They checked it out, and ordered me a new tire even though they had technically closed. Then I left, and realized I had a spare, so I swung back by and even farther after closing time they started changing my tire for me without any hesitation. We ended up removing the chunk of metal, and I didn't need a new tire, but they were so sweet to do all that for me, and didn't charge me a cent. Next time I have a car issue I will definitely be bringing it to them. Their customer service is amazing.

No change in car condition. Very frustrating. They said it "might" be the catalytic converter. For another almost $300, they would change it...couldnt say if that would fix it though. Later I called a mechanic at another shop, and over the phone he said sounds like a bad coil pack. It was. A $40 part fixed it. Of course, add the $300+ I spent for a wasted morning, and superfluous part swapping at this auto repair shop I suggest you do not patronize!

Finally we had to use a bungee cord to keep the trunk lid down. We took our car to Paul's Automotive and they were able to order and install a new latch and now we are happy to be able to use the trunk without fear of it popping open. Paul's Automotive is a place to go for a lot more than an oil change or a "Check Engine" light. They definitely can take care of all your car care needs!

I was assured by the cashier, stating with a straight face, that "only high end cars like Ferraris and Maseratis have factory window tint". Yes, at no point would a manufacturer as proletariat as Toyota roll a car out of their factory with window tint. I'm sure my wife's car, purchased from the Toyota dealership as is, only had factory tint by mistake. So, I can only assume that they get a kickback for up-charging customers or this guy is just a dotard. Anyway, unless you are independently wealthy and own a fancy car, you will probably pay for a tint fee. Going elsewhere for my other vehicles.

I arrived when they opened and only waited a few minutes before getting my car in the garage. Importantly, they do not take appointments and it's first-come-first-serve (as far as I can tell). I planned to arrive first thing on a weekday, as I imagine there would be more people waiting on a weekend. Danny is very friendly and I waited while he and his team went to work. Apparently they did not have the brake pads to fit my car (Audi) in stock, but he made a call to someone who brought the parts within a few minutes. It took a couple of hours, but that's to be expected from my experience. Danny ended up giving me the higher quality pads for the original price I was quoted. He also rotated my tires free of charge. Danny strikes me as being trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. His clients love him (based on the reviews here and what I saw in his shop), so please, give him a try!

I've been to Figs 2 or 3 times. Let me start off by saying that I've never had an issue with the…read moreemployees. They are friendly enough and I can't say I've ever felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. They've always been straightforward with no unnecessary up selling. Always a plus. The only thing I've ever had an issue with is the appearance of the waiting area is questionable. Now, I'm giving them only one star because of what happened with my previous oil change. I got an oil change towards the end of last year. After that oil change, I started noticing that my oil light would randomly come on. It was so quick that if I wasn't looking at my dashboard when it happened, I wouldn't have known what the sound was for. At first, I thought it was me but it happened often enough for me to wonder if they had cheated me on the oil. I decide when it's time to get another oil change to take my car somewhere else. When I get my oil changed again, they tell me that there is a leak due to a crack in my oil filter. Now, I don't know much about cars but I do know that over the my car ownership lifetime, this has NEVER happened. I get oil changes as scheduled and I always have them done at a shop. The mechanic tells me to take my car back to the shop that did my previous oil change so that's what I did. I take my car back to Figs, they tell me that there is a leak (obviously, that's why I'm here) and that it'll be x amount to fix it. Now, the only reason I took it back to Figs was for them to fix what they broke, not for them to tell me what I already knew. Anyway, I push back because their services come with a warranty. They say oil changes aren't included. I say okay and leave. I wasn't going to give them more money to fix something they broke. Of course I'm pissed now that I have to pay to repair the issue. The repair isn't expensive so it's really more the principle of the matter. I shouldn't have to pay for something that seems to have been broken during a service. Anyway, I will not be returning to this shop.
