Stay away from this location. Went in to spend money on three services that when I pulled in was told could be done. Really this place is just false advertising. Has a big flag out front advertising "tune-ups" That was a lie, couldnt get that done. Had a coupon from online for a serpentine belt replacement, couldn't get that done. Was told they could replace a thermostat... you know the answer lol. Worse part about it was the customer service or lack there of. After watching the dude that was going to do the work bounce back and forth between computers and never once advising me anything (glad I din't trust him with anything under the hood honestly), I had to ask him what was up after a long wait and them just standing around, and he had to have the other guy tell me he couldn't find any of the parts so nothing could be done.... and then silence... not offering another day, or hey we'll call another location see if they got it or can help you since we can't, nothing, no one in the location was concerned with making the money, I guess. Or they are only comfortable doing oil changes and keep it to that. Really horrible staff to be honest and I will never go to jiffy lube again based on how horrible this experience was. Bad employees ruin a business, and these employees are really trying to crumble a business that profits of of, having business. Just a shame honestly. read more

I took my car in for 100K service. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the services they were recommending. I had a few issues that needed to be resolved, which were taken care of no hassle. The service was quick, and very affordable. I plan on returning to this location exclusively for all of my vehicles due to the staff and my experience there. I was a bit surprised to find that they vacuumed the car, cleaned the windshield, topped off miscellaneous fluids, and checked all exterior lights during inspection. They go through a list of parts/fluids and tried to up-sell me, which is to be expected; doing everything a good employee should. However, after I turned down a filter change (which I really shouldn't have), they called me out to the loading bay, showed me how filthy my filter was and changed it free of charge. This was a really kind thing for them to do considering how many other services I had done over the course of just less than an hour. read more

This is probably the best Jiffy Lube location I've been to in Tucson. The staff is usually friendly and good although they do seem to have new guys there almost every single time. That being said, they're pretty quick and efficient. I also really like the "top off" policy on fluids because I've got a tiny little oil leak so I generally need to get a half/three quarters of a quart in-between oil changes. One issue that I do have is that every time I get an oil change they give me a barrage of things that need to be done to my car some are probably legit, others are probably not but that's the problem. There's so many things they say that need to be done I've got no idea what's necessary and what's not. Fortunately I've got a mechanic that I trust implicitly and I let him handle all of that stuff but just be forewarned, if you go there they will try and up sell you, but it is a gentle kind of up selling so it's pretty easy to say no. read more

I love this Jiffy Lube. I actually prefer to go here for mechanical needs outside of regular oil changes. I even bought the tires for both of my cars at this place. The entire staff has been friendly, outgoing, personable and knowledgeable every time I have been there...and that is probably 20 times. Just tonight I went in at 6:48 pm, 12 minutes before close because I needed an oil change. I apologized for being so late and told them I could do a top off if that was all they had time for. Andres insisted I get an oil change...then he found out they were out of my filter...again I told them a top off would be fine, but they called a local autozone and got a filter delivered...at 7pm...which was closing time. I was floored by the kindness and excellent customer service...on Thanksgiving eve no-less. I am very thankful...I know its just a Jiffy Lube...but whatever, its awesome! read more

The sticker fell off my windshield so I had no idea when I had last been in for an oil change but my light came on so I left work as quickly as I could and went to the nearest location. What a great experience I had. Manny M. and William R. were fantastic. Manny was extremely personable and was quick to make me feel extremely comfortable and well taken care of. There was no pressure from these guys, only great service. I was able to get my oil changed as well as a few other services that were sorely overdue efficiently and professionally. Manny made sure to keep me informed of what they were doing and they both exceeded my expectations in caring for my vehicle. Stopped in yesterday around 11:00 AM for an oil change, 11/18/2014. I usually go to the Campbell location where I receive mediocre service but nothing too awful, however I used this location because I planned on hitting the Guitar Center across the street and I can gladly say I will be back. We received superb customer service from all the employees. The three jumped on my car like a pit crew and had me out in around 10-15 minutes. The gentleman who cashed me out, I believe his name was Rollin, did a fantastic job of upselling the higher grade oils and even got me to consider one of these on my next visit, something nobody has managed to do in my many years of getting my car serviced. These guys seem to genuinely take pride in their work. Great job guys, keep it up and you've got a customer for life! read more

