back to get my oil changed. read more

Today, I went to have my car serviced at this location and everyone was great! Chris took time out of his busy schedule to explain the different types of oil and which one he recommended for my car. Chris really stood out because he was present at all times even asking if I needed anything else and gave me directions to a breakfast place while I waited for my car to be ready.
