I stopped in very worried about my Kia low oil warning. I knew it wasn't ready for an oil change but that warning worried me. So I pulled in and they adde 1.5 quarts of oil, explained about the uniqueness of the Kia and its oil level sensor. I drove away within 5 minutes with no warning sign. My 18 year old son took his truck in there for the first time on his own to get his truck's oil changed. I had given him a coupon that I found from the jiffy lube website for 50% off a conventional oil change, and made sure he knew to show them that first. At the end, they told him the coupon did not work, and had no explanation why. Upon looking at his receipt, he was charged for a high milage oil change that he definitely did not ask for. I feel like they took advantage of a young 18 year old. Now he is out extra money he was not expecting to spend. Disgusting. Will never return. read more

I was asked if I wanted my windshield cleaned. I said yes. I got out to hold up windshield wiper blade. He said no cannot do that. I need to make notes on your account now. I said no need to clean it I'll do it later. He said no need to have an attitude. I said no attitude here. He walked behind my truck and said F***ing asshole. I got out and said what did you say Twice I asked. He said no service on 1. Said get your truck out of here. The employees said that that was unwarranted. They said he talks to other people like that. This is the store manager. Why would you let someone continue to work for you that talks to customers like that. I called and left message with the regional manager and 3 days later I never heard a thing back. You see caven the regional manager commenting on reviews saying customer service is their #1 priority. Really? And you let this guy talk to several customers line that. Then refuse to service their vehicle. Employees said he was aware of my situation but did not want to deal with it. 3/18/25 Cavan called me and I told him what I thought about his store manager. I made it very clear that someone is going to get hurt with this guy. It's happen before and will happen again. He offered to mail me an oil change voucher 10 days ago for my inconvenience. I called Jiffy Lube of wilsonville to determine if they could flush/replace transmission fluid for my vehicle. They insisted that they needed me to come in and to see my car in order to make that determination. I offered to provide the make and model and serial number (if needed) so they could determine if my type of car (2013 non-hybrid Toyota) was a car they could provide transmission flush service for or not but they indicated they could not tell me over the phone. I simply wanted to know cost and whether they offer the service so I could decide where to take my car. I called their competitors and got the information I needed over the phone and was able to take my car in to one of their competitors once I had that confirmation. read more

I was visiting from California last weekend and noticed on Saturday night that the air pressure in my rental car tire was low. On Sunday morning, I took the car to Jiffy lube for help. I don't remember the guys name that helped me but he was super courteous and helpful. He checked my tire out and added air. I was able to get back to the Portland airport without any issues. We needed to get a DEQ test done for my 2017 Toyota RAV 4. Everywhere else in town was busy, so we dropped by here. They were open, friendly, and got us out of there in 5 minutes. They gave us instructions to send our results online to the DMV and we were on our way. Happy with our quick stop here and will keep this place in mind in the future. The test was $24 read more

I only stopped by to see if I might be able to have one of the staff help me put on my windshield wipers as I recently bought new ones. Oscar went out of his way to help me and within three minutes I was back on the road. He showed me how to take off my existing wipers and replace them with my new ones. I was so impressed!! He was amazing and very friendly, and I really appreciated that he didn't charge me for anything, in this day and age where there seems to be so much inflation and people not willing to work without there being a payoff. Oscar was incredibly generous and kind. His manager should be so proud of him. I don't always bring my car to get the oil changed here, as I find the pricing just to be a little bit more elevated than Valvoline. That being said, I definitely will always bring my car here to get help with lights that are out, new wipers, or other questions about my vehicle. This company seems very honest and conscientious. I previously left a negative review and had issues with oil leaking after a recent visit. I was contacted by them to discuss my issues. I took my vehicle back to have them investigate the issue. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. A tech by the name of Nick looked at my car and fixed the issue. He handled the issue professionally and processed great customer service. I was very pleased and appreciated the prompt attention. It restored my trust and will continue to use their services. Great service, fast and respectful. My only complain would be that they didn't verify my oil type. I drive a Mercedes gl450 so that's pretty important. I was getting my tires and breaks looked at so a lot was going on. Other than that, I would recommend. Price was competitive to others around. I spend $20 less than I usually do. I usually have to come to this location as it is too close to my house to make the trip anywhere else. I have been coming to jiffy lubes for about ten years and this is the slowest I have ever been to. Every time I come here there are guys standing around. I am waiting to get my oil changed now, basic oil change, nothing fancy, and have been sitting in the bay for 20 min and no has touched my car. It is honestly worth driving twenty minutes to another location and get serviced there as this is a surprisingly such a waste of time for an oil change. read more

