I love Jimmy John's subs and am pleased to see a brand new shop that just opened in Crestview! While many Jimmy John's have tight seating, this one is especially low for seating. That is my only rare irritant for this store. Otherwise, staff is well trained, pleasant and the food is prepared "freaky, fast" just like their ads claim! ;) As an extra bonus, this Jimmy John's will have a drive thru! It is not functional, yet, but looks to be soon! Not many Jimmy John's, that I am aware of, have drive thrus; so I am excited to see that! I hope they get that going soon. Like I said! How does this place stay open ?! There is never customers there. The staff was pleasant enough. The sandwich is a different matter. Skimpy meat and hardly any veggies. Not a normal Jimmy John's. This place is really, really bad. Bread? Old. Meat? Mushy. Mayonnaise? Swimming in it. Coke? Flat. Ice? Big chunks, not normal Jimmy John pellet ice. I love Jimmy John's, but this one is of very poor quality, and lacks the consistency I've come to expect from the brand. Easy to order off the app and they accept cash deliveries. Our delivery person almost left without letting us pay. They forgot onions on my sandwich and forgot pickles on my boyfriends. We aren't picky so it didn't bother us too much. They didn't forget anything else so it was a pretty good experience. read more

Me and the wife LOVE jimmy johns. We lived in Ft Walton for 3 years and fell in love. We moved to crestview and we take bets on who's EASY order they're going to mess up. Seem to be more worried about wether it's gonna up sell a combo then how you want your sandwich made. Wanted to try something new, so popped in here. Honestly subway is better & I think subway is horrendous. The bread is hard and weird and my sub tastes like straight mayo. It costs as much as a kidney on the black market. Straight up nasty. The most reliable thing on the tasteometer in the shop is the soda machine. read more

Saw this young man working by himself with the Parkin lot half full and a long by the drive through. Got to give it to him, He was moving real fast left and right makin sandwiches. That young man was calm and finished tons of orders real freaky fast. I ask for his name, something with a Y. Padilla I apologize if it was incorrect. LOVE Jimmy John's subs! They have the best tasting bread of the chain sub shops. I like the "giant" subs and their toppings, but the regular subs are good and CHEAP. And they make subs FAST! I took off 1 star because delivery is supposed to be a major feature of JJ and their delivery area isn't big enough for where people live in Crestview. First time visiting this restaurant, and I was surprised they didn't have Swiss cheese. I ordered the turkey club on French bread. The sandwich was just okay...would have tasted better with Swiss cheese and fresher lettuce. I ordered my sandwich to go, but was given just the sandwich wrapped. When I asked for a bag, the nice man behind the counter pointed to the bags and so I had to bag it...that's top notch customer service (not!). Also, they didn't have Apple Pay or any other type of NFC payment options, and their card reader failed on first attempt. I sincerely hope Jimmy John takes a little more effort to appease their customer demands. read more
