As services keep getting worse at most chains, Chik-fil-A has never stopped being extremely efficient, highly accurate, and exceptionally friendly. My family has ordered from this location quite a lot and we have never had a single item missing or anything wrong with an order. This place does get busy because they are good at their job. I've have been happy with the food and service at this chain anywhere I have traveled. Every one I have been in has always been superior to the other fast-food chains when it comes to cleanliness, food quality and consistency, and manners from the staff. I ordered a yogurt through the app, and there was not a place to be charged for extra berries so I requested in the message. they told me they would charge me a little extra and I said that's fine. The guy said it would be the cost of a fruit cup. The yogurt is already 4.17 and then they charged me 3.19 for extra berries. Like I think that is reaching a bit. Then I had to pull up and wait 10 mins to get the thing (they gave me some type of card for the wait)I still think charging $3 for an already over priced yogurt is insane. That's on me though. I had to go to work didn't have time to complain about it. I paid 3$ for basically one maybe two strawberries. They should've just given the fruit cup on the side at that point. Like nearly all Chic fil a's this one has the best quality chicken you can find at a fast food drive through. They know how to get a crowd of cars through quickly. We liked that when we pulled through, yesterday, because we had a long drive. We got the original chicken sandwiches which is easy to eat while driving and our pup enjoyed grilled nuggets. Normally this chain is a favorite of ours. This location is a poor example from an overall good organization. I'm writing this as I just dropped 30.00 on breakfast for my family. The Hasbrowns are greasy beyond being edible, I ordered coffee with cream and sugar from the app and it came black, they didn't give a straw with my wife's tea, which they gave her sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea. I would definitely verify everything before driving away because it's obvious this location has some quality control issues. read more

Absolutely perfect. If you are going to eat fast food, there is no other place in Crestview you need stop. Chick-fil-A has not only the best food, but best management and great employees. All that adds up to a great eating experience and I'm not the only one who knows. Chick-Fil-A across from Walmart, near Lowes and just off I-10 is always busy. But, they know what they are doing, because the wait is short. If someone complains about this place, they would complain if someone gave then a million bucks that it wasn't two. Just left chick fil a five minutes ago! It was raining so my husband and I went through the drive thru and the girl who took his order was very sweet and polite. When we pulled up to window to get the food my husband realized he forgot to order a large Mac n cheese cup. BUT, this particular location has gotten my order wrong FOUR times just within the past few days. - i only ask for no pickle mind you.. Kim the manager refused to let us order fries during breakfast. Ever other Chick fil a I've been to has offered to make them when Ive ordered. My daughter is a vegetarian and thats what she likes from here. My husband finally gave up waiting for a refill and just left after NUMEROUS employees just walked past him without acknowledging him. Lemonade had so many seeds in it my son threw it in the trash. If this location doesnt get organized and improve on friendliness it wont stay open.
