Ordered made on line for delivery over an hour ago and still nothing. Tried calling the store to see what was up and no one answered and no way to leave a voice mail. Website is useless for customer service with no contact info readily available if there's issues. Their website also states this location delivers but is subject to availability yet there's no way for them to even tell You when it's available and when it's not available. Ridiculous service when they are supposed to be a quick lunch fix. Terrible! read more

Last time I went in store, ordering took 15 minutes or so as there was along line and they did not have order ahead as an option. Too long for a fast lunch option. Today I placed a delivery order at 12:23pm and still have not gotten an update as to delivery time or that it's even on the way (it's 1:11pm). Terrible organization here it seems. I'm likely here at least two to three times a month with repeat orders of the club lulu. I get a 16 in and it makes for lunch and dinner on very busy days where cooking isn't an option. What's new is that too many sandwiches are being lifted from the togo rack, so now folks who order pickup will need to verify their order by brining their phone in. I think that's fair. *Review is based off of Drive Thru experience only* Recently swung in this Jimmy John's location which sits on Powers Ferry not far from the Terrell Mill intersection. I swung by for a quick sandwich as I was limited on time. The drive thru was packed, but was moving fairly quickly. Once I got up to the speaker, I was put on "hold" twice and ended up waiting to order for over 4 minutes. I was a tad annoyed, but understood as they were busy. But, wait times and kind of a "bleh" attitude from the attendant did not make me super pumped that I chose JJ this time around. I ordered one of their current specials, a pulled chicken sandwich with a variety of toppings and sauces. Per usual, the bread was great and the new sandwich was pretty solid...however, it was way messier to eat than I expected and it wasn't due to the sandwich itself, it was due to them rushing to make it and smattering the sauce all over not only the inside of the sandwich, but also the outside. This caused the sandwich to be way messier than needed and made the bread a little soggy in some places. Overall, Jimmy John's is a crap shoot on quality. It is never enough to keep me away for good, but I may weigh my options a little more next time! read more

Jimmy Johns sandwiches are awesome. This location is not. They are not freaky fast and today forgot my chips with my online order. I've had sandwiches made incorrectly and got sweet tea when I asked for unsweetened. Nothing horrible just little mistakes. I'm not sure what the issue is but this location is just not as well run as the Barrett parkway location. *sigh* Please be better. read more

I love JJ. I hate to give this review. When the food arrives it's good. We have had several orders where it takes over an hour. Yesterday it never arrived. The tracker was stuck on "order received ". My card was charged. My husband and I called several times and there was no answer. I tried again today. Still no answer. Are they still open. What I'm most upset about is they charged me. My husband drove by. It said it's temporarily closed. Why are they even an option to order from. I called the main number and the voicemail was full. I sent an email. We'll see read more

Twice I've ordered from this location and twice I've had to call and cancel my order since both orders hit the hour mark. The manager just replied, " Hour delivery's happen a lot out here." It's like playing delivery roulette. Sometimes it's freaky fast today it took almost an hour from order to delivery.

Writing this review saddens me this evening. It's unfortunate to have to take out time to write this email. However, after the experience I had with some of the representatives of your company, it is my top priority to share with you the disgusting encounter I had. Your entire team located at 1337 Powers Ferry Rd, Marietta Ga needs to be retrained and informed on the significance of customer service and how detrimental it is to your brand and company. On June 1st, 2023, at around 11:45 am est, I drove into the drive-thru with my two daughters. Immediately as I drove up to the menu, the gentleman's voice welcomed me to "Jimmy Johns," etc., I asked the gentleman whether he could give me a second For us to determine all three of our orders. In under thirty seconds, he interrupted us, discussing what we wanted, and asked me in the rudest and nastiest tone, "Maam, Would you just come inside?" I responded and asked him not to be rude.' " I asked you if you would give me a second. He snarks me with a response, "There are other people's orders I must take." My daughters and I immediately turned around to see what people were in line. The only vehicle in the drive-thru was mine. I ask him, "What people?" I change my mind; I will be happy to come inside." I parked the car, and my older daughter stepped out of the car with me, and we walked inside. When I walked inside, there was no customer in the entire store. I observed two different people wearing headgear. We walk up to the counter, and one of your staff members asks, " Can I help you?" I asked her if she could grab a manager for me. When the gentleman approached the counter and asked how he could help me, I noticed he was one of the two wearing the headgear. I asked him if it was him that I was speaking to in the drive-through. He snorkels at me and says yes, that's me. " And you are the manager?" I asked. "I am," he says in a condescending tone. I asked him what his name was, and he informed me that his name was Marcus and refused to give me his last name when I asked. " Marcus, who is your manager?" I inquired "Jay," he says. " Does Jay have a last name?" I asked. "No, not at all." " You mean to tell me you are a general manager that doesn't know your boss's last name?" I asked, puzzled. I tell him okay, no problem, I will look it up. My daughter and I turned away to head to the door, and right as we were about to exit, I heard him call me a Bitch, and his entire staff laughed. He made a mistake by saying that because, unfortunately, we heard him. I immediately turned around and told him I listened to what he called me. Marcus, your General manager, and his staff decided to go back and forth with me and told me to GET OUT!!! I have been in the hospitality industry for 24 years, and the first important part of training is having impeccable customer service. You should be embarrassed. As a brand, treating any guest or customer that way is a significant disappointment. The sad part is Marcus is exposing his team to a terrible example of leadership. Going to that location was regrettable. My youngest daughter was having a rough morning after leaving her doctor's appointment; she expressed she finally had an appetite, which was a celebrating moment. I allowed her to select whatever she had a taste for, and she decided on Jimmy Johns. I am outraged and unfulfilled. I was surprised to find out we would be treated that way. Unfortunately, the reflection of your leadership in Marcus being one of your General Managers has left a nasty taste in my mouth. We will never enter that location again. What can you do to fix this? It was not fresh but actually stale! I called and spoke with the manager and told him about my problem and his response was this... my bad.. it's day old bread that was previously frozen! I asked about compensation and he said .. any bad again.. uh we got busy... my bad! What the hell type of response is that from anyone let alone a manager! Well uh my bad .. Last 2 times I came through the drive through I pull right up to the speaker and placed my order. Both times were at about 3pm on a Saturday and both times I had a VERY long wait. Ironically both times it was exactly 23 mins after I placed my order, that I received my food in the window (I'll give them 5 stars for consistency...lol). Hardly "Freakishly Fast!" Kind of annoying when their sign says they close at 10pm, Google says they close at 10 pm, and Yelp says they close at 10 pm. But, when you get there at 8:55 pm to the drive thru, they say "Jimmy Johns, we're closed". There was 3 cars at the establishment and I saw at least 2 employees inside. If you're going to close at 8:55, put it somewhere. If you're going to close early because of staff, hire more people or hire people who will work until the place actually closes. read more

