I ordered 2 gyro sandweech (spelt that way on purpose) and 1 white meat chicken sandweech (all had same toppings) with a side of white sauce and an herb sauce. I did a build your own, which allowed you to choose which toppings you wanted. I also got them toasted, but there is a name for the process that makes them toastier. Just ask for it to be extra toasty, they'll know what to do. My toppings: protein of choice, feta, lettuce, onion, tomato, Mediterranean ranch, black olives, rice, and tabbouleh! It looks small from the outside but, there is seating within for you to actually enjoy the experience of eating in. I must say I enjoyed the white chicken sandweech a lot more than the gyro. The chicken was seasoned so well to where it elevated the entire wrap. Will most definitely get the white meat chicken again. Gyro 4/5 Chicken 10/5 lol For all 3 wraps and the two side 2oz sauces, I paid $48. I guess I should've paid attention to the pricing, but it's devoured now. They do special deals on certain days for $9.99 which includes a drink. Monday: some sort of bowl and drink. Tuesday: sandweech, side of fries and drink. Go on a Tuesday! It's cheaper if a sandweech is what you want.

We've been here several times and every time it's been a great experience both with the food and the customer service -- Culver's doesn't cut corners on care of customer, that's for sure! Our kids LOVE coming here both because the food is great and also because they get a frozen custard every visit with their kids meal! (Which is delightful!) And us adults love it too. Their burgers really are special and so much better than the average burger place. Here's my tip: for the kids grilled cheese substitute the American cheese for cheddar cheese. My kids eat it so much better when it's cheddar AND they have the most fun cheese pulls that way!

If you sit in the high top table basically people are standing right next to you as you eat. They need to figure out a better way for customers to line up and pick up since the space is so small and customers end up next to or hovering above customers eating. Dining area was fairly clean and staff is doing the best they can. They do get the line moving quickly as well as orders. Bathrooms were a mess. Food was good - very hot (temp wise) so if you have kiddos pull it apart to cool. Delicious and good portion. I will say packaging for kids combo is meh and also there wasn't a prize and the line was too big to ask for one. Food tasted like it would at any location. Soda machine was down but luckily we are tea drinkers. Probably go back but would be drive-thru. Might take a few months to figure out that dining situation.

We order JJ all the time at work. Today, we ordered box lunches. The website malfunctioned and charged us all but didn't send the order to JJ. When I called the store to try and explain what happened, I was transferred to what I later found out was the owner. She began telling me that there was no way for us to get our order without paying for it again. When I explained that it wasn't ok, we paid for it and we should either be receiving our order or our money back, the owner got rude. She told me that it was an issue with MY computer and that there's no way possible for me to get my money back or get sandwiches. I asked if there was a way to override it and asked if she was the manager, she said "I'M THE OWNER. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND." Needless to say, we ended up being out around $75 and didn't get our food. As the owner, she should have just sent our food and figured out why her store didn't receive our money. I could have easily sent over all of our bank statements showing the charges. Don't waste your time on this Cool Springs Jimmy Johns. She just lost a ton of business. HOW RUDE. read more

The burger was fine, but honestly the burger competition in/around Franklin is heating up and I'm not sure this will hang with the competition, especially for the price.
