My boyfriend ordered a roast beef sandwich with just beef, cheese, and mayo. We get there and realize he has a coupon for a $6 sandwich so I order a #4 turkey tom. We waited in the dining room for over half an hour. we get his sandwich and there isn't cheese or mayo. 45 minutes later he has to eat just meat and bread because we had to get back to work since it took so long. He didn't even have time to eat his meat and bread. On top of that, the second we got there the one of the workers was yelling at another worker about sprite. They were also arguing and complaining about the workers who closed last night. Bad vibes! Usually not someone who writes reviews but god damn, that stunk. read more

My first sandwich I got here the bread was hard which I don't like. That said the service is extremely fast which who doesn't like that? It's in a convenient location and a welcome addition aside from the Riverdale location. I have had friends order from this location for delivery and the delivery service is exceptional. It's freaky fast which when your hungry waiting an hour or two for food sucks. The food is ok but I prefer Jersey Mike's over JJ any day as the bread is far superior. If you want to get in and out or get it delivered fast JJ wins. Normally I would rate it 3 star especially with the hard bread but it's still an OK sandwich and the freaky fast service makes up the extra star for a 4 star rating from me. read more

Overall I enjoy the Jimmy Johns chain of restaurants. However, the place off of Hanson in Coon Rapids is really hit or miss. Sometimes you go in and see the clean restaurant with quickly prepared sandwhiches to order you have come to expect, and other times you get what I experienced today. A messy restaurant and they only had enough bread to make two sandwhiches. I'm not sure how you run out of a key part of your product but you roll the dice when you visit rhis particular Jimmy John's. read more

We love Jimmy John's however this store we will no longer go to since this is the 3rd time we've received bad service. Person who took our order was unfriendly to the point of being rude. She appeared bothered that she had to stop cleaning the meat slicer to take our order. Kid making our sandwiches was pleasant but super slow. 4 people deep waiting for their orders and the girl taking orders/ cleaning slicer didn't jump in to help him. If there were a zero star option I would give it. My husband Went in to get two sandwiches today a Pepe and the Ultimate Porker. Never mind that three people in the back took 8 min to make two sandwiches as entertaining and arguing with each other was more fun. When he finally got in the car and handed me the sandwich I noticed it was light as a feather. I unwrapped the Pepe and there was lettuce and two tomatos. No meat no cheese. Had to pull a u turn on Hanson to back. I walked in and said "my sandwich is wrong it has no meat" both employees looked at me dumbfounded. I had to ask the sandwich person to make a fresh sandwich rather than use the one that I had taken apart to inspect. She argued with me that the tomatos were already on the sandwich. Unbelievable. As I am watching a lady and her son who were dining in walked up and said they forgot to put things on their sandwiches as well. At no time was there an apology made to me for the error and the inconvenience. After getting my sandwich I said to the cashier boy "I would like a cookie for my inconvenience". He said to me "I don't think so!" I looked at the men standing behind me and said "Did he just say, I don't think so?" The men were open mouthed and noddded yes! The sandwich master says "No, I can't do that." I said, "you must be joking, I just drove away and had to turn around and come back and you don't think so?" I asked to speak to the manager. The sandwich master tells me she is the manager. I tell her (at this point I was almost laughing it was so ubsurd) "you are a bad manager". Then I got back in the car. A manager who cannot get a sandwich right --no meat and cheese that's a basic sandwich ingredient- what kind of people are they putting behind the counter. Customer service was nice and friendly but they couldn't deliver past a certain street! That's just ridiculous. I wanted a sandwich delivered to a friend that worked only 2 miles away and they couldn't make that possible for me. Greatly disappointing, I had to have my friend meet them up. What's the point of delivery if you can't deliver even 2 miles? Making it a 2 star rating for that sole purpose. read more
