I only expect so much from a chain restaurant and I frequent Jimmy John's a lot. Right off the bat, an average chain franchise should get three stars. This place is easily the slowest Jimmy John's I have ever been to. And that's supposed to be the mission for the business; fast service. Also, it's virtually impossible to hear anyone working the drive-through. It's been like that for as long as I can remember and still no one what has bothered to fix it. Jimmy John's is by far the best place to get a sub. I love the quality of this restaurant and the sandwiches are always ready fast! I have never had a bad experience at Jimmy John's-and trust me I've been here hundreds of times. All of the sandwiches are good and the people here are so nice. The BBQ Jimmy chips are by far the best chips I've ever had-no joke. With the combination of a Jimmy sandwich, Jimmy chips, and your Jimmy drink; you just can't go wrong. The big Jimmy Gargantuan is my favorite sandwich but it's too big to penetrate my face hole. It has 3 kinds of meat on it combined with all of the necessary extras to get your mouth watering for the Big Jimmy. Often at night I find myself wishing for a Big Jimmy to satisfy my late night needs and then I wake up to find myself completely covered in Hellman's mayonnaise. I pray one day that Jimmy John himself will recognized my dedication to his cause and meet me in person. I take pilgrimage to Jimmy John's restaurants everyday with the goal to one day have visited them all. Praise be to Jimmy John and please JJ hear my prayers. This place makes great subs. If your looking for an upgrade from Subway, this is the place to go.

I work in the mall so I use their delivery very often. At least once or twice a week. In the year I've ordered from them my order was incorrect once. They left off an item and were quick to return the extra $1.50 I paid back to my card so no big deal. On a normal day they will get here in 15 mins or less on a Saturday expect 30mins if not longer. But all and all I can't complain. The sub's are absolutely delicious and low calories. They can be a little tight with the meat sometimes but hey no more than subway. read more

Fast, cheap, and easy, Jimmy John's lives up to it's reputation as good, convenient, food. The seating is limited but it's never very busy. The workers are polite and I love the food. Couldn't ask for any more from a sandwich shop. read more

The first time I ever had Jimmy John's I was just a wee laddie and I knew I had something special. I got the bootlegger with cheese and Ive never found a better sandwich. I ate Jimmy John's for years and was never happier in my life. But there was a dark time in my life where the Jimmy John's closed near me and I didn't have the Jimmy John's for years. I went into a deep depression and didn't know what to do with my life. I didn't have Jimmy's John in my mouth for multiple years and forgot what good sandwiches tasted like. I ended up getting erectile dysfunctionI and lost my wife in the process. I went to the doctor for my issue and he was telling me there wasn't much to do for my problem. I soon as I was walking out of the doctor I saw someone with a Jimmy drink and I was dumbfounded. I ran over to the man with the drink and I asked him where he got it and he told me they had just opened Jimmy John's again so I went there. I got there and looked at the menu and it was like seeing old friends I hadn't seen it years. I got my traditional number 14 the Bootlegger. Then something that hadn't happened in a while happened to me once I took a bite of my sandwich. My wormy got firmy. I stood up in the middle of the restaurant and screamed Jimmy cured my erectile dysfunction. I've never wanted to put my Jimmy in a John as much as I do now. Jimmy has changed my life and I owe my life to Jimmy and would die for him. Jimmy John's has also made me realize how shitty Subway really is. I consider myself quite the sub sandwich connoisseur so when I heard of the hype that Jimmy Johns was creating I knew I had to get my hands on their Jimmy. My first Jimmy was the Gargantuan WITHOUT LETTUCE. As soon as that meat hit my taste buds I knew there was no other meat that could satisfy my mouth and I've tried plenty of meats. Even after countless visits to the local Jimmy Johns the Gargantuan never ceases to arouse me. Who needs viagra when there's Jimmy Johns. And let's not forget the stickers they give you I always ask for extras to cover my nipples. Their BBQ chips are to DIE for. I am fascinated by their use of Hellmans mayonnaise. If I could give a zero star review I would. I stopped by Jimmy Johns drive thru on my lunch break and ordered the Veggie sub. I get back to work and I have a turkey sub in my bag instead. I called the location and spoke with the manager, he tells me I can come back and exchange the sub for the correct one. Only problem is my lunch break is over so I can't go back right now. He tells me I have to bring the sub back to get an exchange. So I'm supposed to starve and wait until after work to get what I ordered to begin with. They have a delivery service but 2.4 miles is too far to deliver???? What kind of delivery service is that? The manager then proceeds to tell me I should've checked my sandwich before leaving. The drive thru is supposed to be fast and convenient, I shouldn't have to stop, unwrap my sub to check if it's correct. It's your job to get it correct. I'm by all means not trying to get anything free, I just want what I ordered. Needless to say, I'm stuck eating turkey instead of yummy veggies with avocado.
