The service was really slow and did not match what we were told at all. We were originally told 30-45 minutes for two tires that were already in stock, but it ended up taking over 3 hours. We had already paid for everything two days prior. Stanley, the general manager, told us he would call us back the next day, but we never heard from him. When we came in today, Brian told us again it would be 30-45 minutes. The car wasn't even started for about an hour and a half, and then we were told there was an issue getting a part off that wasn't mentioned until much later. They ended up having to take the car across the street to finish the job. When we brought up how far off the time estimate was, we were told by Brian that "I don't get compensation for doing the job in this heat, so you can take that up with Stanley" and handed the keys and showed us the door. Overall, the communication and timing were way off, and the way it was handled felt unprofessional and frustrating. I would not be returning to this location due to the lack of respect, honesty about timing, and the rude attitude from employees when we asked simple questions about what was going on. read more

We went to Jiffy Lube to get our brakes fixed and they told us we needed new tires too. They didn't have any in stock so they ordered some and told us they'd call the next day. We never got a call. We called them twice and they didn't answer. We took the car in the next day and they said they could change the tires in 30-45minutes. We were there for almost 3 hours! Terrible service. No compensation offered for the insane amount of time they wasted. We will never be coming back. read more

Great and efficient service at this location. I went in on a Sunday and the manager was friendly and handled everyone in a timely manner although they were short staffed. I also came in with a Groupon for an oil change that was honored. They also have complimentary water bottles in the waiting area. I visited this location at open for a state inspection. The staff were very friendly and explained where I could sit and offered refreshments if desired. They took my keys and quickly got to work inspecting my vehicle. All in all it took about 20 minutes from the time I handed over the keys to when I was paying for the service. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient with my time. As far as price, state inspections are regulated so I can't attest to that. But all in all I had a good experience and would return for inspection services. read more

When I got there told the guy outside I just wanted an oil change. They send me indoors and all of the sudden they bring in my air filters telling me I need new ones. Told them I just wanted an oil change and not sure why they took out my air and cabin filters. Then at the end of the service I paid cash. The guy rushed me through everything. kept me distracted. Don't go here, plain and simple. I always check for jiffy lubes for quick and easy oil changes. This location tries upsell you on every single thing. I needed brake pads (it's been a while on them and definitely time for new ones)... but I didn't review the prices and they are definitely overpriced here. I wish I had read other reviews before coming here because they will try to rush you and pressure you into a ton of different services. The guy promised 45 mins... maybe an hour. It took 2.5 hrs. When I told him that it was taking too long and that I only wanted oil change with air filters changed, he told me that the tires were already off and there's nothing that could be done. What he didn't tell me was they needed to get the parts delivered from another location.... And it caused me to be late to work. Always polite and nice. I have yet to have a bad experience here. I generally go to have my car inspected. The personnel are quick to check you in, give you a quick tour to acclimate you to their newly expanded waiting area and checkout. At the end of the service to your auto the explain what was done, you pay and then they escort you to your vehicle. I highly recommend this place for their quick and friendly service! read more

Jiffy Lube Case#00268234 - Store#2778 Showed up for oil change at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday March 3 2021. I had been here before and was returning. I explained that I had to be somewhere later and inquired as to time to complete and I was assured and it was apparent I was the only one. So I pulled in for the $89 service. Fast forward- 2.5 hours later - I am still here. A worker accidentally drained my transmission fluid. Worse? They can not remove the plug to fill it. I am horrified. I now have to miss work since I have no car. They even asked if they could keep my car overnight. Are you serious!! I am supposed to go to Florida Daytona tomorrow afternoon. That is why I came here. To get my vehicle prepared acday ahead. I now am going to miss work while I'm on foot looking for food while hoping they get help from another store worker. Im shocked. The people are very nice at this location and I feel terrible to pressure them to hurry but I need my car. I filed a complaint online and it takes apparently 2 to 3 days. I recently had my oil changed and the service was exceptional in that I was treated great and it didn't take too long. The problem: When I was called to pay the bill, the man told me I really needed to have my breaks replaced because they were paper thin and he even showed me how thin they were on a plastic gadget that gives an example. He said it would be an extra $400 to do this. I declined, and when my husband took the wheels off to replace my breaks at home (who wants to pay $400?) the breaks didn't even have 50% wear on them. They were NOT paper thin as the man said they were. This is not a nice thing to do. read more

