Classic example of shrinkflation. The portions are so small! It's like they are measuring ingredients out as if it were gold. They put less than a tablespoon of sour cream on (seriously) and even less cheese. The corn salsa was even given sparingly. The meat portion was just ok, but way less than several years back. It's very obvious that the workers have been trained in portion size because the are very careful in how much they are giving you, contrary to the past where they just took a spoonful and threw it on. Catering disaster: Order marked ready, store closed, corporate refused accountability. I placed a large catering order with this Chipotle location for 55 people. I received an email confirmation that the order was ready for pickup at the scheduled time. When I arrived to collect it -- on time -- the store was completely closed, with nothing but a handwritten note taped to the door. There was no prior notice, no email or phone call, and no cancellation message. Even worse, Google Maps and Apple Maps both still listed the store as open. This wasn't just a casual meal. I had a large group of guests waiting to be served, and I was left scrambling to find emergency replacement food last-minute. The entire event was disrupted. I had to spend extra money to cover for Chipotle's failure, and the stress and damage caused by their mistake was significant. When I contacted Chipotle corporate, I expected an apology and a refund -- at the very least. Instead, I was told that we were lying and that no such situation occurred, despite having full documentation: Confirmation email showing the order was ready Photo of the handwritten "closed" sign Screenshot of the store listed as open Payment receipt Multiple witnesses who were with me at pickup Rather than taking responsibility for a clear failure in communication and service, they chose to deny everything and offer no help at all. Made the mistake of trying this location again after years what makes me mad is I go in there the girls cleaning above the food and spraying stuff now that you put my son's burrito together on a dirty filthy counter that should've been cleaned up. Pretty disappointed in this location, as far as online ordering goes. In person- great service. Good portions. But it's like the online orders get the scraps. I've ordered online from here a few times and have never had a good bowl. This part time they forgot the back beans, and there was literally *10* small, super burnt, pieces of steak. Undercooked rice. And forget about asking for "extra" portions on the app- they give you barely anything in your order because they know you're not watching, or they're in a rush and just want to throw something together. You need to get a manager in there that will FIX the issues you continue to have at this location. Stop replying and actually do something about it. I decided to try this location again since it is so close to our house sadly, it was another mistake. From the moment you walk in you feel like a burden to the employees. The employee serving was extremely rude and short with the customers. She was slamming food down and rolling her eyes when customers were asking for additional items. The chips are extremely stale and chewy. My order was incorrect (which I didn't see until I got home) we were missing items. I should have checked everything before I left given the history but I shouldn't have to. The last thing I'll add is not allowing employees to stand around the front counter and eat while customers are present and checking out. Not only is this a violation but it's also disgusting to watch someone eating at the counter while your food is being prepared. Do better Chipotle. read more

Lack luster. It's your typical Chipotle joint. Getting food in line and in person is best at this location. When ordering for pick up-they prolifically make the food ahead of time so that, when you arrive on time for your pick up, it is already cold. VERY small portions. Combining the ingredients from the 3 tacos I got into one taco would have been a sufficient. They fell way short Ended up crumbling the 3 tacos into a taco salad. Food was amazing and staff was kind and energetic. The four of us order our food with no problems. As we were eating our food, the manager asked us how our day was, we all replied good and asked how she was. She then responded that her staff said we were very rude. We asked what we did because we all used manners while ordering and paying. Manger told us that we needed to leave immediately or she was going to call the cops. We all said ok and quickly packed up our food and left. Then we were cleaning up our table (making sure we didn't leave a mess), and we were told to leave again. I always try to give this chipotle the benefit of the doubt. It's in a convenient location for me. However, whenever I go in, the rice is either way too mushy or way too undercooked. I don't get very much on my bowls and the rice is usually my favorite part so I get extra, it's always a disappointment. Your steaks were always lovingly grilled medium rare and your chicken perfectly seasoned. Along with the generous portions, you were hard to resist but now whenever I see you it is just disappointment. I have come to regard Chipotles around the greater Cleveland area as friends, or perhaps even family members. They all have their individual quirks, though they are all related at heart. Blood is thicker than guacamole, and all that. Like the other reviewer stated, this Chipotle is like kind of like your high school nephew - all rebellious spiked hair and skater shoes, but a really good kid at heart. Okay, that's completely not what the other reviewer stated, but what I'm trying to say is that everyone here, employees and customers alike, were super young and probably in high school. The female employee spoke with question marks at the end of her sentences (ladies, please try not do this?) and the male employees tried really hard to look apathetic but mature at the same time. There's three things I find consistent at this particular location. 1) I never have a problem with their being fresh food 2) The employees are typically more interested in each other than the task in front of them (counter employees) 3) Hardly anyone there can roll a burrito If it's your intention to order a burrito with more than any 5 ingredients, STOP. Order a bowl with the tortilla on the side. They will screw the entire thing up royally. Expect at least one end open when you receive it, if not both, and you'll be lucky if they close the side. If you still want that burrito, order some chips to scoop up the half that's falling out, or get some silverware. They told us we needed costumes need to the deal, which you didn't. I LOVE CHIPOTLE!!! I don't live in the US, and while Chipotle does have locations in Europe, none are close to me :( So to compensate, when I'm back in the US I get my fill of Chipotle--at a minimum eating it 3-4 times in 2 weeks. Medina location has always provided good service and is quite fast, even during the busy hours of lunch and dinner. I tend to always take my order to go but eating there is nice enough (decorated in a clean, modern industrial style that while looks nice, isn't always the most comfortable but is fine). I always get the same order, veggie burrito or burrito bowl with white rice, veggies, sour cream, cheese, mild salsa and lettuce. Always accompanied with chips and mild salsa (to be eaten later in the day or the day after, I don't have that big of an appetite!). Writing this makes me salivate as I'm writing it...can't wait until next time ;) read more