Every oil change on my focus, or any other service has been taken care of in a professional and timely manner, They have always been very helpful and address my concerns. That really means a lot to me especially since My husband passed away , to know that I can count on having my car serviced and get quality service and honest service speaks volumes. So I had got a oil change on GROUPON for the jiffy lube on speedway and alvernon, when I went to redeem it the gentlemen there was being very rude and said he couldn't do it. So I immedialty called the jiffy lube on broadway and swan to see if I was able to redeem it there.. they were more than glad to take me in and do my oil change with NO hesitation! MICHAEL and ADAM were very nice, welcoming and they made my visit and GREAT one and I will be returning whenever I need an oil change! I was very highly satisfied! I felt like royalty! Frank made us feel comfortable right away. They have superior customer service and work. The waiting area is small but comfortable with nice chairs a bathroom and water or coffee. They get you in and out quick enough but also took the time to do things right. We went on Tuesday around 3:30 and were out of there by 4:30. It was getting busier as we left so we got in and out just on time. I can really see myself coming back here for more services. P.S. Thanks Frank for putting on my beautiful steering wheel cover that was so impossible for everyone else who tried. Amazing customer service! Driving my first car not knowing much about it, my mother told me that I had to get my oil changed. She said it would take an hour or so and cost approximately 80 dollars. So after school I drove to the Jiffy Lube on Broadway and was greeted with a very friendly smile by a nice gentleman named Matthew. He was wonderful the whole crew was they got me in and out for less than $60 fixed everything up things I didn't even know about and told me about what everything did and its purpose. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. They did an incredible job I would highly recommend this location and I will definitely be visiting again. read more

Ive been hesitant to go out and do much of anything in public with this pandemic. As a business owner, with a fleet of 5 trucks, I cant avoid servicing my trucks. My experience was amazing. The customer service I received was friendly and top notch, what I only wish from my own employees. The gentleman who helped me was wearing a Trump mask today. Although I sometimes let my own prejudice get in the way, he was beyond helpful in getting me in and out quickly and was a pleasure to have when I first pulled up. I'm new to the Tucson area, so needless to say when I got a flat tire in a place I'm not familiar with, I felt pretty hopeless. Thank God for the guys over at the jiffy lube on Broadway! Mark, Chris, and Jacob let me borrow some of their tools to try to get my spare on by myself, then helped me finish the job when they realized I needed the help! Gave me a full service check free of charge and helped me get back on the road in no time at all. I was recently at the store at Broadway and Swan and was assisted by a young man wearing a Trump 2020 face mask. He was very polite and helpful. I applaud your organization for letting your employees express them selves-no matter what side of the issue they're on. I personally wear a thin blue line face mask and have been harassed for it, while at the same time I have never harassed anyone wearing a mask contrary to my beliefs. I actually wasn't going here intentionally for any kind of services. As I was driving past, a piece of metal on the road slashed my tire and gave me a flat and I had to quickly pull into their parking lot. While I was changing my tire, Vershaun made sure I had everything I needed and offered me any assistance if I needed it. I was in and out in 20 minutes and got to use my 5$ off coupon:) Matt was extremely helpful in his explanations of the state of my car and didn't push any purchases on me like a lot of other places do. This by far is the best jiffy lube I've been to in Arizona. The service was fast. The workers are very knowledgeable and friendly. They checked everything on my car and I was informed that I needed to replace a couple things. They happily excepted my coupon and gave me a coupon for next time. The waiting area was clean they had drinks, magazines, books and puzzles for the little ones. I was impressed and will be back for future oil changes! read more

Jacob was great! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Came in just for an oil change but they inspected my whole car. Physically showed me my dirty air filter and said it needed to be replaced (which I had already known but showed me before I said anything).
