it was over a year since I last ordered over 100+ boxed sandwiches for my company catered lunch. I have been back since 2022 and 2024. Each and everytime I've ordered over 100+ lunch boxes. All of the catered orders have consistently been accurate, no missing items, condiments are all included. There's always been plenty of napkins too. Alex is one of the best leads there. I always ask for her and she always makes sure the sandwiches are labeled or grouped together so you don't have to unwrap the sandwiches to figure out which sandwich it is. Since my orders are always for 2 different offices, Alex sees to it that the orders are also separated to avoid any confusion. If Alex is not there or not scheduled to work on the day I pick up my orders, she will make sure the orders are organized for the crew to know what to do. I also know she has come to work on her unscheduled day to make sure our orders are accurately done. She is super friendly, reliable and gives 100% customer service. She will call and reassure the order will be completed and ready for pick up. She has always been dependable. When I call, and I place my order, she remembers me even though I come out to Cocoa Beach once every 2 years. I have never eaten on the premises, but it is well lit, clean but not very big. There are about 3-4 tables and seating along the window to watch passerbys. I see some low ratings b/c catered orders were messed up or late. Jimmy Johns is always my go to when I'm traveling and need something quick because it's usually super consistent! Unfortunately this location was quite a disappointment. We placed our order online and the location was less than a mile from our hotel. We ordered it pretty late so it wasn't during peak time but after 35 minutes we called just to ensure our order got placed and they confirmed and said they had just delivered. It hasn't arrived yet so we waited a bit longer. Around the 1.5 hour mark we called again and they claimed they needed to find our order and weren't sure where it or the driver was. I love Jimmy John's restaurant and have been to many in the country. We stay in Cocoa Beach 2 months every year and each time we are here I try this restaurant and it is always a disappointment. Yesterday I thought I'd try again. . . pulled up to the drive thru menu where orders are placed and then up to drive thru window (after waiting at the ordering menu with no one coming to take my order for 2 minutes). Against my better judgment I decided to pull over, park and go in to order. Upon entering the store, I found two employees sitting behind the counter casually chatting. I asked if the drive thru was open and they said of course it is open. I politely told them that I tried to use it and no one came. While they were making my sandwich two more cars attempted to order from the drive thru - one came in and asked the same question that I did (but not as nicely). After getting my sandwich to go, I discovered that it wasn't the one that I ordered. This store continues to disappoint me. I won't be trying again. read more

I walked in yesterday, I was having a rough day, my car broke down I was walking nonstop looking for help but then my phone died. So I stopped at Jimmy John's, I only had $6 so I asked cashier Silfredo what can I buy with $6, he attended me and helped me, he was amazing great customer service On the other hand, I asked his coworker Chris if I can charge my phone (to contact the help that I needed) he told me no, that he can't do that for me. I told him please I just needed it to be on to make a call and he was being so inhumane that I was so upset I got my sandwich and left. Honestly I'm use to the lack of humanity nowadays but it sucks cause if he was in my shoes and I was in his, I would definitely help a human out in rough times. But I can't expect people to have the same heart as I do. Very disappointing but God bless him. I would avoid this location at all costs. I'm not one to complain about service typically. But my last experience here was horrendous. It was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received at a restaurant or fast food place. I can brush off employees not being into it, having bad days, and or being overwhelmed. But the employees here were openly rude and awful to us for no reason. We mobile ordered, came in to pick up food. Sit down to wait, lady looks at us very annoyed and said can we help you, we explained very pleasantly, thank you, we actually just placed an online order so we are waiting for that. She rolled her eyes and scoffed then said yeah it just came in so it'll be awhile. Rude and uncalled for tone because we were in no rush and fine with waiting. No one else in line, still waited 10 minutes for them to make our sandwiches, slower than usual for JJ's but not a big deal to us. After they finish they slap them on the counter at the end and said "here" we