Stay away! I stopped by yesterday at about 5:20 to get a transmission flush. The young kid that came out to my car looked confused when I told him what I needed, then went inside to talk to the other two employee. They had a little huddle, then came out to say that there wasn't enough time to do it. There were no other customers there, just me. I asked how long it took, and they said 30-45 minutes. It's my mom first time taking her car to this place and the service was horrible. I don't recommend. The employees were playing around, pushing themselves around in a chair. Very childish. It took them more than 1 hour for them "fix" my car. All she asked was for an oil change and they couldn't do that. They told her they had a new employee that was learning and drained out the transmission oil instead, then proceeded to change the oil, she had originally asked for. Her car doesn't run the same as it used to and makes a funny sound that didn't have before taking it there. They ended up charging her 170 when they had originally said it would be 130. read more

I went here to get a tire rotation and a oil change, i had previously gotten a estimate online and they we're able to match it but i had to bring it up and i don't think they would have if i didn't ask. My coupon from online worked. Price was of good value i had seen higher prices elsewhere. Team was friendly and immediately greeted and guided me, it did take a little while and not sure if they forgot but just an hour after getting my tires rotated the tire pressure light came on and they weren't able to remove check engine light (they however did complete the services) probably just forgot again. One gentleman suggested i do some easy things at home for cheaper and i really appreciated that as a young woman because sometimes they can be haggling i forgot his name but he had tattoos and a beard he deserves a bonus! Honestly, one of the worst car experiences ever. I called 10 minutes before I came in explaining the problems I had and (didn't get his name) the man in charge cheerfully expressed how he could do all of that, no problem. When I got them I waited by the front of the bay for 20 minutes in utter confusion.. it was 8am.. It was only me and another guy having his car already worked on by other employees. People were just standing around but not assisting me or reassuring I'd be assisted soon. Super unprofessional. When I finally got a chance to talk to the guy in charge he was super rude, totally 360 from when we talked on the phone! I was hit a few weeks ago by a random driver so my drivers side car door doesn't open. He told me that because my door doesn't open and he can't easily access the vin, he couldn't work on my car? His words exactly were "I'm not crawling over your car to look for it and I know my other guys won't either"??? What. It's your job. So I told my friend about this experience and she said she got treated the same way AND they messed up her car worse than when she brought it in. Then blamed her for it. She referred me to the Jiffy Lube in Gresham on burnside. AMAZING! Super sweet guys, honest and hard working. When I explained what happened at the previous Jiffy lube (here, Wilsonville location) one of the men working on my car said "he was just being a jackass and probably was too lazy, finding your vin even with the door messed up is an easy job. He just didn't wanna do the work" figures. In conclusion, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! They're lazy and the man in charge seems very unhappy and doesn't take any pride in his work. Will never use this company again! Ive always hated getting an oil changes here because they always try to upsell me on filters that I just replaced or telling me my engine needs a flush or I need new fluid every time I come in. On a positive note the employees are always very nice. But their employer is pushing bad practices. The thing that pushed me over the edge and made me write this review is I went to change my own oil and they technician put the oil filter housing on so tight that we were unable to take it off. And then it broke off. They over tightened everything they touch! If you know about working on equipment you know that this can cause problem and its just unnecessary. Im done dealing with their inexperienced employees that are trying to F-up my car so they can charge me to fix it. They also didnt put one of my guards back on right so it fell off. Stopped by for a simple oil change on my company fleet vehicle. Was initially check in at 12:21 and finally drove away at just before 2pm. Frustrating thing is that there were 6 people on top and full support underneath. Why does it take so long for a simple oil change?! I highly recommend not taking your vehicle here. I guess it was my mistake thinking they could check my brakes when I got an oil change and them saying they could fix my brakes. I had to take it back a week after they changed my brakes for me because my I was spitting out brake fluid after a week of getting it changed and the brake fluid reservoir was COMPLETLY empty. Took it back in waited 2 hours for them to fix their mistake. They said some dust particles must have gotten in there and it should be good to go. Well after I left the second time of them fixing their first mistake it happened again about a week later. Empty brake fluid reservoir. I now have to take my truck to Toyota to get it fixed right and pay out of my butt to fix a problem that should have never even happened. Please don't take your vehicles here. read more

