From the outside--and even inside--it's aesthetically appealing and looks like a great spot. But the experience didn't quite match that first impression. The food itself didn't hit the mark in the taste factor--nothing terrible, just not memorable or worth the price in my opinion. That said, I'm open to trying other menu items because maybe I just didn't order the right thing. Customer service was pretty average--nothing to complain about, but nothing that stood out either. Overall, it didn't hit the mark this time, but I'd consider giving it another shot.

There are wrapped brownies and cookies at the registers, as well as Cinnabon selections. While we waited in the dining room, a man who appeared to be owner or manager brought our food. He was very polite. There was a steady stream of customers in and out. The food was wonderful. It's the bread. I told first-timer boyf it's the bread. Fresh round slices of sourdough really make these sandwiches special. I ordered a Brownie & Strawberry Lemonade for the road. I asked the gentleman if he was the owner and he said he is one of the owners. I expressed my pleasure at having Schlotzsky's again. He told me there will be one opening in Cincy.