Save yourself some time and money: don't order from this branch. I'm considering driving to the Sandy Springs, Roswell Road location for superior, true, freaky fast service. My first and last experience with this branch. 8:00PM. No one ahead of us and only 1 customer in line (he had arrived after we ordered from the drive thru line). She repeated our order over the intercom, everything was ordered correctly (or so we had thought.....) We ordered 3 subs (#9 Big Italian, #4 Turkey Tom, #12 Unwich Beach Club) and by experience with other Jimmy John's, this should have taken a record of 5 minutes tops. We waited for 15 minutes - during that time I looked up on the Yelp reviews. Read about the freaky slow service. I thought, well - that's fine as long as we get what we ordered. The guy with vitiligo literally spent 10 minutes on 1 sub before a guy with long hair had to jump in and make the other subs. When we get home (probably a 10 minute drive away), guess what? They f**ed up our order when it was SO SIMPLE. I would be so surprised if the people that worked here knew their own names and birth dates. How did they remember how to get home if they can't get a SIMPLE order right? If they f**k up on this, what else can they f**k up on? We saw the girl with dreads deliberately write a number on each one. Was she just playing roulette and randomly choosing numbers? 1. No point in checking the subs. Everything was marked wrong. We received a sub marked as "#12 Beach Club", which contained roast beef, a red pepper and nothing that was listed in a true Beach Club. Which means I did not receive a #4 Turkey Tom, which means some lucky soul had my sandwich with extra sprouts, onions and avocados. 2. Unmarked sub ended up being the #12 Unwich Beach Club. Okay, nothing to write home about. 3. The #9 Big Italian was the only item on the order that they got correct. We spent about $35.00 here for 1 sub and 2 wrong subs. Take your money elsewhere to restaurants that have competent staff that will get your orders correct. I will be definitely writing an email to corporate about this, been a long time fan of Jimmy John's and this branch is really tarnishing the JJ Brand. read more

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE. I ordered my food at 12:22, I did not receive my food until 1:50. I work HALF A MILE away, but as I am the only person in the office today I was not able to leave. When i called to check in on my order after 40 minutes, I was told it was normal to wait 20 minutes for my sandwich and the employee would not listen to what I was saying. Additionally, I paid for EXTRA avocado, I received what looks like NO avocado. Terrible service, terrible quality of food, and TERRIBLE false advertising of "freaky fast" as it took over and hour to receive my food, 3 minutes away. Well this will be a short review as we did not receive any service. We attempted to order from the drive through window at 11:25AM. It states that the business opens at 11:00AM. After sitting at the speaker for approximately 5 minutes we receive no service. I call the business to see if they are open and they stated that they are and sorry they will take our order at the drive through. Well after another solid 5 minutes of waiting, no answer. Worst Jimmy Johns ever!!!! I have been here twice in 2 days only to have 3 different errors with my orders. And they don't seem to care at all. Yesterday I left and opened my sandwich on my way home only to find that they had made a mistake in my order. I turned around and returned to the restaurant--only for them to act like it was my fault because I was being to picky. I returned today to give it another shot, but once again had an error with my order as I began to pull away. I returned and explained the error--and was asked to pay more because they had not rung me up correctly. When I did get my sandwich and headed home--another error!! This Jimmy John's is...fine (if you've been to any one JJ's, you know the drill - they're all pretty much the same); however, this one is located near a ton of offices, so seeing reviews stating slow delivery certainly isn't surprising to me. I'm sure the lunch rush is crazy. But it's generally very quick for walk-ins (drive-thru might be another story) and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that when busy, there isn't a lot of seating (there is a patio, weather-permitting). read more

Stay away from these jokers!!!!! My wife went through the drive thru ordered the Italian sub got home it was tuna with hot peppers.... no she's not pregnant!!!! She called and asked for them to bring her the sandwich she paid for they told her NO! They said it was too far and we're 2 miles from their store. She spoke to the manager who didn't give a hoot. They've delivered to our house before and he told her they wouldn't deliver or rectify the situation. I gave up on this location about a year ago. They stink on ice have 0 customer service and the franchisee should go back and do some training. The manager yelled at my wife and it was THEIR fault! The corporate office shouldn't allow a restaurant to operate that has this many negative yelp reviews. HERE"S an update: After an investigation from the corporate office here in Atlanta, testimony was given evidence was submitted, we had a sandwich judge, sandwich lawyers it was quite involved and a surprise witness, DNA an appeal to the supreme court of sandwich justice....we won; you'll see it on court TV just kidding. They refunded the cost of the sandwich and gave my wife a $12.00 in store credit, we appreciate it but, $12.00 seems like a funny number why not $17.49 in store credit?