The staff all stands around and chats with each other rather than working. 8 people were working and they can only touch 1 car at a time. Legitimately there were at least 6 workers standing around and talking the entire time I was there with just the one person underneath working. The guys are nice but I went in because my BRAKE WEAR light was on. I guess even though it's advertised even when you pull in that they do brakes, they don't do brakes on Sundays. No one told me that. I pulled in and asked about my brakes, I had 700 miles left til my next oil change but told the guy I'd just do it at the same time since I was here. No one said anything to me and at the end the told me they did the oil change. When I asked about the brakes, he said I'd have to come back tomorrow because no one there was qualified to do brakes. WHAT!? So I just wasted all this time on something that didn't need to be done to come back tomorrow!? Yeah right. Going elsewhere. I bought the prepaid standard oil change. I have used this place numerous Timmons myself and never had an issue. Sent my wife in to use the prepaid card since I had to be out of town. The first time they talked her in to upgrading to synthetic after 6 regular oil changes there. Next time she went they said they used too much oil and had to upcharge the amount for 1/2 qUart of oil and charged her 13 for a half quart of oil. However, there was another employee with a different name on his overalls that is not on the list. Everything was fine until my brake light came on and my brake pedal had no resistance so I had to push it all the way down in order to somewhat stop in my vehicle. Took it to Les Schwab and apparently, the bleeder valve on my brake line was never tightened and was leaking!! Okay, it's practically a truism that Jiffy Lube will try to sell you anything and everything besides their oil-changing services, which they use to pull you in the door. But this particular location is incredibly over-the-top about it. Apparently I look like a classic clueless woman who can be told anything you want. I've had them wave a "dirty" air filter at me (...okay, first, it had just been replaced a couple weeks prior, and second it was visibly nearly-new, it's not like it looked bad either, at least try something vaguely believable), tell me my battery was low and not charging well (I went ahead and had the dealership test it, and they disagreed, pretty firmly, which is pretty funny since I'd've given them my money if they hadn't), etc. If you go here, listen to what else they say you need. Then make up your own mind. If you think you might need it, other than the oil change, get it done somewhere else. There is no reason to pay this place what they charge for the other services, and another mechanic may just tell you that they were full of it in the first place. (I have had them say I should replace things I knew needed replacing, but come on, they were charging twice the store price for wiper blades. On my car they snap out and in - not exactly worth the price, here.) Also, check that they actually return your car in the condition they got it. Apparently they are so used to cars with power door locks that they can't conceive that returning my car (without power door locks...) to me with all the doors that had been locked UNLOCKED is not a good thing. Once or twice I have parked my car at my next stop, not checked, and gotten back out to realize I left it with every door but the driver's door unlocked. Sometimes it's just the front passenger, but sometimes it is all four. I tried to remember to ask them to re-lock the doors...when I remember to ask that at the start of service it happens about 50% of the time. Easier to check afterward. Easier still to take my business some place else, which is what I do these days. If you do plan to use them, be aware that they're in a poor location for getting to from the east side of the freeway, too - you have to make a left at the light for Town Center Loop right before the freeway, otherwise you'll have to cross under the freeway and come back. read more

I came in on a Sunday, the guys working were friendly and courteous and fast, that being said I was offered to have my windows cleaned, which never happened, my oil change light was on which is usually reset for me it wasn't offered to me, I had to ask. No added services like tire pressure check, turn signals. I was offered air filter changed and declined it as I didn't feel like I needed it. We went in for a $20 oil change. All we said was that we wanted an oil change. We come back an hour later to find that we have a $47 bill. They used info from a visit 4 years ago in Corvallis to add on extra things. The reason we haven't gone back in 4 years is because they sold us a bunch of stuff we didn't actually need. The guy told us we needed a new gas filter cause ours was old, then he came back and told us the filter was in the gas tank. He was selling us on something he didn't even know about, so we never came back. That is until we moved to Wilsonville and got charged more than two times the amount we were expecting to pay, for what was supposed to be a cheap oil change. I was going to give them 2 stars for being nice, but it's hard for me to appreciate it when they're always trying to pull a fast one with smiles. If you're going to jack me, I much rather see it coming instead of getting the unpleasant surprise of buyers remorse after I leave. I honestly can't recommend this place to anyone. This Jiffy Lube probably deserves more stars, buy nobody actually enjoys getting their oil changed, so they're at a disadvantage. I'm been coming here regularly since it's literally across the street from my apartment. It's not too buys and they are friendly. I've come to the point that I just tell them "I'm just needing an oil change. Don't worry about the chips in the windshield and the air filter is just fine." This prevents any further questions about some kind of engine clean and if I need new windshield wipers. They just get to the oil and I'm out of there. It's never pleasant getting service work done, but Jiffy Lube always manages to disappoint. If their basic oil change wasn't cheap (like me), I doubt they'd get any business at all. We once had a Jiffy Lube (not this one) recommend we replace our windshield wipers.....and we'd just put brand new wipers on the DAY BEFORE. I realize their basic business model is to offer cheap oil changes and then up-sell everything from air filters to light bulbs, but if people say no then just change their oil, smile and collect the money. read more
