Before I ate my taco, I made sure to put some lime on my ceviche to "cook" it a little bit with the acid because the shrimp is a little too "raw" for my liking. It also comes with tostada chips / shells. And I was also given a bottle of crema, hot sauce (?) and some sort of brown sauce (sorry I dont know what this is called but it's delicious!). Halfway thru my meal, I noticed the gentleman was served those Mexican pinwheel shaped chips. As I was paying, I asked the lady what he was eating. She said they're called chicharones de harina. I asked her if it's free or he ordered it. She said it's free and asked me if I wanted some to go. Service needs some improvement. Although the waitress did check on me from time to time, she never asked me for a water refill - and clearly my cup was empty.
