I had heard great things about this place, so we decided to stop in on a Sunday afternoon. The parking lot was absolutely packed and the outdoor seating looked like a tailgate party for people obsessed with chicken fingers. As I stood there studying the menu, I realized they really only serve about five things: chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and dipping sauce. That's it. No 14-page Cheesecake Factory novel to sort through. No stress. No panic. No "what are you getting?" discussions. I thought about my order for exactly 6.4 seconds and went with the 3 Finger Combo, which included four of the five menu items. Honestly, this place is perfect for kids, exhausted parents, and anyone who gets anxiety trying to order at restaurants with more than six options. After ordering, we grabbed our iced tea and headed for the condiment station, where I discovered the true MVP of the experience... ketchup ON TAP. I don't know why this impressed me so much, but it did. It felt oddly luxurious. Like a soda fountain, but for fries. The food took a few minutes, but when it arrived, it was straight-out-of-the-fryer hot. I have to admit the chicken was really good. Crispy, juicy, and worth the hype. The fries were average, the one-and-only chicken sauce was decent, and the Texas toast was surprisingly solid. Overall, I'm glad we tried it. We've been wanting to try out Raising Cane's for quite a while. Went to the drive thru which was not too organized. After ordering, you push over into one lane. Only one person was taking the orders on both lanes instead of a person for each lane. Odd. Anyhow, I wasn't familiar with the menu and ended up just ordering chicken fingers at $1.99 a piece. Needed to pay an additional 39 cents each for sauce which comes in a plastic to-go ramekin instead of how most fast food places have it in a sealed container. Realized after that one would have done the trick. Don't care too much for their sauce. Chicken was overall tasty. Been to better chicken places (and been handed multiple sauce containers for free)! Guess it's a good way for them to make a lot more money. read more

They opened their Franklin (Cool Springs) location in mid-January and thought by now it would be a bit calm BUT no...this place was insanely busy (it was also a Sunday during the dinner rush). The place gets a 3 Star but employees and food get a 4 star. Parking lot was packed and so was the drive-thru. The inside is much smaller than other locations I've been too. Not a lot of seating but they do have outdoor but too cold to sit out. The way the line forms to order is rough. If you sit in the high top table basically people are standing right next to you as you eat. They need to figure out a better way for customers to line up and pick up since the space is so small and customers end up next to or hovering above customers eating. Dining area was fairly clean and staff is doing the best they can. They do get the line moving quickly as well as orders. Bathrooms were a mess. Food was good - very hot (temp wise) so if you have kiddos pull it apart to cool. Delicious and good portion. I will say packaging for kids combo is meh and also there wasn't a prize and the line was too big to ask for one. Food tasted like it would at any location. Soda machine was down but luckily we are tea drinkers. Probably go back but would be drive-thru. Might take a few months to figure out that dining situation. read more

This was the first time trying the new raising canes in Franklin. It was very busy on a Thursday at 6pm. I decided to try the drive thru instead of going inside as it looked like all Tables were taken and the parking is a bit challenging. If you park to go inside it may be hard to get out if the drive thru line is long and blocking the parking lot. The double drive thru was fast. And I loved that they had workers outside taking your order to expedite. I ordered off menu items of naked tenders, no salt fries and honey mustard. Everything seemed very fresh and my daughter had a kids meal. The size of the chicken was smaller than I remembered but overall tasty. We will try again and go inside for lunch next time. Glad this is in Franklin. Ask for the honey mustard, you won't regret it! read more

Very angry at this Raising Canes restaurant. This is not the first, not the second but the THIRD time I have driven there only to find cones in the parking lot during OPEN hours and no sign or communication whatsoever as to why the place seems to be closed.. today was the last straw because I asked the police officer handling the cones if they were closed (even though the website says open and there is no sign) and he very rudely said "that's what the cones mean." Without even looking at me. Why do they keep doing this?? I am so sad to report that I won't be trying a fourth time. You only have so much time allotted for lunch to have to turn around and make other plans unexpectedly. I am done. 1 star because the food is good and another star because the ambiance is fine. read more

I don't understand what the rave is all about. The food is really not that good. The service is horrible and immature. They don't pay attention to the front counter. You will stand there waiting at least 10 minutes before they acknowledge you and take your order. The manager sees it happening and doesn't do anything. I had a 40 piece order with fries and toast and I waited 20 minutes before I received the toast. But in the meantime, they weee able to serve all the employees that were getting off from work. Incredibly slow. It didn't look like a long line so I pulled around and all of a sudden there's two lines people cutting each other off and I was locked in as there's no way to leave the line once you're in there. I definitely would've driven off a long time ago. Then pulling up to the window after waiting in line after ordering, still had to wait to get our food I won't be back. read more

Can't go wrong with Raising Cane's. Food always consistent and fresh. Good portions. Staff always friendly and helpful. Place is fun and full of energy. Sometimes the music can be a bit too loud but the at least the song choices are decent. The food is definitely better than some of the local chicken places that often struggle with consistency. Went there after it was open a few days and the people to direct traffic and the dual drive-thru were just talking to each other and not doing anything, it everyone was really bumper to bumper and chaotic. Got one less finger than I ordered, kids working were nice and since it was busy I just went along. The size of everything is kind of comically small, everything was wet from the steam and tiny crinkle but fries were all soggy. Nothing green on the menu, not even a dessert. It's really just fair food and the sauce is even garlic heavy so not a good feeling after. People seem excited about it so hopefully your experience and money gets what you want and order. read more

Wow!! This place is run by people that hate their customers I love Canes and have been to numerous locations but this location is terrible. I ordered my meals and swiped my card. The girl never asked what I wanted to drink so I told her I wanted lemonade. She informed me it was .20 extra but it was too late. She couldn't re-run my card. I offered to pay the extra .20 but she said that was not possible either, it would need to be full price. I asked if she could give me one water and one lemonade to make up the extra cost of two lemonades. Nope. Also tried to charge me .75 for extra sauce. Ridiculous. read more

Food is great. BUT the fact that they charge for extra sauce is wild. I ordered a kids meal and a chicken sandwich meal and they only gave one sauce. Asked for 2 extra and she said that will be 90 cents?!! Stating that the sandwich does not permit sauce. CHIC FILET WOULD NEVER. To top it off I paid for the extra sauce and they never put it in the bag. read more
