I just purchased a BMW x4 and right as I got off the lot the tire pressure light came on. BMW wanted to charge me 600 for a tire which I'm pretty sure was leaking already. I got in touch with Rosslyn automotive and tyco auto as well. I decided to give just tires a shot after reading reviews. I called and they told me to come in to get the tire inspected. They inspected the tire and noted that there was a leak as I suspected. Neil the sales manager then called BMW to see if they could replace the tire for me but of course they said they were independent and we're going to charge. Then the sales manager called Goodyear and managed to get 50% off the tire. I ended up getting the tire with just tires, got hazard insurance and balance and tax came to 1/3 the cost at BMW. Do not go here for anything. I'm pretty sure the issue with my check engine light being on stems from when I took my car to Just Tires to get my oil changed and tires rotated. The oil change was around $20 and the tire rotation was free. I was thrilled to find a cheap place; I had to take a pet to the vet and I couldn't afford 2 big expenses at the time. However, the moment I drove out of the parking lot, I have had problems. The check engine light came on then. I should have reached out to them about it, but I didn't. I has taken my car there because the oil change was cheaper, my usual shop charges like $70. But now my usual shop just can't seem to figure out why the light keeps coming back on. My dad has taken it there a couple times now since I got my oil changed at Just Tires. They tell me I need to drive it for 100 miles and the light will turn off. I do that. It might turn off, like they say it will. But then it just turns back on. Other times, no amount of driving will turn it off. I don't know what more I can do at this point. I'm not made of money and when I do have the funds, I go to my car guy. A friend of my brother's from high school. He has helped me a few times replacing parts and doesn't charge me an arm and a leg. He is the only person I really trust, but he is not always available. And there are some services he doesn't provide. My dad insists on going to the same place every time when he takes it in. The usual shop that does charge too much for a regular oil change. And repairs, they are expensive. I try to tell him to go see my car guy instead and he just won't for some reason. Let me start by saying WOW! I've been to the Fairfax location many times recently for regular services and each time was amazing! Tried to visit last week but was shocked to see they had moved out! Super disappointing but we found out that theres another location a few miles down into vienna and we decided to give them a shot! Wow were we stunned to see that the extremely great service runs in the whole company! We went in to see about purchasing a set of 4 tires and we were just planning on shopping around but as soon as they told us the pricing, we were SOLD! Me and my husband immediately said lets do it! We handed over the keys and there was no more need to shop around! Not only was the price amazing, we went across the street to Giant to buy groceries, halfway into the store they had called us to say our vehicle was ready! We were stunned and could not believe it! I observed an act of honesty today at the Vienna Just Tires and wanted to give this store a shout out. An elderly lady with mobility issues came into the store stating she needed new tires (she was holding a check list from a car dealership). The manager went out to the car, measured the tire tread depth, and came back to tell her she did not need new tires, there was plenty of tread left. She proceeded to get just a tire alignment. They can't get the simplest things right like scheduling an appointment. I called in and they booked me early the next day because they were short staffed. I showed up and my name wasn't in the appointment list. Manager wasn't too accommodating. I came here after a flat tire and knew it was time to replace all of my tires. I went here due to its proximity to my work but regret not doing more research. I agreed to a certain tire but 30 minutes later they told me it wasn't in stock and gave me a "similar" yet more expensive option. Fast forward to 4 days later, I started losing control of the car on the highway and thankfully made it to a gas station for towing. After inspecting the car with the tow truck driver, it was clear that this wasn't a normal flat and the tire was nearly 100% off the wheel. After arriving just after closing the front desk staff was of no help whatsoever and didn't bother to take my keys so they could fix it tomorrow morning. Tires here aren't really any cheaper than anywhere else (read: Costco, Wal*mart) unless you're like me and have crazy Chinese underground connections for rebates on Goodyear tires. I can pretty much guarantee that you won't get a steal when you come here - even when they're offering promotional rebates (for example, if you open up a Goodyear credit card). I can, however, guarantee that they'll continue to take care of your tires here forever! That's one of the things that I absolutely love about Just Tires - lifetime tire rotation and balancing; this seriously saves me some $$$ over the lifetime of my tires! After my last fiasco at the Just Tires in Fairfax, I've since decided that I'm only ever going to the Vienna shop from now on. That's where I got my tires originally installed, and I've only ever gotten polite, professional, timely service here. Generally, my tactic for ensuring that I can zip in and zip out of here is to give them a buzz just before I'm heading over. They take tire rotations on a first-come-first-serve basis, so it's worth saving yourself a trip if they inform you that they already have a half-dozen customers lined up before you. Every service manager that I've spoken with at this location has been pretty good about estimating wait times, often under-promising and over-delivering. I'm all about being pleasantly surprised! One nice thing about Just Tires was their weekday operating hours until 8pm. I came in to replace a punctured tire on a weekday at 4:30pm, after learning from an auto repair shop that a construction site nail had punctured the tire's side (which precluded a simple "patch"). Because many auto service shops in the Vienna area close by 5:30pm or 6pm, my options were limited and Mr. Tires had terrible Yelp reviews. I considered driving to Costco in Fairfax to get new tires, but afternoon rush-hour traffic in Tysons Corner had already started. When I pulled up to the front of Just Tires at 4:30pm, the front desk person (Mohammed Sharif) came out to inspect my tires, but did not introduce himself or ask why I was there. Initially, I wanted to replace only 1 tire because I planned to replace all 4 tires at Costco later in the month. But after seeing the Goodyear all-season tires which seemed of better quality than the "starter tires" I had on the Prius, I paid for 4 brand new tires (total $580), which included a separate $60 mail-in rebate. However, I refused the credit card offer. Overall, this is a reasonable place if you need "just tires". However, I noticed a customer had come in for an oil change and other car maintenance services. My impression was the staff had a strong incentive to "upsell" services that you might not need. So I probably would not recommend this place for general services. But for "just tires", it's not a bad place to visit if you can't get to Costco easily or need a tire replaced in the late afternoon/early evening. read more

