It was lunchtime and I was in the area, looking for something that wasn't overpriced and that I hadn't had in a while, and Jimmy John's wasn't a bad choice. This is an oddly laid out location due to the way that the building is set up, as all of the locations in the building basically have entrances at each end of the location. Anyway, while I have been to a number of other locations, this one was new to me. Ordering is the same method, and the menu items are the same as well... you order, they take your money, and before you can finish processing the sandwich maker has made the sandwiches for you and you are on your way. They really are that quick. Really, I have nothing to complain about here. The service was fast as usual, the food was as tasty as I have come to expect, and there were no problems. read more

Been coming here for years. The last 10 times I've visited this location there's always something wrong with my order. The staff seems like they don't care and there's always extremely loud music playing. This is an area with alot of older people who I use to observe frequenting this location however they seem to have disappeared. Maybe it's the loud music or the incompetent staff. My most recent order was two club lulu's. They both included cheese which I never asked for and both were completely drenched in kickin ranch which I didn;t ask for and made both sandwiches inedible. This is the monent of truth. The owner obviously doesn't care. His franchise license should be revoked so they can close and stop me from wasting my time with this garage food and service. Jimmy John's makes a good sandwich, but the service is terrible. They have a loyalty program, but they never ask you for your loyalty number and then after you make your order they sell you tell you it's too late to put in your loyalty number. After learning this process the hard way I developed the loyalty account went to redeem points. They said you can no longer redeem the points at the store. You have to do it on the app. The app is very difficult to get. I have to put in a security code in your give them your Google password, which I'm reluctant to do. People in the store are rude and abrupt. read more

Don't waste your money. I've been here plenty of times, but I won't go back. They can't even get a simple sandwich right. No wonder the place was empty, because I'm sure others already know how terrible it is. Jimmy John's (this applies to all stores) used to be good, and you actually got real food. Now you get a sliver of meat (1 piece) and stale bread. I will not be going back to this one, and the only way I'll eat JJ again is if it's discounted. No way I'm going to pay $10 for this little of something. I'll go to Publix and get a real sub where you can tell there's meat in it and it doesn't flatten out thinner than a pancake. read more

Good sandwich combo for a good price. I ordered the J. J. Gargantuan, with BBQ chips, and a drink. It was made to order and this sandwich is HUGE. Got made quickly and it tasted great. The place was clean and spacious, staff are very respectful. read more

Speed and quality are two things I highly value and Jimmy Johns excels at both. If you're on a time crunch and are craving a good sandwich Jimmy Johns is the place to go. My favorite sandwich is their beach club which has turkey, guacamole and provolone cheese. read more

subs so fast you'll freak. That explains it. you order at the register and the other workers hear it and have it made by the time you're finished paying (usually). The subs are pretty standard but they are known for their fresh bread. 3 stars because its average. This specific location at times when busy I feel like the higher ups get a bit aggravated at the other workers and it's not nice for a customer to see that. read more

This Jimmy Johns is in the same plaza as Leonardos Millhopper and is where Roly Poly & Father Phil's used to be. I guess this space is just made for sandwich shops. The interior has been radically transformed and is so much nicer than the interiors of the previous places. As with other JJs they're fast and make for a good quick lunch on the go. For a fast sub shop I've always enjoyed the sub bread here more than Subway, Jersey Mikes, etc. The sandwich ingredients are all fine, although you don't have as much variety as a place like Which Wich. JJs' chips are super good IMO. So yeah, another Jimmy Johns, I'm happy. read more

There may be a problem at some times during the day that I've read in other posts, but the regular staff during weekdays (M-F) are always friendly and helpful. Kelvin who runs the front side (cashier) is a gem. They know how to bake fresh bread!!! Yes they are intense but that's what corporate sells -- FREAKY FAST!! Have you ever been to N Y deli? My wife and I have visited all three locations and this -- by far -- is our favorite Jimmy John's location. We've visited many times, but our most recent visit was very special. I don't want to get into details, but we had an embarrassing situation and they found a way to fix it. Not just that, but they did it without skipping a beat and all with a smile. No hot subs.... no special requests.... which may be ok if you have great food but when your subs aren't as good as a walmart 2 day old sub from the closeout section you might want to offer something more. I have visited all the Jimmy John's restaurants in town and I can confidently say this is by far the best Jimmy Johns in town. Staff is constantly cleaning the restaurant and always going the extra mile for me! The sandwich maker Eddy was engaging and held a conservation while making my order and other customers orders with no help. The sandwich, as always, had the freshest vegetables and a healthy amount of avocado! Even after I placed my order I was able to modify my order and get my sandwich cut in half! Visited 02.26.2016, at approximately 2 pm. Poor sub, even worse service. First, the service: I told staff it was my first time and I would need a minute to check out the menu. No one was in line behind me but staff were annoyed. I asked if they had hot subs. They said "no", and looked annoyed that I should even ask. I ordered a Vito, and when they did not ask if I wanted any condiments, I asked for extra mayo and mustard. The sub-builder employee had immediately begun making the sub before I had time to ask for any condiments, and said in put-out whiny voice "you want mayo AND mustard"? Yeah, me and quite a few other people. It's not a weird request. I asked for pickles, and the same employee sniffed (in condescending you-ordered-pinot-with-escargot-OMG! voice) "WE don't PUT pickles ON our subs - just on the SIDE". Uh, you're making subs, not tarte flambee. And I read Bon Appetit. There are no food snob rules against pickles on sandwiches. When done, they handed me a pickle on the side and a sub, each separately wrapped. No bag, no napkins. Had to ask for both, and they looked confused by both requests. No one smiled (at me or each other) the entire time. Also, floor was filthy with brownish-gray water, and a hugely obese employee (on break or something) standing around was honestly so enormous and unaware that I had to ask him to move so I could get out of the store. The customers were more polite than the staff. Second, the sub: I ordered (but did not get) extra mayo and mustard, because apparently just getting the minimal amount was laborious enough for our master sub-builder. Condiments notwithstanding, I could make a tastier sub in the dark with one hand. Minimal meat and veggies, plasticky bread. The only reason to go to Jimmy John's is if (a) you're in a hurry and can't make it home, AND (b) every other sub establishment is closed. I'll stick with Publix (excellent subs, staff with manners and smiles), and never visit this place again. And I'll repeat it: PUBLIX, lest you think I am a food snob and chain sub shops are beneath me. read more

I order from this place probably 1.5 times a week on average. They are great. Tonight I ordered a meal, added a drink as usual, only come to find that, when the driver called me after returning to the restaurant, "I wasn't charged for a drink" so would not be getting one, and "would I like to purchase one to have it delivered?" (free, I'm presuming, as I wasn't having another sandwich delivered) The receipt I received and the confirmation email I received both have a drink listed and a $0.00 charge. Yes, I was not charged for a drink. Did I order a drink? Yes. Was I called before delivery to inform me of this system error and give me an opportunity to pay for the drink? No. Was Jimmy John's willing to be preemptive and correct the error created by their system? No. I am disappointed in Jimmy John's tonight because they failed to catch or correct an error created by their system and the lack of attention to detail therein. read more
