A big shoutout to Kayla and Talea for their help here! We ran out of Jimmy John's at our event down the road, and they came in clutch with a big order at the 11th hour. I didn't realize they were so close to closing, but they were able to wrap like no one has ever wrapped before. They cranked out sandwiches for our group and everything turned out beautifully. One weird thing to note: I've been prompted to tip a robot for taking an order before, so I was quite surprised to find we couldn't tip on a credit card here. While that is it's own debate, I wish there was some way to make an exception as I didn't have (enough) cash on me. Service is rude, and sloppy. These people have attitude problems, no smiles, and work with to hair protection. Long hair swing around all over your food while prepping and cooking. read more

I love Jimmy John's subs! The bread, meats, and cheeses are fresh and delicious. When I order it to be delivered, I expect to be at least on time. Their commercials and motto is freaky fast. I think that this branch should change it to freaky fast in the restaurant and not delivery. This is the third time that our order came many minutes past the promised arrival time. I hope the delivery improves because I do love the Jimmy John sandwich above all other sub shops. It took 40 minutes for our food to be delivered. We did receive a refund. read more

My order is always wrong every time I come to this location. They never put the ranch on my sandwich & they are very unpleasant, not polite. Go to any other location except this one and i'm sure you'll see the difference in customer service & satisfaction. read more

Was in the neighborhood and decided to stop by Jimmy John's to pick up a quick bite to eat for lunch for the family. Inside dinning is still closed but the drive thru is open. I actually showed up around 10:55am before they officially opened. I was greeted by a friendly voice over the intercom that took my order. After placing it, I was told to pull around for a total. Seeing I was probably the first customer of the day, they did take a few minutes (longer) than I usually wait for sandwiches from this restaurant. I paid for my order. After a few more moments the friendly worker handed the bag to me. Before pulling away, I did a quick check and mentioned they forgot a bag of chips that I ordered. I inquired about the missing bag and the worker mentioned I did not order it. I corrected him and said I did order it and I don't mind paying for the items since I was not charged for it. If I could they would get a zero. Terrible customer service. I was staying at a Marriott 4 miles away. Drove through on my way to the room. Got to the room and sand which was not what I ordered. I called and the person on the phone said yes there was a mix up and the other person had brought their sandwich back as well. I asked for them to deliver as my wife was with me and she had Wendy's and was eating. The " manager" got in the phone and said it was out if their area but I could come by for a free sandwich the next day. Not really interested in next day. No he'll about delivering the extra mile. Just oh well. Never ever go to this store. I sent an email to the corporate customer service. They told me this location was franchise owned but they sent my email to the owners and I could expect a response very soon. Five days and no response. It is obvious the poor customer service at this location starts at the top and filters through. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location or a different restaurant. read more

The food is good, and the employees were nice. They did not honor their own coupon. The coupon said that you just had to mention it in the drive-through. They claimed that we had to re-order the food after downloading the app. After showing them the coupon, she told me she did not know how to do it. We ended up paying full price for the food, although we chose the restaurant because we had a coupon for it. read more

This Jimmy John's is in a tough spot to get to sometimes. At night, it feels like they don't want to even be open because they never turn on the sign so it's just appears dark all the time. Customer service and food are typical, your average JJ. read more

The sandwich was mostly bread! 3 thin pieces of ham & 2 pieces of cheese for $6.50! What a ripoff. Used the drive thru & when we asked for a couple of mayo packets the guy looked at us like we were crazy. This was my first & last visit to any jimmy johns. Highly disappointed. read more

Almost $11 for a sandwich that's just okay, chips and a drink. Why? This is a place for people who like bland. Overpriced and underflavored. They need to go away. On the plus side, it was quick, fresh and the people were friendly, otherwise a solid one star. read more

Second visit to this store. Last minute phone in order. I dealt with Ethan. He was very nice and had no problem getting a large order, $160 worth of sandwiches together on 30+ minutes. The store staff was super friendly taking the food out to my car on a hot day. My customer was very appreciative of the trays, chips, cookies. Believe me so we're his employees! Today I received a call from Kerry, regional management with Jimmy Johns. She was calling to make sure my visit /purchase was perfect. This was a great gesture -- no one follows up anymore! I was very impressed. Great experience, second time around, with this Jimmy Johns. I will definitely use them again as should you if you're near the area, especially with catering needs! read more

The guys are really nice and helpful. I just flew in from a flight and wondered in. They helped me with my selection and gave me recommendations for my first time. I was going to eat half but ate the whole sandwich it was SO good!! The signage and quotes are cool too. Great little place to grab something not so fast food!! read more

Great food but a bit of a gripe about the large fellow with the beard on the register. Wasn't friendly at all and not very polite. Short worded and when I ordered a drink he just looked at the cup as if to signal to grab it myself, which I had to do. Don't quite like that guy. :p great sandwich though. read more

Not only did they take my order, which 98% of restaurants would not have served me or answered me, the sandwich was professionally made and great! I had to politely ask for my money back at the window when I noticed the same female that was at the screen/register (with gloves on) walked over (with same gloves on) to attempt to make my sandwich! I explained the incident to the manager, and he simply said 'sorry about that'... it was disgusting to see all the fingerprints on that screen and for this person to work that screen and prepare sandwiches... very disappointed! read more

Earlier today I had gone to the location in Florissant because it is closer to my house for the dollar sub deal. A.J. at that location decided to make his own rules even though I was in line at 2:25 and the deal ended at 3. With 5 - 8 people still in front of me A.J. (Florissant) said the subs were now full price and did not care if we called corporate or that most of us had been line for over 30 minutes..well I wanted a sub but I wasn't going to give the Florissant one my business. So I came to this location and spoke to the manager, Chris who was amazing!!!!! He took care of me and even though this location 15-20 minutes away from my house I will only come to this location from now on! Amazing customer service and great sandwich! If you live in North County then come to this location only because they're the BESt!!!! read more
