Had a wonderful experience this Thursday at 3:00pm. They had a huge amount of customers for what I assume are non-peak hours. No one had name tags, but the gentleman who was slicing the meat was above-and-beyond customer service. He was very kind and upbeat to me. The gal behind me had a million questions which he was happily answering (while gently encouraging her to make a decision). She was more focused on chatting [asking infinite questions] than ordering to the point I also helped "push" her along as I could be more "forceful" than the staff should be haha. Line was moving like a well oiled machine outside of her, sandwich was great as usual. They had the Red Cross there for blood donations, which is lovely that they were providing a space (and I believe free sandwiches? to donors). read more

I stopped going to JJs years ago because they kept getting my order wrong, and then the food went downhill, including getting stale bread and not-fresh tomatoes. A few days ago, I decided to try the new one near me. I got my usual #10, and it was excellent, as good as what I used to get many years ago. The proportions are perfect btw (I do wish though they would give an option for extra mayo, mustard, etc. ) Today, I had my #10 sandwich door-dashed to me again, and again it was excellent. The bread was hard Day old bread there was nothing fresh to it one of the worst sandwiches I've had in a long time just not gonna stop by the maple Grove store going back to my store in Plymouth manager offered me a free sub. We were the first people in line before a rush started, and nobody seemed interested in taking our order. When I finally got the chance, she only allowed me to mention the sandwich I wanted and assumed I wanted it with all default options, as she ignored me even as I was loudly asking my friend when I was going to get a chance to choose my bread and toppings. She took and started 3 other orders before I could get her attention and tell her what I wanted, and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me such a hard time I wanted to leave then and there. When I went to pay, they convinced ne to try to sign up for a rewards program, but the machine froze as it was trying to process my acceptance of terms and conditions. As it had already took too long, I told them to forget it and just let me pay. The toppings of the sandwich tasted decent, but the bread was very thick, dry, and grainy, taking away from all of the good flavor. With their high prices and slow unfriendly service, I am not coming back. read more

Sandwich was so soggy the young man put way to much oil on! The man in charge there was rude (name was Jaxon) too his own workers we heard him cussing, and by we me and my young child hearing cussing in a restaurant is wild. They don't give you the chance or option to put lettuce or other stuff on your subs like subway does. I will never eat here again.

The employees here are always fantastic and we typically never have any issues with our meals. There was one time when I ordered (online) a chicken philly and they accidentally made it a regular philly. The only reason this ended up being an issue was because I don't eat beef. I don't put the blame entirely on them, as I should have checked the food before driving off with it, but I had somewhere to be and had grown to trust them since orders were always correct. I wasn't able to go back for a replacement, so I called them, explained the situation, and asked for a refund. The manager was very apologetic and he issued me a refund without hesitation, which I ended up getting back on my card very quickly. The sandwich didn't go to waste - my mother ate it and said it was delicious, as usual :) We have been back several times since and have never had another issue with receiving the wrong sandwich. Sometimes they run out of the rosemary parm bread, but that's such a small issue compared to the quality of their food, service, and employees. We always order online and it's almost always ready when we arrive, but even when it isn't ready, we still only have to wait a minute or two, which is completely fine with us. read more

We got here at Prime lunch rush so we waited a long, long time for our sandwiches. I had been finished for 10 minutes before my husbands philly came out. I will say this chain is great because they load your sandwich with meat and other fillings! Unlike other sub shops that give you 2-3 pieces of meat depending on the size, Jersey Mike's packs em full! The flavor is pretty on par with the rest. Although I've heard insanely good things about their philly cheese steak, I myself just haven't tried it yet. I'll likely return at some point but not during lunch time and we will see if it goes quicker, but 35 minutes is way too long to spend in a sub shop IMO. read more

Each was perfectly constructed, not smashed together, or sloppily thrown together. Service was executed within the stated pickup time. Overall the order process was very easy the sandwich was hot and fresh and the bread was very tasty. The reason I'm giving this restaurant three stars is just on the fact that I ordered a hot sub and I wasn't given the option to add any more toppings to it. When I'm eating a sub whether it's hot or cold I like to have fresh vegetables on top of it for that crunch but the guy just made my sandwich wrapped up in a bag and handed it to me without inquiring whether I wanted any fresh lettuce onions etc. I'm not sure if this is a normal practice but hopefully that can change. read more

Food is great. The Big Kahuna and the original Italian are particularly great. Unfortunately both times we eaten here the staff has messed up or given away our order to someone else.
