We are new to Jimmy John's. I know they have been around for a while, but we ate there once only because they don't heat their subs, not because we didn't enjoy their subs. Recently, we got a couple of sandwiches to take home that way my husband could toast his. What a delicious sub sandwich! I had the Billy Club, and my husband had the Hunters Club. Once again and i believe this is possibly the third or fourth time this location has done this to my order but i ordered delivery for my family's sandwich's and just my sandwich is missing all the turkey that was supposed to be in it. Stopped by for lunch with my family. We ordered a couple sandwiches and the girl who took our order was pretty rude. They made our food and they forgot to add things we had asked for. Let me start of by saying I cane here a few times since they've been here. Always great employees, and great service. I just hated the bread. It was always chewy. Well I am now on a Keto Diet. I saw a post about the sandwich wrapped in lettuce online. I decided to give it a try. It's call the Unwich. It was perfect. Oh, the number eleven with bacon. It's all wrapped in lettuce. It was so delicious. And as always, the employees are just nice as ever. The restaurant is clean, maybe a few tables needed to be wiped down. And we also had fast, friendly service. This place holds up to their advertising of being freaky fast. This was a lunch stop going to vacation but knowing the one closer to work is good, me and my son stopped in. I had my favorite beach clubbwith turkey, cheese, sprouts, avocado and mayo. He had a double ham and provolone which hebliked and was impressed by the service. Got the jimmy chips also. Not a big cold sub fan, but they definitely deliver on fresh. Fast is also a big focus, much like a delicatessen in downtown NY, which is great if you do not want any specialization to your sub. Soooo... The hubby and I stopped in on our way back to Canton 12/7/21. I was disappointed I. The way my sandwich was made with 0 care. Then the way the young man slid my sandwich down on the counter was disgraceful!! I got a tuna sandwich and it was just in a pile on the bread and barely move around. Great spot for faaaaaaaaassst foooooood! I picked up the Gargantuan sub. It more than filled me up and had great taste to boot. The order taker asked me if I wanted the hot peppers and I said sure. I was glad I did as the peppers gave it a little kick! Overall the taste of the sub was excellent! The seating area is always clean and overall atmosphere was pleasant. By the time you finish reading the quotes on the walls your food is ready to be picked up at the counter. Watch how you eat your sandwich as everyone's meat, cheese and veggies slid out the bottom and we had to keep pushing them back in the bread. Especially the Gargantuan sandwich as they put the veggies in between the inch thick folded meat pack. Gimme a knife! I needed to cut that sandwich in half! Special note, get your napkins when you get your sandwich or else you'll be making a special trip to the counter with sauce dripping from your face. There are no napkins at the tables. read more

I'll have the number 9 with no cucumbers. Hand receipt to sandwich artist without special instructions = sandwich with cucumbers . I return it, I clearly stated no cucumbers . Sandwich artist offers to pick then off for me. For an allergic person, that isn't good enough, but that's the best JJ's can do. Big mistake giving them another try after the last fiasco I had there. Normally I eat at all Jimmy Johns and love it because the staff is very accommodating to my food allergy. I asked for a lettuce wrap and asked for paper to just be placed under the lettuce and no mayo but Mayo packets. The older lady basically told me no and that she couldn't help if there was contamination. All I asked for was the paper to be placed under my sandwich first before they made the sandwich. And to not have mayo. How was this hard? She told me twice gay she could not accommodate this. Really??? I don't feel I was asking too much or even asking for anything that would have made then go out of there way. I will eat someplace else. Thank you. ** The manager did contact me. He was an A-hole. He said basically that they do not do extra for their customers. I once again asked how it was extra to have the paper placed under my lettuce wrap and to have no mayo. He still said he doesn't accommodate a gluten allergy. Sounds great. I went to Shloskis. Their food is way better and the servers were friendly. Freakishly slow prep today for a Jimmy John's. Lots of time the sandwiches are done so quickly it IS surprising. Today the guys putting together my two, nothing unusual sandwiches, were moving in slow motion and way more involved in their conversation than in working.