I needed to get my car inspected quickly and didn't know where to take it on a Saturday. I called the Jiffy Lube on Stratford Road and Kenneth answered the phone. He was cordial and told me to bring it in and they would do it. Upon arrival, Kenneth greeted me and quickly got me checked in. About 25 minutes later, Kenneth told me my car was ready. While the service was fast and efficient, this 5 star review is not about great service, it is about Kenneth. He was one of the most polite and friendly managers I have ever encountered. This place will try and rip you off, they failed my inspection for something they weren't supposed to fail. Said I needed new break pads but I took it to a brake place and they said it's in the law book that it should have only failed if my breaks are squeaking or if my emergency break wasn't working correctly. Neither were the case. My total bill was gonna be 480 and some change for 2 back break pads and windshield wipers. I knew there was no way that was a normal price, ive replaced pads before and got quoted for 140 total. I had no problem paying the price but I knew they were trying to rip me off. Awful. Waited 2 and a half hours for them to even start on my car. All I needed was an oil change and my tires rotated. Got frustrated with me when I requested a different type of oil then they were recommending. Absolutely tried to take advantage of a young teenage girl that doesn't know much about cars. I have gotten my oil changed here three times now. Each time after I leave my check engine light comes on (when it wasn't on before the visit), and my car magically has a new issue. Went by today to get my oil changed. They were crowded but I was greeted quickly. I had the opportunity to wait in the garage area (partly because their waiting area is tiny). It was very interesting to watch and listen to the crew as they work. They were very efficient and conscious of each other's safety. I like Jiffy Lube because they have a reward program where every 3rd oil change is 50% off. They aren't pushy about the other service they offer but they do go down a list of recommended services that they can perform is you wish. All of the guys that I interacted with at Jiffy Lube today were very professional. I will actually recommend this place to others and will definitely go back myself. read more

Umm they vacuum your car?! I had literally just did a quick pickup of the ten million receipts and napkins littering my car floor or else I would have been reallll embarrassed! I pulled up and the employees were very friendly in walking me inside. It does seem scripted, but that is fine by me. I appreciate that they take the extra step to be friendly. The waiting room here is so small though, if one more person had come in the place would have been standing room only. Even with the crowd I was still in and out of there fairly quickly. And since my car hasn't seen a vaccum since around 2012 it was looking great when I pulled out of there. My only complaint is that I didn't get the coupon book on the way out that they mentioned I would get. I will be back for sure! read more

Took a ford f250 truck here to get an oil change and never have I paid so much for a simple oil change with synthetic oil. He said it would cost a total of $91 and when it was time to pay the bill came out $232!!! They put "extra oil" in the truck without permission or even letting me know ahead of time that a extra oil may be needed. Well I paid the bill fully without arguing too much for being afraid of what they might do to the vehicle if I refused to pay for the extra oil. And while I was there a client sitting next to me said her friend had items stolen from her car a few years ago. Be careful when taking your vehicle there. Update to my review: My oil light recently went on and took it to a mechanic to learn that the oil filter was only put half way on and the only plug on the oil pan was loose which caused the oil to leak. So not only did they charge me a crazy amount of money for a simple oil pan but they completely screwed it up. I had never gotten any car repair done and was really nervous about coming in for an oil change. I figured they would try to take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about cars. But they didn't! A man greeted me as soon as I pulled up to the garage and explained everything fully. Since it was my first time visiting this location they cleaned my car and refilled all essential fluids under the hood. It was cheap and really fast. I always get my oil changed here because they are always fast, efficient, vacuum the car, clean the windows and give coupon booklets after every service. My glove compartment is full of them. Why only three stars? Something about the service is robotic and disingenuous. I appreciate my door being opened for me and escorted to the lobby, but it's a little awkward, the human interactions with the employees, as if they have been given a script and can't deviate from it. Typically car places are hit or miss with service. I can say that every single time I've stepped into a Jiffy Lube, the service was just awesome. Typically I am weary of chain-type businesses, especially car places since they have a reputation for ripping people off. This is not the case with Jiffy Lube. Several employees at this location in particular have really gone above and beyond with service. I will continue to come here whenever I need an oil change and also for various other small repair needs. I will never ever go back to Jiffy Lube either this one or any other one, as I was driving away I noticed that they had removed the tire service sticker from Costco and replaced with their own about my next oil change. They have no business removing that sticker, thank goodness I remembered what the mileage was for my tire rotation, and in the future I'm just going to have my regular mechanic change the oil as I don't have to deal with the high pressure sales pitches. read more

I really appreciate this place simply because they are so friendly to you. It does seem scripted but they seem like the nicest people ever. They always have amazing groupings for oil changes ($38 for tire rotation, window treatment and oil change) They will also show you on a computer everything they've found and what could be done. This time I actually asked them to change my windshield wipers and I was really happy they do that here! They grab the door for everyone and treat everyone like royalty. Only slight downside is the waiting room is sooo tiny. Thankfully it doesn't take long to do everything so you are cramped long. read more
