I'm on the fence with this place. The first time I went in I was taking assistance on some parts…read morefor a pontoon boat and felt like I was wasting people's time so I left everyone elsewhere. The second time I went in the treatment was a little bit better but not overly friendly. I was looking at the pontoon boats and was approached by the sales staff and even though he knew I wasn't purchasing can you still was pretty gracious to deal with and very nice.

Their salespeople are pretty nice (well, they want to be so they can make the sale). However, after…read morethe sale is complete, the old guy who walks you through the boat is pretty sarcastic (he is called Captain something or another). He was also kinda rude as well. The real reason I give them a 2-star rating is because of their service department. After you get the walkthrough, you are taken to the service manager who reviews everything for you. He then says, "We ask you to bring the boat in after 10-20 runtime hours to make sure that everything is ok." What he doesn't tell you is that there is a $400+ charge for that "ask." Again, he never said it was part of the sale, but the way he says it makes you think that the first service is part of the sale. (I actually walked in on him giving the exact same speech to another customer when I went to pick up my boat. I wanted to warn the new owner that this wasn't free.) I confronted him with this, and he kinda smiled and said, "Yeah, I see how you could perceive that." I told him well played, but that I would be looking elsewhere for service in the future(my labor cost was $259 for basically nothing). Fool me once...
