I went here after not using this location for about two years. Never had a problem there before, but after my last visit I will not go to any Jiffy Lube again. I'm going to get right to the point here. I was displeased because the following day when it started raining I discovered that they had peeled the rubber on my wiper blades off. My advice to anyone looking for a place to get their car serviced is to stay away from any Jiffy Lube around here. read more

This shop ruined the threads on my oil pan by overtightening the plug. I could hear a bunch of chatter in the shop about the "drain plug" (my car was the only car in the shop at the time). Then the cashier/manager tried to charge me for a drain plug at checkout. When I asked her about what had happened to the original drain plug, she scowled at me, and angrily stalked into the shop and announced, "He wants to see the drain plug." After more chatter in the shop she came back and said they actually didn't replace the drain plug. One of the mechanics finally came to the customer counter and confirmed that my drain plug had not been replaced. HOWEVER, he failed to mention that they stripped the threads on the drain pan. When I got home, I soon had a large puddle of oil on my driveway, and I could see oil dripping around the drain plug. I was able to reach the plug with a wrench, and it turned with almost no effort. I turned it several revolutions clockwise, and it never tightened further, and I could see that the flange on the head of the plug was bottomed-out against the pan anyway. Many years ago I let a different Jiffy Lube service one of my cars, and they put on an oil filter so over-tight that it had to be cut off with a chisel. Foolishly, I allowed Jiffy Lube a second chance. I feel like an idiot. Jiffy Lube is the worst of the worst. Now I'm facing the choices of improvised stop-gap repair, or expensive done-right repair. Not to mention my wasted time and great aggravation. I will NEVER darken the doorway of a Jiffy Lube again. read more

Scammers. They tell you oil change is $40. And when the bill comes it's going to be $60..because $40 is only up to 5 quarts. And my car had 9 quarts. At the min I would expect that they would tell you that it's going to be more before they charge you. Only reason I came here is because my usual place was too full. Never again read more

Jiffy Lube Vienna installed my cabin air filter incorrectly causing my fan motor to malfunction. OK, no problem- mistakes happen but please own up to the mistake, do proper service recovery and promptly fix the problem. Jiffy Lube did none of those things.....first they said they were "not sure" the fan was working when we brought the car in. Trust me- with the current high temperatures in NOVA, I am certain it was working. Next they said "in the interest of customer service", they would install an after market part. I asked to install a dealer part but they said "we're not doing that". They asked me to return the next day to have the part installed, which we did. When we arrived, we we're told "we're too busy, come back tomorrow". Finally, after 3 days of the AC not working properly, they installed the after market part. We've taken all our cars to this location for several years. That ended yesterday. NOTE to Jiffy Lube: don't bother to reply with your canned response. read more

From the second you pull up the staff is so sweet and welcoming, they are never pushy and are very straight to the point. Oils changes can sometimes take a while but that is typically due to a high volume of clients. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube and especially this location. read more

Best Jiffy Lube I have been to. I have been sending all my cars here for years. Great service. I used to think all Jiffy Lubes were the same, well, and found out that it was a franchise. After trying one other Jiffy Lube, I have stayed with this one for years. They are very good at selling additional services though. It takes iron will to say no each time, which I'm not able to. However, I think I pay for the convenience. Can I really go and do the things myself or stop by another place to save a few bucks or $20, I cannot. It will simply skip my mind - no time. read more

I have moved to Arlington and return because of the great service. Joann is so knowledgeable, easy to understand, and careful to give prices and let me know what is and is not necessary. Everyone is thoughtful about communicating time estimates and where the facilities and refreshments are. I will be back. read more

This particular Jiffy Lube location is by far the best I have ever gone to and I have been using Jiffy Lube for as long as I have been driving. The entire staff, in particular the assistant manager, Charles was incredibly helpful in explaining to me why I was having some issues with my transmission even though it wasn't something that Jiffy Lube specializes in or could make money from. read more

My first visit to this Jiffy Lube today. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Staff were fine and did not try to oversell me on service I didn't need. Price for a synthetic oil change seemed a bit high, but with a coupon (which you can download from their website) it made the cost reasonable. read more

Came in for a tire rotation. One of the techs kicked my rim for no reason? Another entered my vehicles passenger side to get the log nut lock that I had already handed them and sat right on my backpack on the seat containing my laptop and glasses in their case. My case is cracked buy my glasses survived. Luckily my laptop survived the weight of the tech siting on it. I now have to buff out the scuffing on my rim and purchase a new glasses case. They had no business entering my vehicle, let alone sit in it on top of my personal items. read more

I've been a regular customer at this Juffy Lube location for years. Recently, they seem to have had a change in management or something. They pressure you to have additional, unnecessary services (more than they used to). At my last oil change the technician was actually making things up (lying!) to try to convince me that I needed several services, even after I told him that I had just a big 30,000 mile service done at the dealership not long ago and it had all been taken care of. When I got out my service records to show him, he became rude and dismissive. They must think that no female knows anything about cars. I was so disgusted by my treatment that I WILL NOT RETURN TO JIFFY LUBE again. They have lost a loyal customer read more

I went to Jiffy Lube in Vienna, VA today to get a lightbulb replaced on our rear brake light. I was dreading getting the kids out of the car and and my two-year-old's probable reaction to the loud machine noises (he's really afraid of them). However, when they saw my little boys in the backseat, they made sure I didn't have to get them out of the car and quickly popped in a new lightbulb. I tried to pay but they wouldn't let me and then they opened up one of the exits that was blocked off because that was the easiest way for me to leave. God bless those kind folks at Jiffy Lube! NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! In June, I brought my Ford Escape in for an oil change. Everything seemed to be fine. However, Jiffy Lube did not put enough oil in the engine. Six weeks later, the engine runs out of oil and seizes. My mechanic inspected the damage and found no signs of oil leaks. I sold the car for parts and now have to buy a new car. Crooks. read more

Had a great experience here last week. I was visiting the area and had a rental car. The oil light came on, I checked the level and it was low. I was heading to an auto store, when I came to this Jiffy lube. We lived here nine years ago and this was where I had our changes done then. I pulled in, explained that the car was a rental and asked if they sold oil by the quart. After hearing that they didn't. I asked if my memory was correct, since I used to live here, that there was an auto store up the street. The office attendant then said to pull the car around back. They topped the oil off, 1 1/2 qts. low, for me and when I offered to pay, they basically said that since I was a former customer, they would take care of it this time.
