I have been to this Firehouse Subs location many times, and am not every disappointed in anything - the service, food, and SWEET TEA are all fabulous EVERY time. I usually opt for the brownie, drink & sub combo (rather than chips), and am equally satisfied with the brownies. I always get the turkey sub. My daughter always gets roast beef. Each of our friends has a specific sandwich they order, as well. No matter what we order, though, we all think OURS is best. Oh, and serving our subs with a pickle? Perfection! I love pickles, and the first time I ate here, it was a pleasant surprise. It's always lovely when my server remembers my love of pickles and slips an extra one in my wrapper. :) Great food, relaxed/casual atmosphere, and friendly folk. What more do you need? Walk in and breads, sauces, toppings, aren't listed anywhere. The side of the menu says to pick of these things and proceeds to not list any of them. There are lists of curated sandwiches and none of them explicitly tell you what bread it is on. If you don't know what you already want/what's already offered somehow you are completely blind. I have no idea how this place would survive if it wasn't a chain. read more

Another average Firehouse. They used to be much better. The service is good, but they need to listen more, and talk less. I can't ever complete my order without being interrupted about my choice of bread, etc. Then, when you try to interject and ensure your order is correct, they get it wrong. Used to be my favorite place for subs, but they've taken a steep nose dive with the quality of the food over the past few years. And to make things even better, they've decreased portion sizes while raising the prices. Also, you can tell that the employees don't give a rat's fart about anything. They just haphazardly throw your order together and practically toss it at you while shoving you out of the door. Do yourself a favor and just head next door for a Pub Sub. read more

A great place to go for food poisoning! Had the Smokehouse Beef and cheddar brisket and turkey bacon ranch sub. The turkey bacon was awesome! No complaints. Poor hubby who had the brisket spent the rest of the day worshiping the porcelain god. It was not a good meal for him. Not sure if it was the meat, the veggies or what but my man has a stomach of steel and seeing him get ill after eating isn't a good thing. After a 2 year hiatus for the same reason I guess firehouse is going back on the list of places to never go again. read more

Everytime I come, I get the same sub. The Italian melt. I think that is the name of it. I could eat this sandwich once a week. I love the concept behind it. Along with the naming of the sauces. Semper Fidelis sauce. The customer service is always wonderful. read more

Went in a week ago to pick up a mobile order. i Was a few minutes early and it was not ready. understandable I was early. What wasn't acceptable was the bad attitude when I asked if it was ready. Ok bad day. Went today stood there over 5 minutes and was never helped or acknowledged I was there. I'm done with this location. You don't a third strike. Having a hard time believing that this place has a 4.5 star rating so far. I will start with the good... -Service was pleasant and pretty quick -The place is clean -They have a lot of hot sauces you can use on your sandwich to choose from The not so good... -Where is the flavor? I got the steak and cheese sub. The steak had hardly any flavor, and the provolone didn't have ANY flavor. I had them add jalapenos to it and they just tasted like vinegar. Yuck. And that lack of flavor sums up the experience. It was nothing I could actually get excited about eating, which is a waste. I am not writing them off completely. This used to be one of favorite places to bring subs home from. The quality and tastes have been all over the place lately. This week (Monday) I brought two home and they just weren't good at all. What qualifies for a "not going back" is the girl raked all the filth off the assembly board and behind it with her hands while making our subs, then grabbed our subs again to finish. Apparently they only wear gloves to protect themselves as the manager was standing right next to her and saw her do it without any concern for safe food handling. read more

Awww. A 1 star review simply for their salad. Granted, I've never ordered one of their salads before, and my husband smugly said to me, "Never order a salad at a sub shop." What?? Why is it on the menu then? I ordered the Firehouse salad with no meat. I thought I was getting a normal looking salad. It shows mozzarella, tomato, green peppers, and pepperocini. I thought the toppings were going to come out in chunks, like they were freshly sliced. Instead it was the tiniest of diced toppings. It made me sad. We were traveling to Texas and I wanted something green and fresh- the romaine was fresh, but the toppings felt non-existent. I felt like I was served a bowl of rabbit food. I thought the mozzarella would at least be in shreds, but it was diced in cubes, teeny tiny, just like everything else. It was a pity. Firehouse, you're subs might be nice, but if you're going to serve salads on your menu, at least do them up right with decent sized chopped veggies. read more

Excellent! I tried the Hawaiian pork sandwich and loved it. It's only available for a limited time. Kids had fun with the crazy soda machine, but I just had a plain old coke zero. Free plastic fireman's hats with kids' meals. read more

MUCH better sandwich place than Subway or Quiznos, although I find that Firehouse Subs is about as good as Lenny's across the street, but ranges about a $1 to $1.50 more than Lenny's, although the subs might be a bit bigger here, I haven't actually ever measured. Either way, it's a good place and I usually stop by every once in a while when I get my hair cut next door. read more

Definitely recommend the Firehouse Hero! I went in there a day or two ago and it was a wonderful experience. The sandwiches were delicious. I've eaten here before. However I noticed the girl behind the register, I hope I'm using the correct pronoun. The girls name was Savannah, if I remember correctly. She was amazing. She was fast, she knew her menu, and she hit me with question after question making sure I was completely satisfied with my order. Once me and my husband were sat down she delivered our food and she had the sweetest smile. She didn't stay for long and she started walking around engaging in conversation and she was taking people's little baskets and she had a stack of them to her chin. She was quite adorable. I did notice that her manager, was shooting her angry type glances and was looking angry at her a lot. That ladies voice would pierce the crowd and it was kind of intimidating. My issue with my time at this restaurant was that, the girl savannah, was not treated with the same respect the manager gave everyone else. Savannah engaged in a conversation with me when I asked her about the survey and how delicious the brownies were. My husband even agrees that she was a sweetheart and he hates almost everyone he meets. All in all,I'd love to go again, if the manager wasn't there. Went in at 7:30 pm and only one person in restaurant who was called for his order as I stepped up to the counter. Cashier told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I asked why the delay and they stated there are orders ahead. I said I would speak to the manager the next day due to no one being present. A male identified himself as the manager. I told him he answered to someone. I sat down and waited. Staff just kept looking at me and saying my name while the manager left the serving area. I got my order after almost 20 minutes and the bags were covered in tomato sauce. When I asked for new bags, the staff became upset as I had the audacity to not want tomato sauce all over my uniform jacket and car. They finally replaced the bags and the cashier said sarcastically "have a good day. " I told her to let her store manager know I would be calling the next day. She said he was already aware. When I got home and opened my sandwiches for my family, half were wrong. I didn't even get one sandwich I was charged over $11 for. I usually don't have a problem with this business and have spent several hundred dollars here over the past year. But, I will never eat there again with such poor customer service. Oh, and while waiting, only my order was made and one door dash pick up. For having to tell a customer there would be a 30 minute wait due to other orders, it kind of amazed me that no other orders were made. read more

Absolutely Love the New York Steamer. You can't find Corned Beef Brisket in Publix or anywhere that I have found. It's sooooooo good.

Each time we have been the food is terrific and fresh! My son gets the beef and cheddar brisket sandwich which is hot and filling! I get the Chopped salad with turkey. Each item is chopped into bite-sized pieces, from the cheese to the olives. The store is clean, service is friendly and we are satisfied on every visit. read more
