Freshly prepared and meal was hot. The tenders were too salty, same as shrimp and cheddar bites. My sweet tea had almost no ice. The workers were courteous, however we did have to park on the side and wait about 5 mins. Raising Cains tenders are way better IMO, or even chik-fil-a. Horrible , stopped here around 6pm yesterday and drive through line through the parking lot. Parked and went inside waited around 5-10 min just to order because they were behind on orders. Got my food to go and I thought o had ordered beef jerky the tenders were like chewing on shoe leather and probably sat under a heat lamp all day. I hardly eat here as it is but I doubt I would go back again nor recommend it for anyone else to eat unless you send somebody there you don't like. read more

The person at counter was extremely uninterested in what we wanted, No eye contact, no two way conversation, her demeaner was just off. My wife went back to the counter to ask for pickles. The person at counter didn't interact with her verbally, just handed her the container with the pickles in a side handed motion. The chicken sandwich was warm, the chicken itself had no taste, at all. I can't emphasize this point enough, no taste. The employee was so rude specifically Kloe A. I don't know for what reason she was rude but when she was taking my order, she kept talking really fast and quietly in a rudely way. When I paid, she even forgot to get me a drink and I told her politely that she forgot my drink, she just gives it to me rudely like she doesn't care. She ruined my mood at this point. When I asked her for extra sauce, she gave me a rude attitude saying, "Okay". The food was not bad, the French toast was kind of off, but the chicken wasn't dry, which is good. I came late and didn't realize they were closing in 5 minutes. They were very kind and offered me to stay and eat if I wanted. Restaurant was clean and the food was still hot and fresh even at closing time. I would give this place a zero if I could! I ordered DoorDash and when I got my food the food I ordered was wrong I called the store and talked to the manager and I say that word lightly because she didn't seem to care that I spent over 50.00 for food that my kids couldn't eat. I got upset because her job is to check the food before it leaves the store and she didn't take responsibility but it was also the door dash person's fault. I was a little hesitant to eat at Zaxby's after reading some of the reviews but we ended up going through the drive thru and the lady who took our money seemed to be very nice. We received our food rather quickly considering what we had ordered. It was hot and seemed to be fresh. I got the Cajun Club Sandwich. It was ok. I'd give it 3 stars. My mom got the boneless bbq chicken wings (I prefer bone in and I'm not a huge fan of bbq sauce on my wings but I thought they were exceptional) they were very good! I'd give them 5 stars! read more

Zaxby's is not off to a good start at all. My husband said his chicken was way way to heavily spiced on one side, the other side was completely plain and trust me he is not a picky eater. My salad was ok the lettuce was warm not sure why because the chicken was a little cold but so chewy it seemed fake. I have not had much luck with the Crestview Zaxbys. I wish they were half as good as the FWB store. The staff is not friendly nor professional. They stand around doing nothing while there are several dirty tables in the dining room. I have placed 4 orders using their online ordering system. 3 out of 4 orders were not ready at the time scheduled for pick up. The last time I ordered, the drive thru cashier rudely told me that I can't pick it up in drive thru that I have to come inside. That's strange, because my order confirmation says I can pick up in drive thru. When I told her the actual rule she just stuck to her guns and ignored me. I have never seen a manager on the floor showing a presence and managing. I guess that's why the employees do what they want and make their own rules. Seems like the store lacks strong leadership. Our car broke down on our family vacation and we ended up at the Hotel next door to this place. We ate here multiple times and each time the food and the staff were excellent. I love the fried white cheddar bites (tastes kind of like mozzarella balls..yum). A few of our favorites were the Zensation Zalad and the Kickin Chicken Sandwich and the boneless wings. I decided to go through the drive thru today to grab a quick and easy dinner and my overall experience was satisfactory. My food was cooked well and, as always with Zaxbys, was quite delicious. I ordered the fried pickles now that they are back on the menu, but was not very impressed. I made the bad decision of coming here around 530 which made for a very rough time trying to leave the parking lot, as the only outlet is onto 85 north, headed right for the interstate. The service I received was fine, nothing rude, but nobody overly friendly either. My main qualm with Zaxbys will always be that it is quite pricey for fast food. I love the quality so I'm willing to spend a bit more from time to time, but I would be a much more regular quest if the prices were a little lower. read more

They forgot the frizzles onions that came on my Chicken Cobb Salad. When I called to complain, the manager didn't appologize, and seemed like I was annoying her with my complaint. She told me the only way I could get my order corrected was to come up there with my Salad, so they could put some on there. I live in Niceville which is a drives away, so it'd be a hassle for me to drive 30 minutes for some onions. Very rude management. read more
