Because of recommendations from the Westerville Bike Club, I gave this place a try. My first visit was during the 2020 pandemic. That has effected every business in some manner, so I am keeping that in mind for my 2020 reviews. The only negative thing I can say about this place is the pandemic kept me from going inside and looking around! That certainly is a reasonable precaution by the owner, and I'm happy to help keep him in business and will probably make this my go to repair shop in the future. Great communication and repair job on my first visit.

Trade-in value was only $2500 so I guess it cost me $5000 and some change to ride it for an hour biggest rip off company in my entire living life and I am 60 years old. This…read morefeedback comes after a direct, difficult discussion with the owner/manager of this family business to ensure there is no confusion regarding which location provided this experience. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience that started with the service department and ended with a complete lack of leadership. When I expressed my frustration, the manager's response was effectively, "service is bad everywhere." There was no apology or "how can I help?" Instead, I was given excuses about how difficult it is to find personable technicians and why I should essentially accept a subpar experience. It's clear management is more focused on preserving "margins" than providing professional service. If good service is hard to find, I'd still rather take my business to someone who actually tries. Being content with providing a horrible customer experience is a choice, and it's one this business has made. Recommendation: Save yourself the headache and go to Pony Powersports instead. They seem to understand that protecting the bottom line shouldn't come at the expense of the person standing in front of them.

The trailer she bout with jetski wasn't set to the ski, amd bolts were loose. $31000 for jetski amd trailer, and all I got from the service manager was a dismissive attitude. Yes they'd fix the stuff if I brought back in, but was so rubbed wrong how he was so dismissive, couldn't even talk to me without working on pc whole time. Wife and I spent over 53000 at Ask Motorsports last 2 years. Don't understand why keys aren't coded to jetskis when they leave, and they did not tell us as he said they do! We won't be back! All i wanted was good customer support, and was all i was after. Instead dismissed as my problem, not theirs!​