go down say "thank you, can we please get some mustard to go?" Lady walked away mid sentence and never acknowledged us. Went to the next younger lady working on the sand which line and asked her kindly for some mustard packets to go. She rolled her eyes didn't say anything, walked away, that was it for me. Couldn't believe how rude they were for no reason. She shook her head and threw the packets on the counter, my fiancé thanked her and she said nothing. I so badly wanted to ask what the issue was with us? Were they offended we were wearing masks? Because they weren't. It wasn't a big deal to us, it just seemed like most places we have been into required them. Did they mistake us for some regular rude customers? Whatever the matter, they seemed particularly and singularly rude to us as they said goodbye to another patron on his way out and called him by name with a pleasant tone. Whatever it was, it was uncalled for and rude, leaving us with a very negative view of this location. As for the food, typical JJ's; they didn't put on any extras like tomatoes or cucumbers like we asked for in our order. But that was the least of our worries. read more

Extremely disappointing experience at this location. The online ordering process was simple to navigate but that's where it ended. When I arrived to pick up my order, my first observation was watching a sandwich maker toss the sandwich he just completed making to his coworker to wrap it up. I questioned what condition my sandwiches were in. I quickly found out once I opened my sandwiches once I got home. The quality and quantity were not surprising. I ordered the #2 and it had a SINGLE slice of Roast beef and loaded with lettuce and tomato thinking one wouldn't notice the difference. The #4 was no different when it came to how much Turkey the sandwich had. Based on the previous postings, management/ownership have made some changes on the quantity of meat they now serve. Why have a Subway when there's a Jimmy John's nearby? This was the go-to lunch choice for our whole work team when we traveled out to the Cape for a few weeks. What's so good about it, you ask? The bread! You don't really get a choice of bread like other sandwich shops, but the bread is so dang good. The unique part of their sandwich making technique is that they scoop out the "guts" of the bread to get you what they believe is the best bread to content ratio. Prior to eating the sandwich, I'll have to admit I was a bit skeptical and questioned this waste of bread (plus I love bread). But try it, and you'll see that the ratio just works. It even made a #6 Veggie Sandwich taste good! I've also had the #4 Turkey Tom and that was super tasty as well. Cost is low and service is great. Something else worth noting...the speed. I think they pride themselves on the speed of making their sandwiches and rightfully so. As soon as I swiped my card, my sandwich was literally in my hand not 5 seconds later...what the what?! Great Lunch Visit. These guys are "Freakin Fast". Man. Our family and extended family stopped in for sandwiches to take to the beach and have lunch and we overwhelmed them with our group and then another group of 6 came behind us and we were literally in and out in about 15 minutes. Ordered a sandwich online in a group order. My coworker picked up the order and came back to the office. When I unwrapped my sandwich, there was a hair in the middle where the sandwich had been cut in two. I called the store and was told that I can bring the sandwich back (which I am unable to do because I am working through lunch) but asked since my job is 3 miles away, can they deliver to me? They said no, the GM says it's too far. I asked for a refund and was told that they don't do refunds but I can have two free sandwiches next time I come in (with hair on them??, i'm good). Jimmy John's is where we go for an Unwich (a sandwich without the bread) your ingredients are wrapped in lettuce leaves. You can buy any sub with bread as an Unwich. But you can also buy a traditional sub sandwich. For Active Duty and retirees ask if they offer a military discount, as some of the stores do offer a discount. The girl placed me on hold for a couple minutes then returned to tell me I'm out of their delivery area. I love Jimmy John's, and this one still puts out a good product but they have strayed FAR from the core values of providing freaky fast sandwiches. Waiting in line for more than 5-10 minutes at the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me is crazy for JJ's. They didn't even seem particularly busy inside. I was also told that if I wanted French bread I would need to wait another 10 mins because they were out! I opted for the wheat. Also disappointed that when I got to the window my sandwich wasn't handed to me right as I paid which I come to expect fro a JJ's. I still had to wait another minute or so. read more
