Within less than an hour of taking possession, the vehicle broke down in the middle of the road and had to be towed back to their facility. Since then, I have received no updates regarding the status of the vehicle, nor any communication about a refund. My calls have gone unanswered, and when I visited the dealership in person to request a full refund, I was told the car was "being repaired." However, no one has explained what repairs are being made, when they will be completed, or why I am not entitled to a refund for a car that failed almost immediately after purchase. I believe this conduct is deceptive and unacceptable. I paid for a functioning vehicle and have received neither a working car nor any transparency or accountability from Georgia Elite Auto Sales. I am requesting a full refund and urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this business.

Now here it is 2 weeks later and the car I bought in December from them has broke down again for the 5th time and it's the same problem (transmission) they put Band-Aids instead of actually fixing the vehicles they sell!! I pointed out that this monthly payment was based on a price we hadn't even agreed to (since I knew the sticker price was a little high) and suggested we settle on a purchase price first. When I tried to negotiate, he talked over me repeatedly, attempted to tell me I didn't understand how loans work, and stated they have fees that somehow made the $22k truck I was looking at $26k. After I explained that I was well aware of how loans work and that the only way to adjust payments was a lower price or more down, he told me he wouldn't negotiate the price. I said I understood and said I would move on from the deal but thanked him anyway. He then stated he "understood" and said "I was once poor too" and hung up on me. I ended up finding the exact same truck with the same mileage and a nicer interior for $16k elsewhere. I would never recommend this dealership.

I ordered some back seats and was not told about the condition, no photos provided, I was just asked for my card information and that's it. Several days go by and I don't hear anything back from them so I call and call but no one ever wants to answer the phone. If someone does answer they immediately transfer me and I never make contact. A few more days pass and I decide to just drive there so I can at least get ahold of somebody to ask where the seats are. No tracking information or follow up was provided after I bought the seats. They surprisingly say the seats were there at the retail location and to go around the side of the building to pick it all up. So I do and there's a guy over there who gets on a forklift and brings the seats to me. They pieces are disgusting, covered in green mold, bird poop or something, cigarette burns, punctures, boot marks from being walked on, and the synth leather is discolored and brittle from sitting in the sun. The person who sold me the seat is inside the building and has made it abundantly clear they want nothing to do with me and I need to drive home because I live about an hour away from Gainesville. So I continue to accept the horrible service and load the seats into my car to take them home, maybe if I come back tomorrow they'll have a better attitude? They didn't. One guy whose name I'll keep secret gives me attitude when I go to return the seats the next day. He asks why I wanted to return them and I say because they're not in the condition I was expecting. He says didn't you see them yesterday? Yes of course I did. But am I about to make that the fork lift guys problem? No way -- He's not the one who sold me crusty seats without telling me how horrible they are. I'm not involving him in the misery created by the sales desk, especially after he spent time and effort grabbing the trash for me. I mean seats... The bottom line is to avoid this place. Full-service yards in general are best avoided, but having a newer car leaves you with few alternatives. Pics of the seat attached! It's hilarious to me that they actually sold this to someone thinking I had some form of business to do with it. Maybe I'm meant to reupholster it or something. I have no clue!!!

Had a 700r4 transmission rebuilt and had to take the truck back numerous times for leaking. After picking the truck up the third time, it broke down due to overheating. Had it towed where it sat momentarily and the transmission still leaked. I had to make the decision to accept a loss due to not wanting to take the truck for a 4th time and having additional issues once I received the vehicle. I had to take the truck into another shop to diagnose and fix. BEWARE To the shop owner that replied: Please read the review of its entirety! You had (3) attempts! And you couldn't get it right. So miraculously my truck started overhearing after pick up which cracked the heads and the truck went down for a while. Needless to say, I would never recommend this company after all the issues you have given my son and I. Record keeping: it's not my responsibility to keep up with this but my American Express shows the deduction date August 2nd 2025 of $2622 for the rebuild. I suppose it's easier for you to deny if you don't have record. Only reason I waited this long is because the extent of damage caused by the overheating made me replace the entire engine. As a Veteran to others take this warning and be careful when you do business with this company despite the other reviews. The message from the business owner Christian is a copy and paste response. So professional. Even though I spoke to him and his wife or receptionist when the complications were going on. He even towed it from my house. Funny how Christian forgets!

Since I had replaced the brakes just last year, I decided to get a second opinion before spending that kind of money. I then took my truck to another shop for an alignment and a brake inspection. They found that my brake pads are still at approximately 50% on all four wheels and do not need to be replaced. This experience has completely damaged my trust in the service department. Being told I needed over $1,000 in unnecessary repairs is unacceptable. I strongly encourage anyone who is quoted expensive repairs to get a second opinion before authorizing the work. It could save you a lot of money. I won't be returning for service, and I hope this review helps other customers make an informed decision.

Called back and left vm questioning. Nothing, but on the 16th got a vm message from Heather confirming my appointment for the next day - Fri 17th. Called and left message for her and nothing. Can't help but think if you try to make an appointment and you get this kind of "service," how will they do with my car - ouch. Moving along as there are other Ford service places. This type of situation falls upon management; poor management, poor service.

When I came to pick up the car it smelled vaguely of gas but I didn't think too much of it. By that evening the gasoline smell was nauseating. They never admitted it but it seems they'd overfilled the gas tank. It took a week before the smell went away. On top of that, within about week or two one of the wipers was falling off and the battery for the one key fob they'd given me was in need of a change. Given all this I have no confidence in their mechanical team's attention to detail. Wish that were the end though. After a month and a half and several phone calls they still hadn't sent out my license plate and couldn't explain why not. Spoke with several finance people who promised to look into it and call back with an answer and they never did. Bottom line go elsewhere if you can. This place has serious problems at many levels. Even if they have a slightly better price you'll get a much better experience at other nearby dealerships. I've bought from milton-martin in gainesville and carland in alpharetta and had great experiences both times.

Kevin explained to me that it probably is an electrical issue and the diagnostic would be $225, higher than what another dealership quoted for a diagnostic test. I declined but still got an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change is a bit more than I normally pay but I was told by another dealership that they weren't able to do a tire rotation because one of the lug nuts was broken off but they didn't have any issues here. The wait was about 2 hours but I thought that was pretty good for a holiday weekend with no appointment. What I really liked about the service here is that I received a video made by the technician Matthew who serviced my car. He showed me all the potential things that may be of concern, and I truly appreciate that. It's one thing be told something but to actually see it in a video, is a different kind of transparency.
