Great service! The employees worked as a true team! We went on $1 sub day. The line never stopped and neither did the staff! All had on nice uniforms, hats and anyone making the subs had on gloves! Clean and easy to read menus! All tables were cleaned up upon customers leaving even though they were truly busy! My first time, not my last! They did deliveries during the day and you would have never known because they were fully staffed! The staff truly showed that they cared that you were their customer! They cater too! read more

We were on a road trip and stopped at this Jimmy John's for 2 subs and a pickle (to go). Order item #1: Spicy East Coast *toasted* -- despite me saying out loud "I need to toast my sub because I'm pregnant" (you're not supposed to eat cold deli meats during pregnancy), the sandwich was NOT toasted. So now I'm sitting here in the car not eating.... Order item #2: Beach Club *no provolone, no mayo* -- this sandwich came with double provolone and sandwiched in between the two slices of provolone was the thinnest smear of avocado spread I've ever seen. So now we're scraping cheese slices in the car to transfer the "avocado spread" over to the sandwich. A total mess and waste of time and money. Order item #3: a pickle -- we did not get a pickle. Luckily, we noticed when we got in the car and went back in to get it. I wouldn't waste your time (or $25 like we did) here. Jersey Mike's and Subway are in the same plaza. I placed an order at the drive through window. I had to repeat it several times, when I got to the window the guy repeated my order and I said, yes but I wanted the bread toasted. The lady making my sandwich said it was too late to get toasted bread. I then waited about twenty minutes for my order thinking it was going to be correct. I got home and they were not toasted. It took about 20 minutes for them to make two Beach Clubs. Their customer service is terrible. The owners or management do not respond to feedback. This was my first visit to Jimmy John's ever - a spur-of-the-moment decision during a road trip. In hindsight, it was a terrible choice. RUDE! Holy crap, I have never had such a hostile experience just trying to place an order. Bre Asia, the employee taking my order, seemed to know only one word: "No." I wanted a #13, but with turkey instead of ham. "No." - No what? "No changes." - So it's all or nothing? "Nope, we don't swap meats. You can't do that." I wasn't asking for more, just swapping ham for turkey. "No, we can't do that. Order something else." Seriously? I was flat-out told that what I wanted was wrong and was instructed to order something else. Thankfully, another employee stepped in, using more than a single word to communicate. They suggested an entirely different order: a #16 with added pickles, mustard, and cheese (the cheese, of course, cost extra). So instead of making one simple substitution, I had to order a completely different sandwich with four modifications just to get something remotely like what I originally wanted. The frustration didn't stop there. Apparently, there's a mountain of bizarre rules on how to order. The store was screaming about "Toasted Sandwiches Are Here!" but guess what? Only French bread can be toasted. I asked for my second sandwich (#12) to be toasted, but it wasn't. Yet another failed order. The Food Itself? BLAND! No oil, no vinegar, no seasoning, no salt, no pepper - just a flavorless pile of ingredients. The avocado spread was the only thing that had any taste. The turkey, which I'd fought so hard to get, was pale and stringy. The so-called "signature" bread was utterly flavorless. I couldn't even finish the sandwich and tossed most of it at the next rest stop. As if that wasn't enough, I was handed three subs with no bag - just expected to juggle them out the door. It felt like they couldn't care less about basic service. Honestly, it felt biblical: "Thou shall not customize thy sandwich." I'll never go back to this or any other Jimmy John's. Jersey Mike's was literally three doors down, and I sorely regret not going there instead. This experience completely ruined any chance of me giving Jimmy John's a second try. There are plenty of places where I can order the sandwich I actually want - Jimmy John's is not one of them. read more

After a minute the driver drove off without food. I finally got to the speaker and was told to wait. The speaker said I was to wait 10 minutes. I asked to take my order, they wouldn't. In fact they told me to drive away. Don't go there if a bus is anywhere nearby. read more

Put in an online order for pick up 1 hour later. We arrived 10 minutes late and food wasn't ready. "Bread is in the oven." It's not like they didn't have a warning that they might need bread to make our order! Staff was pretty rude throughout, too. 25 minutes after our requested time we finally had our food. And one of the subs didn't match what was ordered. Food was good when we finally got it. read more

Pull up, no greeting. "We are out of Italian bread...any sub will take at least 30 minutes". We ask if we can have wheat bread. They seemed upset that we proceeded with our order, interrupting their "no bread" recess. They need to focus more on blow aways and positivity, maybe even productivity and organization. The sandwich was made incorrectly , they were impolite throughout the entire transaction. Work on it guys, with such a bad location, you can't afford to be turning customers away and giving bad service. read more

New to Fremont. Part of chain same great sandwiches. I am a jj gargantuan fan; Tons of meat and toppings. You dont leave hungry. Much better than subway. Disappointed in packaged cookies. Mine was not as fresh as at other jj stores. read more
