They went from freaky fast to, maybe an hour or so. It is ridiculous how slow the delivery is.

This was the second time I've ordered from them. Both times the order was wrong and items missing. Contacted them and was told someone would contact me shortly, heard nothing either time. I'm not sure if they could get an order correct if their life depended on it. I don't know if the help is that incompetent or just don't care. I will never order from them again! read more

Today was the third time in less than a month my wife and I placed an order via app, and we received a call telling us that we would have to use Door Dash because they didn't have any delivery drivers. We always pay in cash, and was also told that they no longer accept cash. Apparently, our hard earned money is not good enough for Jimmy John's. The delivery driver was cool I wasn't actually expecting them to drop it off realizing what the time was. But the second sub that was ordered had nothing on it that we customized they just put meat and cheese on the bread, now even though the store my fiancé called in about her order and the lady who picked up the phone shared words over the phone on how the sandwich was made correctly. Awesome and super nice staff! Had a little miscommunication with my order but they were super quick to fix it and I'm glad we stopped by.

Incompetent and rude. Waited in line in the drive through for close to 40 minutes behind two other cars. They brag that they are fast. For the number of people working and no customers inside there's no excuse. I asked for a lot of ice in my ice tea. Didn't get it. I asked for my whole pickle to be put in a separate bag because it always makes things wet. Didn't get it. When I asked for a separate bag she rolled her eyes. Before I left, I said thank you and she just turned the other way and didn't say anything. The rudeness and incompetence suggests poor leadership. read more

My wife and I both enjoy Jimmy John's. However, this store has the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a restaurant in Lima. The sad thing is I have given them multiple chances to get it right and every time they forget something or they get the order wrong or I can't hear them when they're repeating order to the intercom system. I am sad to even type this because I love your sandwiches but this is the last time I will ever come to your store. Not because of the food ( although my veggie sub this time had a piece of turkey slammed on the outside.. I'm sure they thought it was hilarious) but because of your employees. They seem to be more concerned about making their co-workers laugh than the customers. They are cold subs and sands, nothing special, not a deli, just a sand. They tasted good, they were quick, I am not sure why everyone else's reviews are so high, it is a cold, lunch meat sub. Parking lot is very small, hard to navigate for drive thru! Now they are adding a business next door, that will really impact parking and drive thru! 9/14/18: tried this place again, workers in their playing games. Spent 10 min at DT for two subs! I ordered a #9 and #15 and they are delicious. Delivery was very quick as well. But I have a huge problem with the driver telling me that they likely will not deliver again because I am outside of their radius and his manager chewed him out. I am 2 miles and 5 minutes away according to Google Maps. Any closer and it would be walking distance and make delivery irrelevant. And furthermore if it is a problem the manager needs to conduct himself as a professional and call to explain for himself. I am highly disappointed. read more

Literally my favorite place to eat now, the lady that served me at drive thru, Rachael (says on my receipt) was so polite. I accidentally ordered the wrong sub and she got right on it to fix what I needed, I will be returning VERY often. She smiled beautifully and told me to have a WONDERFUL day. And said it with a smile. 10/10 on GREAT SERVICE. The sub was delicious! GREAT AVOCADO! How could anyone give this place less than 5 STARS! The bread was to die for! VEGGIES WERE SO FRESH!
