Ordered in the app at 12:15. Arrived at drive thru at 12:25. Up at the window at 12:35.......when I got to the window the employee asked me what I ordered. Keep in mind I had already told them at the speaker my mobile order. I waited and watched. They were just throwing sandwiches together in a mess and clearly hadn't prepared my mobile order yet. It was almost 12:50 by the time our food was handed to us and even then had to remind him of my drink. This store puts a bad look on Jimmy John's. read more

I do order from here frequently and "freaky fast" does not apply. Today has been the quickest at 30 min when I am 4-5 blocks away at work. Todays lunch: 1) the driver got thirsty or 2) they just severely under filled my drink. Smh read more

An order was put in on Wednesday February 28th for a delivery of March 3rd at 12:30 pm at Battle Creek Central High School during a robotics competition. My first call to the store was at 12:41 to check the status of the delivery because it had not arrived yet. I was told by a gentleman they were finishing this order up along with another order and would be there shortly so they only had to make one drop off. I was fine with that thinking it wouldn't be too much longer. At 1:04pm I called again to speak to a young lady, to be told they were completing the last box and I had to wait for the delivery driver to come back from another drop off, they were short staffed and taking care of customers. At this point I was told it "could" be another 1/2 hour maybe but she couldn't give me at time this would be delivered. At this point I told her it was unacceptable and I had 60 kids to feed and I had made my order way in advance so they knew this big order was happening on Sunday. She apologized, took my name and number to give to her General Manager, to which I have yet to hear from. At 1:45 I called yet again to see here my 12:30 delivery order was to be told by the man that answered the phone that he had to take care of his customers that were coming into the store first and I would get my order WHEN they completed it! Mind you it is NOW almost 1.5 hours late and hungry kids. I told him that he knew about my order from Wednesday and my order was for 5 days later, something he could prepare for and it was not my fault he didn't prepare for this day. I told him this was unacceptable and that I wanted some sort of a discount. He didn't like I said that and that I was now angry so he hung up on me. At 1:58 the delivery driver angrily called me and said he was outside with my delivery. I went down, took my order. He was not pleasant at all and no apologies for what happened. Needless to say, freaky fast it was not and they also lied about the fact they had TWO orders coming to this building because he only had my order. All the team sit together to eat and every other team had eaten but ours. Most unpleasant experience I have ever had with Jimmy Johns. Needless to say they didn't apologize nor offer any sort of compensation due to their negligence of being 1.5 hours late for any almost $400 order. read more

I have ordered food from many Jimmy Johns around the country when I was working. Today the location I normally get my order was closed due to a "technical " issue so I ended up at the downtown Battle Creek location. It was very crowded because it was the lunch hour. There was a line waiting to order and a line waiting for pickup. Everyone behind the counter had a job and knew how to do it. The girl who starts making the sandwiches by cutting the bread and applying mayonnaise was like a machine! Both lines were moving at a steady rate. The wait was short. Kudos to everyone at this location and to management for running a well oiled trained crew! read more

I pulled into the drive thru. I have a larger vehicle and have to take a little wider turns. So I must have been a little too far away from the speaker sensor to order possibly ? Anyway, I roll my window down and I'm looking at the menu and someone opened the side door and was surprised to see me there waiting. Said oh you didn't trip the sensors. So he turns around and goes back inside. I'm thinking to let them know hey someone's out there and turn the speaker on or what ever. So I continued to look at the menu some more to make sure my son gets what he wants. Another girl comes out 30 seconds later and was super rude to me yelling at me that I didn't hit the sensor. I literally did not say a word to any of them and I was shocked to be yelled at like that so I just left. Wouldn't have been a good day to try and order after that. read more

I stopped into Jimmy John's for lunch today and didn't know what to expect. I had never had Jimmy John's before and just wanted something simple. Right, when I walked in I was greeted by more than five employees behind the counter, and their smiling faces. I decided that I didn't want anything off the direct menu and asked for french bread with just turkey. The woman taking my order doubled check to make sure that I didn't want anything besides turkey on my sandwich, and when I confirmed that was all I wanted she told me that it would be no problem. Next, my friend started his order and before he even finished his order, a man brought my sandwich over to me completely wrapped. I also ordered one of their chocolate chip cookies. This Jimmy John's was an old bank and has been converted into the sandwich shop with the majority of the shop being used for the kitchen. There is limited seating, the area for sitting is dark, but everything is very clean. I sat down and immensely enjoyed my sandwich and cookie. Overall my experience to Jimmy John's was an incredibly pleasant one. The workers were all kind, the service was freaky fast, and I will definitely be back! I would reccommend Jimmy John's for someone who is in a rush and is looking for a quick light lunch. They also deliever! read more

Everyone who works here is super nice and states everything clearly and can answer questions with confidence but I'm so disappointed with their sandwiches... small amounts of meat and not a lot of toppings. I definitely prefer jersey Giants over this place. Not worth the money. read more

I have to work two different locations for my job. So while I was in Battle Creek I decided to order Jimmy John's because I have to do a working lunch today. I got a call after I placed my order through the app that they were out of the sprouts. I asked if they could comp more guacamole instead and was told no so I just asked for extra onions tomato and mayo. I ordered this around 2:30 in the afternoon and when I finally got to sit down to eat my lunch/dinner at 4:30 PM I found that there was no onion or pickle at all on the sandwich. When I called the location I was transferred to a manager whose name was Aubrey and she told me that because I wasn't still in the city that she cannot give me a credit for a sub all she could do is have me drive in to exchange it; which I can't do because I'm at work. No other solutions were offered, no apologies given, no customer service skills whatsoever! read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in Battle Creek! They served stale hard bread and dry meat. They WOULD NOT give me my money back ... no apology no acceptance that they did anything wrong! read more
