Ordered #9 Vito with extra tomato and NO ONION (I'm allergic), got home and started eating sub and guess what, few tomatoes and onion on sandwich. I called manager and she said they didn't do it on purpose, what should we do? Come back we'll give your $8.99 back....I suggested they make my sandwich and delivery it, only a few blocks away. She said she couldn't do that, I said keep the $8.99 and I'll quit coming and spread the word, no respect for customer problems they caused, no wonder their rating is so low. Called Jimmy John's because I wasn't going to have time to cook dinner. I ordered five Italian Night Club sandwiches for take out. I drove to Jimmy John's, parked, walked in, and my sandwiches were sitting on the shelf with my name on the receipt. I picked them up and walked out without having to talk to anyone. When I arrived home, the sandwiches were delicious, as always. All five disappeared rather quickly. Surprisingly, this is one meal that my entire family can eat and nobody really complains about. The taste and quality is excellent. This is my favorite cold Italian sub. I'll be back! read more

I placed an order at 6:10pm. By 7 pm the tracking indicated that the delivery had not even left the store. I called them to ask why my sandwiches had not yet left the store. I was told they "ran out of bread". I asked if they were planning to at least call me to let me know that they can't fulfill my order so me and my kids wouldn't just sit around being hungry. They told me they "didn't know the bread would take that long". As a former Jimmy John's employee, I know for a fact this is a lie. I used to get delivery from Jimmy John's once or twice a week. The kid behind the counter was so stoned he didn't even bring me a bag for the three sandwiches I ordered and the sandwich for me that was supposed to be a number nine turned out to be some tomato and lettuce in a bun. No meat. No cheese. And I was the only customer in the store! They weren't busy there was no reason for a screwup!!! This location used to be good. Not sure if it has different management . Delivery the last few times forgot our drinks. When we have received drinks, they were not what we ordered. Our sandwich bread always hard, not soft, when we get delivery. Sandwich makers cannot follow easy online order directions for custom sandwiches. Spoke multiple times to managers. Still same problems. Never going here again. Waste of money. Gave them multiple chances and still same issues. Total lack of training staff and no accountability. read more

Jimmy John's - a sandwich with lettuce and meat - Delis Near Me - Medina, Ohio

I've had two negative experiences with this Jimmy John's. The first time, I ordered online and waited for my delivery for about an hour. I called and was told it would be about 15 more minutes. After another phone call to check, I was told one of the delivery drivers quit mid-shift. After a third phone call, I cancelled everything since we were going on 2 hours from my initial order time. The manager I spoke with told me that she was going to refund the money (I never received the refund), and give me a $12 credit on our account. She told me all we needed to do was order from this same phone number. We just tried to place another delivery order, figuring we'd use the credit while we had it, and first had to argue that this actually happened and that we should have been credited, and then were told that the credit couldn't be used on deliveries. I've ordered from other Jimmy John's locations in the past, but this one is a disaster. read more

I love Jimmy Johns, but this particular location, I had gotten a couple subs last Sunday for us and we both got food poisoning from it. Whoever works Sunday afternoon (3 of them) doesn't understand or care about hygiene. Every JJ is pretty quick and efficient in putting their sandwiches together, and I had thought it was odd how 2 large subs were done an wrapped in 1 minute. The usual demeanor I've come to expect from JJ emploees at every location was not present at this one and came across more like bored friends hanging out and smirky which should have set off another alarm in my head but I chalked it up to typical teen angst. They remind me of 90s Subway workers who never wash their hands or sanitize the prep areas including the water underneath the ingredient bins. This Jimmy Johns is a model of inconsistency. While some of the staff is good, other younger members are forgetful and do not do their job correctly. About 75% of the time there is a good, quick, fast jimmy johns experience, but that 25% of the time they will either mess up your order or take up to 20 min while noone else is in line. I had them make two #14 and they forgot the meat! Turkey and Roast beef! it was a lettuce and mayo sandwich. I have not gone since. The place is kept well clean and normal (around lunch before their younger staff get off from the high school) they are fantastic. read more

Jimmy John's is an ok place but its not healthy on the product they use. But one thing that concerns me is that when you place an order for delivery where does Freaky fast comes into play when it comes to Delivery the customer food and with out putting the other people cyclist, pedestrian at risk and breaking the law/ I have caught delivery drivers breaking the law running stop signs, speeding failing to yield to pedestrian,etc just so they can deliver the customer order in time. Anyone seen this or experience this one thing is to make sure you are charged for what you get and what you order because they wont fix it. read more

The only reason I gave this a one star is because I had too. We ordered 6 subs and 5 bags of chips for delivery and received 5 subs and no chips. It took over an hour for our mistake to be corrected and that's after we called to inquire about where our order was! Oh and the order the brought back to us was wrong as well. I would probably give my experience a zero. Dakota and her crew were horrible. I had a long order, and she could barley keep up. She charged me for topping which I did not ask for, she did not get my order correct whatsoever. I ordered a tuna sandwich and she made it a club tuna and I asked for no toping and here I am opening my sandwich to lettuce and tomato. On another sandwich I asked for avocado and I got charged for that and it wasn't even on the sandwich. I should have had meals but Dakota charged me for drinks and chips individually. The crew were mixing up sandwiches from other orders. I'm furious and don't think I will be making another trip to Jimmy John's. read more

Gotta love Jimmy Johns! They always have quick service and the sub bread is delicious. I always get the #6 veggie sub, and I've never been disappointed and still keep going back for more. Be sure to request the sprouts for extra goodness on that sub! Oh! And their triple chocolate chunk cookies are outta this world awesome too! read more

Have been waiting for order for 2 hours. Called an hour in, was told it was on its way. Called 90 minutes in, was told driver knocked and called. Hmmm, no one knocked on MY door nor did anyone call. Manager said order would be sent bavk out. We insisted it be remade. Food just arrived, sandwiches are over 2 hrs old (cheese sticking to bread old.) If it weren't for the fact BOTH sandwiches were wrong, a 3rd call would not have been made. Owner will be spoken to as will corporate office they have to answer to. read more

Very disappointed with owner/general manager Kathy Healey Sammon's decision to not participate in Jimmy John's Customer Appreciation Day! Over 2200 locations are honoring their customers but Kathy doesn't care about her customers, only their money! She wasn't willing to give customers a break on her expensive sandwiches for 1 day! Always forgetful, never get my order right, and always messing stuff up. The last 3 times I've ordered from here they forgot my drinks, always put ice in my drink when I ask them not to, takes an hour for them to deliver my meal, ask for mayo packets never got them, and I never get my chips when I order them. The incompetence level outs outrageous there. And when I call about all of this they never take the time to correct their mistakes. read more

This is a family favorite sandwich shop and we love the service and delivery is speedy.

Their bread is awesome and they get the food out fast, nothing to complain about. The staff is a little iffy but they get you out so fast I wouldn't know for sure. read more
