Okay, first thing is that this place is connected to a baseball park. Things are going to be a bit overpriced because everything at an MLB park is overpriced. You get it. $7 for a tiny cup of coleslaw is outrageous, except at a ballpark. The food was fine. Nothing we had really stood out, although the brisket on my Texas sandwich was pulled-apart tender. It comes with onion, pickles, and yellow mustard. Some BBQ sauce would have been better, but the brisket was good. The best thing we had were the fried pickles. The ranch they come with is really good. They have a very nice selection of craft beer and your standard beer, and T's cocktail with grilled pineapple was really good. Our server was very good and attentive. There are lots of places to eat at in the Battery before and after games. This spot is worth trying, especially for the beer selection. read more

I stopped at the Blue Moon for lunch on a rainy day. Actually, that's all it had done for two weeks, rain. I ordered a plate of fried pickles, a BBQ brisket sandwich, and collard greens, something healthy instead of the regular French fries. Good bar in the Battery close to Atlanta Braves. They have experimental flavors you can't get elsewhere. Not a bad way to pass the time even when the Braves aren't playing. Had some bar type snacks. Can't say it was great or bad. read more

So good! We came on a non-game day because this was close to our hotel. It wasn't very busy at 7:30pm on a Monday. Service was quick and friendly, and we were seated at an outdoor table that had a great view of the area. But the food! I got the brisket "burger", which is actually a chopped brisket sandwich, and it was really, really good. The fried brussels sprouts are amazing, with an Asian chili kind of sauce. BF ordered the smoked chicken plate and I was like, yeah that sounds kinda boring but what came to the table was actually so good I wished I'd ordered that too. He liked his Brunswick stew but would skip the jalapeno cornbread next time because it was just ok. We didn't have the kids with us, so I had a spicy marg that had big slices of jalapenos in it, and it was pretty good for the price. I'd definitely come back here if in the area. read more

I have been to Blue Moon Brewery a a handful of times. This particular time, I was with my wife and some of her friends since they had a work conference/party right next door to the Omni. We sat outside, because the weather was pretty nice. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside. Keep in mind, we came during a time when the Braves season hadn't started yet, but I know from past visits, that Blue Moon gets PACKED whenever the Braves are playing. Obviously packed when it's a home game, but still gets packed when it's an away game too. The have a bunch of beers on tap as well as a full bar. They do have food too, but we were just drinking. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, I had the chips which came with guacamole and a peach slicer, which was OK. I didn't really taste peach in it. It was just OK but the white cheese on there was pretty good, but I think a little bit too thin. I was at a three hour layover and went to this place hoping for some soup no soup but that was OK. They have some other dishes, but I wasn't looking for something heavy. You just sit yourself and you wait for a server to come over to you to to take your order. Another thing I liked about the chips that they were like a thick chip and not thin chip where sometimes you pick up the guacamole and your chip just cracks, but that didn't happen here. Wow! What a day! We made a last minute decision to run in Blue Moon before the game start and before standing in line to get our USHER BOBBLEHEAD at Truist ballpark! YAYY ME! Anywhy! Blue Moon is located at the Battery and can be accessed in the game as well as outside. There is a max time to dine of I believe 2 hours on game day! Thats obviously important because of folks wanting to just hang out and watch the game and they have other customers. We were about an hour. I started with the Home Plate Punch which was Blue Moon Belgian White, Riesling, Peach Schnapps! Sooooo dang good. Im not much of a Riesling girlie, but it hit the spot. They garnished it with an orange wheel and a blackberry! It was $12 For my meal, I ordered the smoked wings (6) with blue cheese dressing. Fall off the bone wings for sure! Please try them. Those were $12. ANDDDDD THE STAR OF THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE were the sweet potatoes fries! Sweet and savory! I ate every last one! 50/50!! And the spicy ketchup! Those were $6. After reading more about the restaurant, their smoked meats are from FOXX BROTHERS! Thats why I was all in. Their bbq restaurant is one of my favorites. While visiting family in Atlanta, we ended up here for lunch! The restaurant was relatively slow this particular day. We had 6 in our party (4 adults & 2 children under 2 yrs old.) The staff was very accommodating with our seating 'outside' and away from other patrons because the youngest (just weeks old) was sleeping. Our waiter was very attentive and patient with us as we had never been there before and needed time to review the menu/ask questions about some of the meals. As is typical, we settled on things we were comfortable with, burgers, fries, macaroni & cheese.Guess we're creatures of habit! The orders came out quickly and without mistakes. Our waiter kept the refills coming but there was a slight wait on drinks from the bar. The only 'issue' which really wasn't an issue to speak of: the restaurant food photographer was taking photos of new menu items while we were there at the next table over. My husband wanted to order one of the new sandwiches but it wouldn't be available for two more weeks. Our family has sense moved from Atlanta so we'll have to catch this restaurant on our next trip north! read more

