The stuffed mushrooms were excellent, it was the best dish we got. Fish was fried a bit hard but still tasted good. The Raspberry Mojito was decent, the mint added didn't add anything but didn't take anything away. The service was fine, nothing amazing but nothing bad. It was dead when we went just some people at the bar and some golf bros that came in as we were leaving. The bad: Please offer bottled water, that tap water tastes straight from the lake. If it is bottle water it's the cheapest water I've tasted. Good thing I ordered lemon with it. The fries, there was so much salt that they burned to eat. Whoever was so heavy handed with the salt needs to scale it back a bit or offer the fries by default without salt. They had a good taste but it was lost to extreme sodium. The inside was clean, like I said it was dead so it was organized. The bathroom floor was sticky but it's not the worst bathroom I've been in. We might come back, we really enjoyed the mushrooms but I got my entire sodium allowance with just a couple of the fries. We barely ate the fries, yet we're not comped them as we stated they were bad. They removed the soda I had to ask for to get the salt out of my mouth because that water tasted so bad. Both plates of fries went back after the complaint and we still had to pay for them.

The decor and hard wood everywhere is very well maintained. This was my first visit here at Mulligans and it was not an experience worth repeating. Honestly, you can tell a lot about a place by how full the parking lot , dining area is at various parts of the day, and the recommendations of staff. Started off the meal with the variety platter as an appetizer. The variety platter appetizer came with onion rings, mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms, potato skins, and chicken fingers for $17.99. The fried mushrooms were massive! My entree was the 10oz Top Sirloin steak with two sides for $26.99. The sides options were: mashed potatoes, homemade potato salad, baked potato, broccoli, French fries, and cottage cheese. Shockingly... a side salad isn't offered as one of the sides. The 10oz sirloin steak was not flavorful in my opinion and the baked potato not salted. I've been wanting to try this place for years and it wasn't at all what I was expecting for an established local restaurant.

Delicious rolls and butter and great service... what more can you ask for?…read more I would have to say the rest of their food is pretty darn good too for a chain steak house. I love their salads and chili. There is something about a salad served on a cold plate that makes it so much better. The chili is full of beef and not full of beans which is good for everyone. The chicken tenders here are so good and the steak was cooked really well. Our only complaint would have to be the oversalted fries which were almost inedible. Next time we are going to order the fries without salt. And I still love the bag of peanuts on the table. I usually take those to go!

The steak we got was ordered medium rare but was actually like a medium well. Super disappointed. I even put a decent tip on our order for take out. I was offered when calling that I could drive back to get the salads which I didn't want. I wanted a refund. What I ended up getting was a coupon for $10 to go towards a future order. Which honestly is probably a waste because I'm not sure I'll go back at this point. Very disappointed in this experience. On a somewhat positive side, the rolls were really good.

When getting our first plates of food, I think we set at least 5 plates to the side before we found clean ones to use. One thing to take BIG note of is that MAYBE 25% of the food, sauces and condiments are labeled. It is a guessing game what you are getting. Aside from that, our table was clean, and our waitress was very nice. One thing that you MUST BE AWARE OF if you come to eat here, you can only tip with cash. Unless you go back up to the front counter to the woman who hates her job and ask for cash off of your card, you and your waitress/waiter are out of luck. We literally had to zelle our waitress her tip because we felt so bad and I better there are many times a day that customer just simply don't tip at all because "if they wanted us to tip then they should have made that possible on our card". Very few people are going to want to walk back up to Hate-My-Job Jessica and go through the hassle of getting cash back on their card. That is something that they really need to figure out. Food: We tried the following foods: -Tortilla chips with ground taco meat and cheese sauce: With the looks of the cheese sauce, I thought it was going to be very bad, but it was actually the item I ate the most of. Albeit hard to screw up nachos, we still very much enjoyed them. -Spinach artichoke dip: We were excited to try this because it looked fresh, hot and creamy. We were mistaken. This was FOWL. We rarely get something so bad we have to spit into a napkin, but this was absolutely one of those times. It had absolutely zero flavor. -Chicken Tenders: The chicken tenders were good. But hands down the best thing I had at dinner that night was the orange sauce you see on the plate (It was definitely some type of buffalo sauce but of course it wasn't labeled). -Popcorn shrimp: The popcorn shrimp was good. But was sucked about it was that the cocktail sauce is all the way on the other side of the buffet and there is no sign to tell you that. Obviously, it is kept where the cold condiments are, but I had to ask where it was and that was a guessing/smelling game as well since nothing is labeled. -Tamale: Disgusting. Period. -Meatloaf: My partner said the meatloaf was your average run of mill meatloaf but was good. -Green beans and mashed potatoes: Good -Lemon Custard Cake?: It wasn't labeled, and we thought it was cheesecake from the looks. Good thing we didn't put chocolate sauce... -Banana Pudding: Good. Your average banana pudding. If we were down on our luck and needed a cheap way to get a full stomach, we would try it again. Other than that.... No thank you
