Went here a month ago for some new tires on one of my cars. While putting one of the lug nuts back on, they stripped it. then they just forced it on. eventually it sheared. I had to replace the whole stud myself. I won't be going back. read more

They are really ripping people off. Just left buying two tires and I've been coming here for years every few mo the and always need the same size tire. Normally I pay $45 for 1 tire. They always tell me the price to make sure I'm ok with it. This was not the case today. The put the two tires on my car and once I went inside to pay they asked how much I was quoted and I told him he never gave me a price but it's normally $45. The young man working the register told me it would be $50 and I asked when did the price change and he stated he's been working there 2 years and it's always been the same. That's a LIE! Very bold LIE. I asked why didn't they tell me the price prior to me saying ok to the price and he said he didn't know. This is bad business. Not to mention half the workers there were not wearing mask when we are in the middle of a PANDEMIC. They have lost a customer. I've been going for years and have receipts and bank statements showing I've only ever paid $45. read more

I bought a 17 inch low profile tire from this place, it worked great for 2 days and on the 3rd day I woke up and found the tire flat, I took the rim off and found that it had blisters all over the inside wall of the tire. I took it back and let them know, at first they were going to exchange it since they sold me a faulty tire. They found that they did not have anymore then they tried to say that I was rolling around with a flat tire and it's my fault for the leak. I only used to car to drive to work for two days and on the 3rd it was all the way flat, I got in my truck and went to work in my truck even tho that takes alot more gas. After that the man told me that it was because of my rim that the tire went flat in 3 days. I responded that I have never had a problem with this and that all the tires I have bought have lasted. I was at this shop for about 45 mintues being talked to in circles. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF, IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT GOING HERE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Dam that sh1t hurt to even give them one star.so 1st experience I took my expedition to get some tires and as they were removing my tire they stripped my lug nut so bad nothing can remove it guy changing my tires basically said I was on my own with that after a few different major tire shops no can was able to remove it .Some kids in a small mom n pops tire shop finally got it off. Horrible experience. But again stupid me gave them the benefit of doubt and took my wife's car to get breaks down .ok ok so I bought all the parts my self n took them to install them and they charged 70 of koo I normally pay about 60 so I went with it. Brand new roters and pads one week later n my breaks sound worse then they did b4. Dude did not install correctly causing my pads to Crack n needing to get all new set of rotors. Luckily I had warranty on everything so auto zone replaced everything.but I still paid for them to get reinstalled no when I was paying the guy charging made a few comments letting me kmow they dnt guarantee there work until less I get all the parts thru them shit the could of did that on purpose so I can go back n pay for them to fix them ...all I gotta say about this spot is F-ck them ... read more

In 2013 - Early 2015, I replaced worn tires on a salvaged vehicle with used tires from Jimbo's, twice. Affordable, in good shape and fast, great customer service. This year, I saw a nail in the middle of a rear tire of my commuter car which is in great shape, otherwise. I took the car to the nearest, reputable shop. They advised me to get a whole new tire as the nail was in the sidewall. I didn't argue, but armed with visualizing the nail in the tire, I felt like I couldn't trust the tech. Soooo, I went to Jimbo's once again. They repaired the tire for $12. Months later, the tire is fine. Now, I hear a humming noise coming from the tires that I just had rotated at another reputable tire shop (I had a coupon for a whopping deal). I should have gone to Jimbo's...that's where I'm taking it over the weekend to get the problem diagnosed. I think the tires need balancing. From now on, Jimbo's is my 'go to' tire store for NEW, USED and any repair needed for tires. They've proved themselves affordable, adept and fast with the service.
