The staff was not very friendly. After my sandwiches were made I had to ask for a bag. I had to put my 4 sandwiches in the bag myself then when I asked for a bag for my chips I had to get my own bag and put the chips in the bag too. I was the only customer in the store. This JJ's has the worst delivery time record for any food delivery in Cool Springs. Average delivery time is 1 hr 15 minutes for "Freaky Fast" delivery. I recommend you pick up your order when at all possible. As always, the sandwiches are good but how difficult is it to make a sandwich. read more

After ordering over $30 dollars in sandwiches we received our order (very timely, driver was super nice) After the driver left we noticed that we only had one of the bags of chips we had ordered. At $1.50 a bag we figured that jimmy johns could easily credit that back to our account (no sense in making the driver come back out over a bag of chips) we called the manager who informed us that they couldn't credit our account and the driver would have to come back once he got a bag of chips. (Ridiculous policy) The manager called us back and accused us of lying stating that we had gotten the bag of chips and everyone had seen it? One, it's a dollar bag of chips. We called to get a credit not wanting to inconvenience the driver or the store, literally just trying to be nice and instead get called liars? When I informed him that we did not get the chips and I could show him proof he said "well you could just move the bag out of the way" again, it's a dollar bag of chips. We didn't get a credit to our account, didn't get our money back and didn't get part of our order. When you spend money for a service it should be done correctly and it shouldn't include being called a liar by the manager. Is there anything less than 1 star, b/c that's what I'd give. If you are a working person and you order 20-30 mins prior to your lunch time that you are required to take, your food should be delivered. The food is good once it gets here typically, but not 1 hour and 45 minutes good. THAT is insane. This location just doesn't have it together at all. When I worked in the heart of Brentwood with Maryland Farms nearby and Seven Springs etc... it never took over 15-20 minutes at the most. This is getting ridiculous. This Jimmy Johns location is absolutely terrible. I have ordered food from them multiple times in the past month since I started working in the Cool Springs area, and only once have I gotten it in reasonable time frame and even then it took 30-45 minutes. It is absurd to think that making a Sandwich and delivering it can take an hour and a half to sometimes two hours... I've been a fan of Jimmy John's since my college days so if I had to run out of the house and forgot my lunch I'll give them a call for lunch, one of my go to's. They are known for being fast delivery..."freakishly fast"..right?!? Well myself and my coworker waited for over an hour and a half for one sandwich and a combo meal. Since they put a lbs of mayo on every sandwich and I'm not a big fan of mayo I asked for no mayo and it definitely came with mayo. Not freaky fast or good with hygiene. It's a fast food sub shop so my expectations aren't that high but this was rough. A girl started taking my order but stopped in the middle, asked someone else to take over, and got tomatoes. I hope she's the boss because she was bossy. She was rude to the girl who made my sandwich. My sandwich was done and wrapped and the girl making it, not so gracefully, dropped it on the ground. I'm not sure if she thought she was sly but she wasn't and she nonchalantly put it in the bag. I wouldn't have said yes but an offer to make a new one would have rectified the situation. The people were nice but the sandwiches left a lot to be desired. They were dry and had very little taste. You might as well left off the cheese since you couldn't taste it. I was not aware until I had finished half my sandwich that I could have asked for other ingredients like onions to be added. I wanted my roast beef heated but they said they didn't have a microwave. Ordered standard ham sandwich and asked for pickles and was informed they do not have sliced pickles but they can sell me a pickle cut into spears. I then said OK and could they cut pickle into slices and put on my sandwich and they said NO. I order from this Jimmy John's location all the time because is relatively cheap and convenient(that's if you don't mind waiting for at least 45 min-1 hour to eat). Today I was charged a delivery fee of $2 dollars. First of all, I wouldn't of mind paying this deliver fee if it wouldn't of have taken almost an hour for my sub to be delivered. The person who took my order did not tell me there was a deliver fee otherwise I would of drove 5 minutes or less away to pick up my sub to avoid the wait and overcharge! We Order from here frequently because it's convenient to work and always order online. Usually fast and almost always get the order right. Biggest problem is when I order online and an hour passes with no delivery (at least 3 or 4 times) I call and am told they have a high volume of deliveries. When I ask if I could be notified if the delivery would be over 30 mins, I'm told to call and ask for delivery time AFTER I place my online order.....what's the point of ordering online if I have to call.... read more

We love the food, but were a little put off that their delivery area is so small. We live no more than three miles from their location and we were told it was "out of their delivery zone". My husband asked what the limit was and we discovered that it's one mile or less from the store. Again, we love the food...maybe they should make that the focus of their commercials rather than their fast delivery. read more

Everytime I or my friends go in to this store and we ask to have the bread cut in half. They NEVER can do it. I like that their fast but I can wait a half a second for them to cut it in half. Maybe slow down just a few seconds. The other thing about the Franklin/Cool Spings store is, it is to cramped where the drink machine is. read more

I was not impressed with this location, and as a result will choose to opt going to any of the others. I did not receive my order until an hour and a half later. When I called to inquire about the whereabouts of my order in a polite manner, I was rudely cut off by one of the team members. After receiving my order and tasting the sandwich I thought to myself "an hour an a half for this?" All I ordered was an 8 inch sub. Ordered on-line at 11:50am, called at 12:45pm and was advised they were running "a little behind" due to the weather. It would have been great to be informed of that when they sent me a confirmation email. The guy that answered the phone could have cared less. told me I could go pick it up myself. I let him know that the other nurse and I couldn't leave that's why we asked for delivery. He told me it would be another 30 minutes. 1:50pm still no food. I ordered from this location 1-2 times a week for the last year. In the last 3 months I've ordered 3 times, twice about 3 months ago, and for the very last time today. Before it was great, these last 3 horrible. Two soggy sandwiches which I had to toss, then today, half raw bacon, which they tell me is pre-cooked before get it. I lodged a complaint after this 3rd time as I'm not a complainer. I sucked it up and lost the $22 from the other sandwiches, took the bacon off today and microwaved it myself. I got a sorry email from their corporate and that they would let the owner know... nothing else. I don't know if the staff changed or what, but will not order again with such quality places like Jasons deli, Newks, Which wich, and more in the surrounding area that deliver. No wonder our company never has them cater there. You lost me forever with not backing up your product.
