When you have picky kids and have to order things a little differently than standard meal numbers, that almost never happens -- and orders are often wrong because of it. More recently, when I picked up my own online order this past Friday, I got home expecting a veggie bowl but instead found chicken in it. These two incidents occurred within a month of each other and are very concerning. I have already reached out to customer service regarding these issues, but given that plastic was found in a bowl, I believe this location may need an inspection.

Service is hit or miss; this last time I wanted some kind of salsa, and they keep it behind the counter.
