These dentists were beyond amazing, the comfort and care they provided was outstanding. They dimmed the lights, took their time, and even sang to him to get him to calm down during the procedure. He now asks to go to the dentist and never fears if work needs to be done. I wish it was this easy to get him to go the pediatrician's office. I will bring him here until they won't take him any longer.

No apology. Nothing. Just complete disregard for our time. When we finally got seen, everything felt rushed, cold, and sloppy. They used what felt like a basic, non-professional camera to take photos of my child's teeth, which only made the whole appointment seem even more careless. And to make things worse, it looked to me like they had tools sitting out in the check-in area, which gave a terrible first impression and made the office feel completely disorganized. And the worst part? The orthodontist told me my child needed braces first and then the extra tooth removed. But every other dentist, orthodontist, and oral surgeon we spoke to afterward gave the opposite treatment plan -- that the extra tooth should be removed first, and then braces. Hearing completely opposite opinions made the whole situation feel even more frustrating and made me lose confidence in this office entirely. There was no clear communication, no reassurance for my child, and no sense that anyone cared about how stressful this was for us. In my experience, this establishment is horrible -- disorganized, inconsiderate, and not somewhere I would ever trust with my child again. She fully explained all the treatment options with me and she was thorough in educating me about my choices. I have also had great interactions with her staff while scheduling and while being prepped. The office is really homey - they are on the mezzanine level, but there is a pretty fireplace in the entryway/lounge area, and the office itself is brightly lit and very clean, with tasteful decorations. There is lots of parking along the side of the building.
