Put in an order at 12:40pm to this Jimmy John's, which is 1.8 miles away. The food was just delivered. It's 1:55. WRONG ORDER! So I paid for a Hunters Club, added turkey, added bacon, added onion and added oregano. They delivered a sub with roast beer, one slice of cheese and a bit of lettuce sprinkled on. Today I paid $14 for a $7 sub and waited over an hour to eat it. Will never order from here again. read more

I have been to this location MANY times, due to the proximity of my office, but it never fails- they get my sandwich wrong 8 out of 10 times. Busy or dead (like today). Today, she repeated the order back (no onions,add peppers, cut in half) but, of course, i got the sandwich the way it comes- whoever made the sandwich paid ZERO attention to the ticket. I used to order double meat on my sandwiches...but after the 3rd time I paid an extra $2.00 and didn't get the extra meat (despite my bringing it to their attention), I stopped donating the extra $2.00. They will still do for me on a cheap time pinch of a lunch, but they really need to get it together. If you can't make a simple sandwich right, your future is not so bright. P.S. the folks there are SUPER nice, just not very good at reading a ticket or following directions. The staff at this location is friendly. The location in convenient. That is all. Not a very efficient location. I've used their drive thru, ordered delivery and I have ventured inside. The only time my sandwich order is correct is when I go inside. I've ordered delivery from this location on 3 different occasions to open my bag and find the wrong items on my sandwich. I order delivery online to make sure my order is written down correctly, but it doesn't make a difference. One driver actually dropped off a sandwich order for someone else. I had to call the store back so they could notify him and bring us our correct order. He called me back and asked if I ate the sandwich. I couldn't help but laugh. Why would I eat something that isn't mine? Lol. He came back 10 minutes later and gave us our correct order. That was the last time we ordered anything from this location. I absolutely love Jimmy Johns but I was highly disappointed at the arrive at this location. I travel a lot and I have never had any bad experience at any other Jimmy Johns. After eating there, I'm really not surprised to see all these negative reviews. I had a less than perfect experience, but you have to take it with a grain of salt. If you're paying $5 for a pretty decent sandwich, you can only expect pretty decent service. I ordered online and went to pick it up 15 minutes later. It was "in the process of being made", and the lady directed me to the place where others who ordered to go in person were waiting. After 10 minutes, I had to ask where the sandwich was. Apparently, they had pulled it aside at the cash register so I waited for no reason. The sandwich was an 8 of 10 (soggy tomatoes, barely any mayo when I ordered extra), but hey- you get what you pay for. They *don't* accept Apple Pay even though they have Apple Pay stickers on the door, and both registers. Additionally, the staff was very rude about my desire to use Apple Pay. I generally enjoy Jimmy John's, but this was by far the worst experience I've had at one of their locations. read more

After waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes with only one other car in front of us, we got to the window. The woman working there manually opened the window with 'sanitary' gloves on, takes our credit card and handles the transaction, then walks to the counter and begins making our food with the same gloves on, opening cabinets and containers then going back to touching our food with the tainted gloves. We should have cancelled the transaction right there but didn't. My wife found a hair in her sandwich, almost threw up in the car. I threw mine out without even opening it. Disgusting, unsanitary. Screw this place. Third and FINAL time here. How hard is it for 3 employees to correctly and timely make 3 sandwiches when there's no one here or at the drive thru?? I've been waiting AN HOUR for a sandwich that still isn't here. I called the store after 30 mins (i even looked at the tracking and that was 30 mins before) and the guy said that the driver left 7 minutes ago and I should receive it soon. That was 20 mins ago and still no sandwich. They are less than a mile from my office building. I'm about to cancel the whole order because by the time it gets here, it will be soggy. I've never walked out of a sandwich shop before today. I walked in and was the ONLY customer in the store. No one greeted me and I stood for about 5 mins in front of the register while the staff was prepping what seemed like a large catering order. Finally a guy acknowledged me and said they'd be right with me. That same guy then started to carry out big bags of food outside to a customers car. There was a female worker standing at the register the whole time shuffling through receipts. I stood there for a few more mins when another customer walked in and was immediately greeted by the female worker and then asked for her order. So happy they are this close to my house. I was ordering on my cell in my way there but noticed a $1.15 extra in price. So I didn't confirm my order but instead just drove up to the window. They shared that they had my order and would get started on it. As I waited, five more sets of customers came in and ordered. They all received their food before me. I like Jimmy Johns a lot. I get the beach club unwich a few times a week and really enjoy it. Most of the time my order is correct but only if I do not stray from the sandwich on the menu too much. I realized early on that to just say easy mayo means a little less than a ton of mayo. So if you are not a fan of mayo you have to say easy five times ( though you still may get too much) or just keep it off and ask for a pack so that you can add it yourself. read more

DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! The location received my order at 12:49pm. It showed out for delivery at 1:23pm. I live not more than 5 minutes around the corner literally and as of 1:39pm order hadn't arrived so called to find out what was up.
