When they handed my food out to me in drive-through, I could tell the bag was cold. When I opened it up it was soggy breading on the chicken cold and not crispy. Biscuit was cold and rockhard. There's something about the restaurants in this town that don't think people at night deserve Good food but we have to pay for it. I haven't been to KFC in years. Yesterday I had a tooth extraction and KFC was right there, with several soft foods available. We waited a couple minutes for the fries. Oh my goodness, I would wait a few hours for those fries. Seriously, those are the best fries I have ever tasted. I know that is used to describe an amazing meal we've just experienced . But this is 100% true. The best fries in my life. The customer service was a pleasant surprise. The lemon bundt cake was great as well. Overall, KFC is back on my rotation life. I went to KFC because they had a Tuesday bucket of 8 pieces of chicken for $10. I place the order online because I did not want to go in and deal with anyone. I purposely showed up about 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. I went though the drive through and was told my order was not yet ready and to come inside. I was at KFC on 2nd street in Casper and Everyone behind the counter were really professional. I was very impressed. The store was clean. They weren't too busy to speak to customers. They all were wearing the proper clothing that represents the company (KFC logos, clean, shirts tucked it, no pants hanging down. The food was hot and prompt. The food was excellent. WAY TO GO Matthew! I always eat out due to work and this was the first place in several states at several different restaurants that someone actually asked me and made sure that I had everything I needed. Extra sauces etc.... usually it's the same "yeah it should be in there" and then ITS NOT! This kid is a prime example of what's missing in today's younger workforce. Chicken was better than I expected. Sides were lukewarm. However the service was terrible & the staff doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I just wanted to say how horrible this KFC is. They almost always get the order wrong. They refuse to give condiments even when asked, or napkins(Come on it is chicken!). The staff is always rude. This location is split with Long John Silvers. The restaurant was rebuilt six or so years ago so it's bright and modern. Fountain drink refills are in the dining area which is nice. The dining room is usually clean. The food is exactly what you'd expect. No changes to the sides in many decades. Freshness of the chicken is based on when you go. They keep some under heat lamps/ warmers most all the time. read more

In short do yourself a favor and pass by this dump...., it's dirty and the food is sub par at best. Our fish was so undercooked the batter was doughy on the inside. Seeing the reviews of this place it seems to be a trend. Either they need to fire the GM of this place or close down entirely. I generally don't like to trash a place so bad but the only redeeming quality was a young man who apologizes and tried to make it right while the manager stayed in back and could care less at the slop he served. This is probably the worst meal I have had from them. I got the chicken and fish combo with sides of what was supposed to be a bowl of sweet corn and potato wedges. it looked like on the menu picture I was supposed to get two fish and one chicken piece. Also The menu said seven dollars and change I will wound up paying nine dollars and change and got nothing extra and the chicken and fries were so greasy, the fish was OK. Casper doesn't have the lunch buffet option. Tried to modify an order and the cashier screwed it up because he wouldn't listen. Food pretty good, but this KFC seems greasier than other KFC's. Which is an odd thing to say considering its fried but other KFC's seem better. I ordered one of the meal combo plans and so did my friend and she wanted to then separately add another piece of chicken to the order and he couldn't apparently handle that. There was a long john silver at the same location but I didnt order that. We took the 20 fill up to my friends son and he said it was very good. read more

Having ordered multiple times from this store, I am convinced that the ability to count and read and most importantly attention to detail ( completing the order correctly). Tried to eat here on 9/22/10 at about 7:30 pm. First we were told they were having "technical problems" and that the lights on their menu sign in the drive through was off and there was nothing they could do about it. We figured out what we wanted on their dark sign and proceeded to order. When we ordered macaroni and cheese we were told they were out and wouldn't have any for 8 minutes. Ok, so we chose another side. When we went to order chicken we were told they only had grilled chicken and not original or extra crispy. If you don't have the food on your menu available, then what is the point of being open? Very disappointed with our experience here and probably won't be back. read more

When I was a kid, I was excited to see a KFC on the horizon. It was a rare treat for 5 kids being raised by a single Mom. We all LOVED it! No longer is that the case. To be fair I've had good and bad experiences with KFC in many different states since then.The one here is the worst. But, about every 2-3 years or so I break down and give them another chance for the sake of nostalgia. I won't be doing that again. As a matter of fact, the KFC in Casper has ensured that no KFC, in any town, will see me again as a customer. It's been dirty every time I've gone in. I'm not a neat freak, a few crumbs here and there would not get a mention from me. The last time I ate there was Weds. 3/11/15. ( I do mean the last). There wasn't a clean table in the place, and the floors looked no better. I got a 2 piece chicken meal. The powdered mashed potatoes were very hot, but not well mixed (runny). The chicken was literally dripping grease (lots of it). I took 2 bites and couldn't continue eating it. The only good thing at all was the biscuit. Avoid this KFC, you can get better chicken in any supermarket deli in Casper. read more

I usually go inside to get the chicken for dinner time. There are a few things l have noticed, the chicken is getting smaller in size and way higher in price. Never again I'm going through the drive thru. Ordered a three piece chicken meal at lunch time. Took it home, ten miles away, and noticed one of my side dishes isn't in the box. Try to call and explain to them my issue and I was told l needed to bring the receipt with me. But of course, no receipt was ever given to me. And trying to talk to a manager was a joke. read more

My wife and I went for lunch. She ordered one of their fish and chicken plank dinners. I ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner. The service was courteous, and precise. The food was reasonably portioned, which has not been in the past. The food itself was exceptionally prepared. However, the entire dining room was filthy. What the tables weren't covered with, was in the floor. Several of the booths have 2 foot rips in the seats. We wiped off a table ourselves so that we could eat. As we ate I counted about 8 or 9 people in the kitchen. After about 10 minutes 1 worker came out with a single balled up towel. And I mean balled up like a baseball. With this he dabbed at each table, knocking the crumbs and such into the floor. It was obvious the towel was just about bone dry, and certainly wasn't something that was cleaning the table or sanitizing it. All the while we were eating we were pestered by about 4-5 flies. There is not excuse for a dining room to be that filthy. Especially with 8-9 workers in the kitchen. We are in Casper visiting and decided to go to KFC. Right when we walked in we were immediately happy to see how good of customer service one of the employees. Her name is Rubie, and she is the best example of an employee I have ever seen. She should get a raise, because even when I went up a third time for sauces, she still had a smile on her face and was being as helpful as possible. The other workers at the counter were kind of slacking, but she was doing everything perfect. Best person I have ever had in the food business. read more
