I cannot say how impressed I am with Chick-fil-A. I called in my order for pick-up. It was a medium Chicken Nugget platter. My wife immediately said that was too much and I called to change to a small plater. It was no problem and the person on the phone was literally outstanding. I get to the place, walk in and immediately I am greeted. My order just comes up, it is fresh, it was put into a bag and handed to me. Everyone and I mean everyone in the store had a smile on their faces. They were happy to be at work. Refreshing. We get to our party for the football game, we bring in the nuggets. One the counter is another try of nuggets. Glad I got a small. I planted myself in front of one of the trays and went to town. I could not make a dent on it and I tried. I want to end this review with a Bravo to the Birmingham, AL Area Chick-fil-A. I also want my fellow Yelp members to know that I did save three nuggets for my dog, Otis Redding. I watch TikTok focused on mostly cute dog videos. There is a dog, or the voice of a dog called Tatum. Half his videos are asking his humans to get him Nuggets. Another example of how Chick-fil-A has lost their way. Made an order on the app. Waiting at the pick up area and no order was found. Asked a worker, they said the were working on it. Meanwhile he did not ask the name of the order. This happens 3 times. Finally I get firmer. The store was not finding my order on the mobile app. So there was an issue. I calmly but firmly said can they train their staff to check name to order when someone is asking for an update on the mobile order. His response was I don't appreciate how you are talking to me so we can just ban you from getting orders. Are you kidding me!?!? The cherry on top he then said my pleasure. It is just sad. read more

This location of CFA is your typical CFA. It's got good food and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They try to get your food to you quickly if you are parking in the drive-up spots, and like every CFA, they try to make sure that the drive-through lanes are as efficient as possible. I've never had an issue here all the times I've stopped by to grab a bite. The parking lot and the drive through feel a little cramped or tight, so you do need to watch your car when traversing it or backing out after getting an order. I bet that it is worse during rush hour times on 280. read more

Nice chik fil a. Came during an off hour. Still busy but not crazy busy. I went through the drive thru. The wait was really short. Chik fil a has mastered all of their drive thrus. Food was hot and really good. Only complaint was that I wasnt asked if i wanted any sauce or condiments when my order was taken or at the window so I didn't get any. The owner Mark Meadows was running the drive thru. The drive thru is awful. When I turned in I went to the right of the Resturant not knowing where exactly I needed to turn in. I drove around the building which took forever. So, when I got around I exited the back really unsure still of how/ where I was going. I went back up to the drive thru and turned in to the drive thru section and this Mark started yelling at me saying you gotta drive around the building. I explained I had already drove around the building. He yells at me again. So, I yelled back again I have been around the building. He then yelled back then you didn't read the signs then removed a side post and sit it in front of my car. I was like m fker. I called him some names. Because who is he to yell at me. Then stick a stick in front of my car after I had already drove thru the parking lot. It was crazy busy so I was thinking maybe I did miss the sign. NOPE!!! No sign. I am dyslexic so telling me I didn't/can't read hit a nerve. I drove on around the building because I had no choice. Since they was no signs. I wasn't going to go around again. This time I parked and went in. I waited at a register just for the lady to say this isn't a line. AGAIN, NO SIGN!!! I wait and go to another line and order and as I'm waiting in line he comes in and tells in front of everybody again. Saying If I knew you was in here I would have asked you to leave. I usually got to the other Chick-fil-A if I'm on 280 near Target. This one is two miles further down 280 near the Walmart. This one is absolutely beautiful on the outside as it was decorated in Christmas lights and looked very festive. Walking in, it was kind of weird because the whole restaurant seemed to be a drive thru almost. Interesting. My friend Kimia and I ate inside. We both ordered at a mobile booth for the first time. It took a while for them to get us our food close to about 15 minutes, but the food was delicious as usual. I ordered a small frosted lemonade and a chocolate chip cookie. Both amazing and the chocolate chip cookie exceeded my expectations. I had some of Kimia's ice cream too which was delicious and tasted just like my frosted lemonade. read more

Couldn't give it 5 stars because it's so hard to leave the restaurant. Can't really complain about Chick-Fil-A though. Food is always solid. Workers are always nice. The environment is clean and there's a playground. My only gripe is that when you want to leave the restaurant the road only takes you out in one direction. Let's start by saying I love Chick Fil A!! The customer service is top notch!! I visit this location frequently because it's near my son's ENT office. I love how they have crew members stationed well before the intercom and your ambe to pay here as well. This allows the drive through to move so smoothly. It doesn't matter if it's 2 cars or 20, you never have a long wait. Of course, every one of their locations ask your name, but the excitement in their voices when I reach the window makes me feel like they're happy to see me!! I've yet to have a bad experience.
