The gentleman which, make your sandwiches is so polite and eager to make sure he gets everything, right that you requested to be on your sandwiches. The young, guy at the register that takes, your order is as nice as well, with a warm smile, as he great you as well. When, I went no one else was in their, so it was pretty quiet in their. During this quarantine, I have been trying to give local businesses my money. Cue to Jimmy Johns. Not a huge sandwich fan, but want to support the economy. I have ordered from them twice during this pandemic, and delivery times are extremely slow. Over an hour when I order first thing in the morning (who REALLY wants a sandwich at 10 AM?!?). Orders are also incorrect (not cut, extra items we ordered weren't put in bag, etc). Again, I want to support, but you're not giving me good reason to. A simple phone call stating that you're delayed in delivering would suffice, but answering the phone with "Hello?" Without stating you're business name reflects the lack of professionalism and care for customers. Won't be ordering again. read more

Jimmy johns is one of my favorite work day go-to's, so when a location opened that delivered to my workplace, I was stoked! A member of their staff brought mini sandwiches for all of us to sample to let us know they were in town and left us a menu to peruse. I've ordered several times since then and I'm ALWAYS satisfied! I always order the Beach Club, which comes with turkey, provolone, avocado spread, lettuce, tomato, and bean sprouts. (The sprouts are optional but I think they really make the sandwich!) The box lunch comes with chips and a (delicious) chocolate chip cookie, and a soft drink. Including delivery and tip, my order is always less than $14! And their motto is "freaky fast delivery," and they aren't kidding! I've never had faster delivery from ANYWHERE! read more

Let me start out by saying I hardly ever do a review but the service I received was above and beyond!! Deidra the store manager at JJ's Trussville location is amazing! Last night I was at the hair salon waiting while my daughter was getting her hair done. I ordered us JJ's on DoorDash and almost immediately Deidra contacted me to lmk they use their own delivery staff and she was alone. She advised me that DoorDash is a third party company and suggested I cancel the order and resubmit on JJ's app. I attempted to oblige but DoorDash basically advised if I canceled I would not receive a refund. I called her back and informed her. She went ahead and made our order and when the store closed she delivered it! I'm so appreciative of her and the food was delicious!! Deidra it meant a lot as it was a late night in the hair salon and my daughter was able to eat and get home to bed for school today!! read more

I work on 280. The Jimmy John's there is always good. I live in Trussville and have been to this location twice. Both times they missed my online order. I walk in looking for it and then they start looking for the order. The workers are nice. I've got to believe they're either lazy or not well trained. In either case, they're going to struggle until they get this fixed. Hope they can turn it around. read more

Food is good. The problem is I've never received the correct order when getting delivery. I've actually made it a point to continue ordering from this location, just to see how many times in a row they would get my order wrong. From the moment we walked in we were overwhelmed with a very loud lady worker, who hovered over other employees shoulders being obnoxiously loud and micromanaging to the point where we could barely enjoy our food. Ordered from this location off door dash. Estimated delivery was 20 minutes. Ordered at 1015 scheduled for delivery at 11am for my lunch. 1123 comes and no order. Called the restaurant and was told they can't be responsible for delivery times on door dash and there was nothing they could do to help me. My lunch break ended and I still haven't received my order. Please have corporate call door dash to update deliver delivery times so people don't get screwed over. Would give a zero star if I could. Worst customer service anywhere. Today I orderEd lunch early, work in healthcare as a manager and only have a short window of time to eat. A few weeks ago my order was two hours late, I called and was told they only have one driver for the day, I was given a free sandwich coupon for pick up only. Today I ordered at 8:15AM online delivery for 11:15Am as I had meetings all day. No delivery, I called at 12:00 and was first told my order was cancelled because I cussed out a driver, that never happened and I don't even take delivery, my front desk does and they would never cuss anyone, I am in the back of the office suite so I never see a driver, she quickly said you have been put on a do not deliver list because I cussed her out, I've never cussed out anyone. When I asked for a manager she hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager and was put on a ten minute hold, tried calling back and no answer. I manage a staff of 153 team members and none of my staff will order from them because of all the issues they continuously have at that store. I will be calling the owner of that store as I am sure they would like to know why their sales are down. read more

Hours listed here and on iPhone maps are incorrect (guess they haven't bothered to update them). Also they will close earlier than their own posted hours and turn you away upon doing so. Bad customer service. Inconsiderate and unprofessional. They expect a phone call first if you expect them to remain open during their advertised hours (the ones on their website). read more

I wanted to let everyone know that I emailed their corporate office and received a response within the hour from an Area Manager. He was very nice and I felt handled the situation very professionally and made things right with me. After my experience I was through with this Jimmy Johns but because of Brandon's way of handling things I will give this store another chance and all is forgiven. read more

I don't go here often, but wanted a sub today since Jersey Mikes left Trussville for Vestavia. I ordered a #7 spicy Italian and asked for extra Dijon mustard to be added. They couldn't do it, the lady apologized and asked if I wanted a small cup on the side, which was a nice gesture AFTER they had swiped my debit card. For Covid concerns I passed on a cup of mustard, but they actually wanted me to bring it back to the office and "fix" it myself. Why are you even open if you can't get the order right on the front end ? It seems to me that food service employees in this area on Hwy 11 just don't give flying F if they get the order right or not. I have already cut off the Bojangles just down the road from them, they could not get an order right to save their lives.
