Subs were just OK. We ordered a large order for our department somewhere around 30 subs. Several of the subs were supposed to be club subs or club supreme. None of them had bacon on them ,even though at the point of order it asked if we wanted bacon and we said yes. read more

Stopped by for dinner, staff was outside visiting a friend. As I walked in they also came in. They went straight to the deli slicer and started putting on gloves. I asked if they could wash their hands first, so they did. They had friendly attitudes and made my food quickly for me and suggested a few things about the menu for me. While ringing me up they did almost charge me for a larger sub than I had ordered. They quickly fixed it for me before I paid after I noticed the mistake. Over all an ok experience. read more

Came in to Jersey Mikes on Saturday afternoon 10.24.20. Three of us entered the resteraunt, which was completely empty at the time and began to browse the menu. One employee was slicing meats and two were talking near the sandwich station. The one slicing looked at us and continued to slice meats. The other two looked at us and continued talking. After about 10 minutes of standing there without being greeted or asked to be helped - we left and won't be back. read more

Just had jersey mike's for the first time. Their bread is the main attraction. Crusty like fresh made homemade bread. I loved it. Got their wheat. And the have three sizes mini regular and large. Regular was the perfect size. I'm guessing it was an eight inch. I got the original Italian. The oil and vinegar was so tasty. I also added jalapeños and mayo. I would gladly get this again. The bread isn't super soft like subway. But so good the way the make it. It's not going to fall apart. You can make it a large meal for 2.59. Honestly, their tea was a bit watery for me but it's summer and my husband brought it home so that could have been why. At any rate, next time I'm just getting sandwich as no need for the chips. Price is comparable to other places. My husbands philly steak was a little over 7.00 and mine a little over 8.00. Add those plus the meal combo it was 24.00. Would have been 17-18 without. This is both a good and a not so good thing. The Good- Fresh ingredients. Order a sub and watch the meat and cheese as it is sliced and layered on your freshly baked bread. Move on to the beautifully displayed trays of lettuce, tomato, and onions. Add some pickles and mayo, or have it "Mike's Way" (Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices) and watch as the ingredients blend to perfection. The menu includes the most popular standard subs out there, including cheese steaks, meatballs, and a classic Italian. Any sub can be ordered as a wrap or a salad, and the staff is happy to customize in whatever way you ask. Kid's meals are available. Sandwiches are offered in three sizes, 5", 7", and 14-15". They also have a full catering menu. The Not So Good- Simple choices mean not as many choices as one might like or be used to having. Sandwich toppings are lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, banana peppers, and hot pepper relish. Sauces include mayo, oil, and vinegar. They also have oregano and salt available. A few sandwiches have special items (guacamole, sauerkraut) and I'm sure you can request them on other sandwiches, but you'd have to know that they exist. What they have is good, I just really wish there was more. The biggest issue is that you must know what changes you want to make to your sandwich as you order. The staff works quickly, and does not ask if you want to make changes. My son's sandwich was half assembled by the time we thought to ask for an item to be left out. They were happy to pull it off of his sandwich, but we felt bad that the items would be thrown out, and will try to act faster the next time we eat here. Just be sure to order everything at once and your sandwich will be as you want. The reason for the bump from 3 to 4 stars- On 3/26 the chain held a massive fundraiser for charity. Each location picked a local organization, and all sales (not just profit, 100% of all money made that day.) were donated to the charity. If you want a solid meal please head to Jersey Mike's! I always get the exact same thing white bread salami provolone and the works and a little bit of spicy mustard and for me it's a little slice of heaven! This place is the same across the board good sandwiches! And to be perfectly honest it blows Quiznos and subway out of the water hands-down I don't know if it's the bread or the simple fresh ingredients that they include on your sandwich either way I recommend Jersey Mike's when ever I see one I always want to stop and commit carb a cide I will say yes they are a tad over priced but I think you are paying for the fresher ingredients perhaps? read more

I would give zero stars if possible. The subs were mediocre at best to start. Then me and my fiance became violently ill for the next 24 hours starting 15 minutes after eating the subs. Lesson learned to stay away from Jersey Mikes. read more

The food is good, but the employees are too stupid to get your order correct. The managers are even worse than the employees.

Out of all the sub shops in Lawton, Jersey Mike's is our go to stop. Love getting them "Mike's Way", and the bread is always tasty. They do get busy during lunch time and sometimes it can take a bit to get through the line. The rewards program is an added benefit. The workers are always nice at this location. Had had no issues on any of our trips. Monday nights also has a face paint artist for the kids while you're there eating. read more

Used to frequent this place on the regular. They had wonderful customer service and staff. The girls behind the counter always remembered me and my order. Ever since they left everything has gone down hill. There are one or two good staff members still, but the owner is always there now and he is incredibly rude and nasty to his own employees. Hailing from New Jersey, I fully support the sandwiches here. It's way better than Subway and Quiznos and the sandwiches are as authentic to Jersey subs as you can get. Pretty good, at least it's not a Subway or Quiznos. Usually packed with Soldiers during lunch time so try to offset your dining time during the work week if you go for lunch. I belong to the birthday sub club so I get a coupon for a free sub and drink. I ordered a number 7 and not really sure what I received but it was free and half way decent, so no major complaint from me. Next month I get my birthday coupon.