I came here right before i went to the breezy bowl. It was right outside the stadium and i was starving, and this place had no wait time to sit and eat. We had about 30 mins before the concert started and decided to stop in and see. We were seated right away by the hostess, and was informed of the 90 mins seating limit. Which was fine cuz we've only planned to be there for about 30 mins. I ordered the chicken club with garlic fries, and bomb!!! It was so damnn good. It has a maple glaze on the chicken which gave it a sweet flavor a little. The sweet and savory combination was great. The bun was nice and the sandwich was stacked! The bacon was also great quality. All around the sandwich was a 8.9/10 lol. The fries were really good and flavorful. I didn't need to add any salt or anything. Just some extra ranch for dipping. My friend ordered the breezy wings which were a special since Chris brown was there. She didn't like the glaze on the wings. It was a cross between buffalo and a sweet bbq sauce. Very odd. But to me, they were just okay. Smoked wings that were sauced. (Unfortunately no pics of that). We also had a margarita each. She had a spicy and i had the regular. The drinks were just okay... but we ended up purchasing cutwaters at the arena and that's what really did us in lol. Anyway.. the service was great. If I could give this business 50 stars I would. We hosted an event in their upstairs event space and WOW!! From Brenda who helped coordinate every detail and was beyond helpful and accommodating to her staff that executed, Dewane especially was fantastic. They showed so much care and genuine kindness wanting to make every aspect perfect. The food was outstanding and plentiful! The food was just okay, they don't have the onion rings anymore (terrapin had those) and the beer selection sucks. I like actual craft beers, these are all your basic, boring, no flavor beers you can find anywhere. Would it kill you guys to have a sour? Our Server Alex was outstanding and we had a great time eating and drinking on a Braves game day. After we had been sitting for a little over an hour, we were approached by an employee that I'm assuming was some type of security or bouncer. He explained to us that there was a 90 minute table limit on game days and that "we had 5 minutes before we had to leave". Now while i don't totally disagree with this policy if the restaurant was on an extended wait, but as I'm sitting here waiting for my check. I see that the majority of seats are empty and there is no wait. We are now going to walk over and get a table at yard house and spend money that we would have spent here instead. read more

My husband and I ordered food and a beer on the app. Along with sandwiches, we ordered a draft beer we had never heard of, but we decided to try it.. I didn't like it. I ended up ordering a different one on the app. The server was very attentive and even offered an alternative to the beer. We said no that my husband would just drink it. Half way through my new beer I started to experience something hitting my mouth as I took a drink. It ended up being some piece of plastic (part soft, part hard about 1" in length). When I brought it to the server's attention the response was "it's just a piece of plastic". I was in a bit of shock and said "but the plastic is IN MY BEER". "Ma'am, it's just plastic. It's just plastic." again stating "yes, plastic in my drink!" I looked at him in disbelief and not knowing what else I should say. "what do you want? do you want another beer?" "Um ... I guess..." To which he brings me 1/2 glass of what I was drinking. (understandable since I drank part of it) Keep in mind, It was the (lack of) response and accountability that really bothers us. There were no apologies, no acknowledgment, just "it's just plastic" several times, putting 1/2 beer on the table, not looking at us, no response/speaking to us, and just walked away. (He did not come back to the table to check on us either) Up to this point we were going to tip (in cash) more than we left on the app because it was decent service. (A downfall of the app, you're tipping before any service is presented). I came to visit family and friends in Atlanta for a day and this place was recommended to me. For background, I am a very picky eater and expected I'd not like the food. BOY WAS I WRONG! For starters, the decor is very reminiscent of the beer gardens I'd attend during summers in New York and Philadelphia. I sat at the bar, which had a cool, tropical beach aesthetic, and was greeted promptly by the Lovely Bartender named Ebonee( she specifies that there are 2 E's Lol). I let her know that I was from out of town and would like any recommendations on food and drinks. She took a look at me and recommended that I try the Southern SmokeHouse Burger since I was visiting from up North. She completely read my mind because I had been eyeing that dish since I'd first read the menu! "I'll take it! I then ordered the Grand slam Old Fashioned cocktail to hold me over until my meal. Whew! The depth and dimension in that cocktail had me thinking that the bartender was trying to seduce me with such voluptuous flavors! She had a magnetic and professional charm that made me endeared to and comfortable with her. Especially because I was a solo diner. By the time my cocktail had set in, the beautiful aroma of my Burger and fries began to fill the air. I smoke cigarettes, but tobacco onion is something that I never thought that I'd want on a burger. But, By God, the combination of Applewood smoked bacon and peach tomato jam to accompany the tobacco onion creates a beautiful symphony of flavors that I can only describe as, yum.
