You can't go too far wrong with Jimmy John's - what you expect when you order is usually what you get. THIS PARTICULAR JIMMY JOHNS suffers from poor employees, which I fault to bad franchise ownership/management. Understaffed. Mistakes made that you don't discover until you get home. Ordering online - often mistakes are made in filling the order. Employees (often one) are aloof, have not even started your order when you come to pick it up. I don't use this location very much. Their number disconnects after ringing. They got my order wrong. I should say I ordered through the app and selected delivery. I tried to contact and the phone rang and then disconnected. I ordered a Big John (roast beef) and received the Pepe (Ham/Cheese). Disappointed and no one to contact?! A bit annoying. We stopped here on a whim, and it was truly a great choice. Not only were they healthy, but it took like a few minutes to get my food. I truly appreciated how kind and friendly everybody seemed. From when they took my order, to when I got my food. They seemed to have a smile on their faces. Of course nothing beats having a healthy tasty sub as well. I have experienced multiple issues with this store over the past 2 months, all relating to slow service. It definitely does not live up to its "Freaky Fast" motto. We're a business on Rice Street, we've ordered from this Jim John's a few times now, since they started offering delivery to us, which is not even two miles away. (I digress) Today, our order was placed at 10:45am, requesting a 12pm delivery. Four sammies. FOUR. At 12:15pm nothing. I called, she said "we're very busy." She said sorry a dozen times. Deliver ASAP, please, I replied. At 12:45pm nothing. I called, owner answers, "do you have anyone who I could hire as a delivery driver? My wife and 17 yr old son are working here now." Reallllly? I ordered a BLT at 3:08PM on February 12th, 2018. I had to call at 3:33PM to inquire about my order. "It's on the way" I was told. At 3:44PM, I finally received my sandwich. I live 2 miles away. Had my car not been broken down, I'd have just went and picked it up myself. However, the "convenience" of delivery was NOT convenient at all. I paid a lot of money for this one sandwich, and I feel like the delivery was far too long. When I placed my order, the man who answered the phone told me that my BLT would be out their door in 10 minutes. Obviously, that did not happen. Please, do not make promises that you cannot keep. Food and price was great. I just wanted to name one experience off hand. I had called and ordered to make a delivery at my work place and the guy on the phone had asked if I was paying in cash or card. I had said "cash" and then I said "oh wait let me check real quick before you go." I had gone to check and confirm I had enough cash to reassure myself, but I guess the guy on the phone probably didn't even know how to mute the convo on his side that I pretty much heard him talk about me to his coworker's and started laughing. I get there are some kinks that customers do that are pretty annoying to you, but I kindly suggest that you educate yourself on finding a mute button so the customers won't hear you talking shit about them ;) read more

I have had Jimmy Johns at places I have worked at for delivery. I was pleased with the sandwich and delivery service. I am pretty sure I have had a Jimmy Johns deliver to my home. That store is farther away than this location. I went to find a location to deliver. Put in my address and got the no stores are close enough to deliver message. Called this location and was told I was out of their delivery area, but I could place an order for pick up. Nah, that's ok. Will do something else for lunch. I am only 2.8 miles away from the store. They probably do not go past the highway. That's ok I guess. They do not want my business. I do not want to give them my business either. If I could give 0 stars I would. The Little Canada location is horrible. Avoid it like the plague. I ordered 2 sandwiches AFTER the lunch rush today. We live less than a mile and a half from the store. Had to call over 50 minutes after ordering to ask where our sandwiches were. Got no apology and was told it was taking well over an hour for deliveries and it would get to us within an 20 additional minutes. Finally got the order about 90 minutes after ordering. And the order was wrong. AGAIN. Incorrect orders are also typical of this location. So if you want to get food that is not what you ordered, and instead of "freaky fast" you want it "sloth slow" - this is the location for you!!! read more

I'm not trying to be too critical of a sandwich chain. I just want to share my hit and miss experiences. I have had sandwiches from this Jimmy Johns once before my order for delivery tonight. I do not live far from this location, so it's a convenient pick up on my way home. My first visit was around noon on a week day. The weather had been poor that day, so there was only one person in the shop. He did great job. I did wait a little longer because there were two people that ordered before me. But the sandwich guy had a great attitude and thanked me for waiting. Most recently - I ordered for delivery. Granted I could have picked it up, the delivery took almost an hour. My sandwich's bread was soggy and I got only a couple of peppers. I like Jimmy Johns. Sometime I wish they would add some new things to their menu. But I hope for a better experience in the future like I've had at other locations. read more