Earlier in the afternoon I realized that my tire had a big nail in it. I freaked out and called some shops in the area to get quotes and appointments. They were able to fit me in within the hour (so they said). I arrived and completed some paperwork for an estimate. I was quoted about 1.5 for my tire patch to be done - which to me seems like an awfully long time. Given, I did not have an appointment. I said I would wait for my car to be done rather than leaving. I stayed around in the area and went to a few stores and noticed that my car was still sitting where it was, this was about an hour into the wait. When it was nearing 1.5 hour I headed back and noticed they took my car in to fix. All in all I ended up waiting a little over 2 hours for a tire patch which took less than 30 minutes to complete. read more

And after they put my tire, they didn't balance the tire pressure or reset my sensors so I had to go back. And once I left again, my tires weren't all equally balanced. Never going back again. This store sells tires, not advice. I asked for advice yesterday about the original tires on my 2012 BMW with 10,000 miles. After an inspection, I was shown adverse tread wear, bubbles and dry rot due to age. Tires need to be replaced. Today, an independent BMW repair shop evaluated the tires. They are fine and do not need to be replaced. The tread wear is normal and occurred because the car has been driven at low speeds. That is correct since this car rarely runs at highway speeds. The bubble is a tread wear indicator built into the tire by the manufacturer to let owners know when the tread wears down to a very low level. My tires have tens of thousands of remaining miles before they need to be replaced. Tires do not suffer from dry rot and the rubber on my tires is fine. Please do not seek advice from Just Tires. read more

These guys are scammers, and completely dishonest. They tried to over charge by more than double for every service like balancing and came down in price once they saw I had another quote for literally less than half for the same service. I should have known better and immediately walked as they're dishonest people. They broke my valve stem on one of my tires while replacing and balancing them. They'd already charged me $1000 for tires and now wanted another $250 to fix their mistake. No thanks, I will not give any more business to dishonest people like them. One star. I will never return here. Went here today for a single tire. Tire price was fine, timeframe was fine. However, when I got my car back, I found my glove box had been rifled through and things that were formerly inside of it were now sitting on the floor of my passenger side and on my passenger side seat. I have no locks or anything on my tires that would have been required, and there is not a single thing I can think of that would have justified them going into my glovebox. Thankfully there was nothing worth stealing in there and to the best of my knowledge nothing was taken, but as the one single fear most people have when dropping off their cars just came true, I'll never go back. Went here to get new tired after one of mine went flat. It took about 4 hours which is the longest I've ever had to wait for such a thing but I did walk in without an appointment. The sales representative had no interest in my needs and was only interested in getting me to sign up for their credit card. After caving in and doing so, they entered in all of my information wrong so I had to go through the trouble of contacting the credit card Company and canceling the card they sent to the wrong address. This was a very hard process seeing as how everyone who helped me insisted upon me knowing the cc number and security code on the back which I obviously did not know. Super service since I first bought tires here 10 years ago and since. If bought here once in their computer easy look up and free rotations - free 3 yr alignments with premium alignment approx $150 vs $80. Caught nasty pothole on right side checked several places too both right side rims bent so they rotated for free and moved them to rear to minimize till I decided to replace them. Shopped around for 5 days and their price was among lowest so had both replaced and alignment - all is well as usual. Have had 4 tires replaced under insurance once from flat-spotting to avoid an accident coming down a hill. read more

I called in for an appointment to fix the alignment on my car, but apparently that didnt matter! I was told it'll be done in 45mins. So, I left it and walked over with my 3 year old to the coffee shop next door. I asked them to call me if it gets done earlier. I walk in an hour later and they haven't even looked at it. I was told another hour that I have to wait. This place charges the same as everywhere else (AFTER applying the coupon that is!!) So I do NOT recommend it at all.
