This was our first time visiting a Jimmy John's in quite a while. While traveling through Montana, my family and I decided to stop in to grab a bite to eat. The food was delicious, but it was also expensive. For context, we spent nearly $50 on three sandwiches plus a tip. Surprisingly, despite the size of the sandwiches, they were not very filling. We came in hungry and somehow left even hungrier! The dining area had a standard retro aesthetic, complete with lots of fun sayings and poems displayed throughout the restaurant. We actually enjoyed reading them and even took a few pictures with our favorites. The staff, however, were not the most enthusiastic group. At times, it felt like pulling teeth just to get answers to basic questions. Jimmy John's employees need to provide a bit more warmth and engagement this would have improved the overall experience. The restroom setup was actually pretty neat and stood out in a positive way. As for the cleanliness of the restaurant, it was a bit "crummy"--literally. There were crumbs scattered throughout the dining area that appeared to need attention. Overall, I would still recommend giving this Jimmy John's a try because my family and I had (chose to make it memorable) fun during our visit, and the food itself was tasty. With more consistent attention to cleanliness and a stronger focus on customer interaction, this location could provide an even better experience for its guests. read more

Hate it when they fill your drink, so full that when you stick a straw in it, the soda spills on your shorts. Also, soda was very watered down was a horrible experience with this soda! Sandwich was good. read more

Service is great but the meats are soooo salty. I read that the chicken and turkey are soaked in salted water before being frozen for shipping. If that's true, what a shame as I really wanted this to be my go to sub shop. read more

We stopped at Cabelas, and saw the Jimmy Johns, so we went for lunch. Our first time in one, (this revue is only for the one by Cabelas in Missoula), we had a Spicy Italian sandwich. It was awesomely good, quick service, friendly people, and humorous signs. Many fast food places get poor revues, and I don't know just what people expect, after all it is fast food, not a 5 Star Black Tye restaurant. read more

Went the the Jimmy John's in the Cabela shopping center on August 25th for a quick lunch. I ordered the Little John's Combo for $6.95, but the cashier rang me up for the Original John's Combo for $8.95. I pointed out her error and even had her read the Little John's Combo description and price of $6.95 from the menu board. No matter how hard I tried, the cashier stubbornly refused to change the order and refund me the $2.00 difference. With her, I guess its my way or the highway. I choose the latter and won't be going to any Jimmy John's in the future. read more

I'm hooked. I have been on the hunt for a sandwich that reminds me of Pickle Barrel in Bozeman from my childhood. The gargantuan is the closest one yet. It easily feeds 2 people and leftovers hold up really well. Make sure you order a full pickle, you can thank me later! read more

Although the store was nice and new. The staff was young and immature. The music was way too loud to eat comfortably in the dining room and there was no where else to sit and eat outside. I asked to speak to the manager and the crew member had a slight attitude. The manager was a young blonde woman who seemed to not take my comments about their unprofessional attitude and loud music seriously. I will not be eating at a jimmy john's in missoula ever again. When making a sandwich you evenly distribute all of the ingredients making every bite the same. Obliviously not here! I ordered avocado spread (Spread implies that one would spread it on the entire sandwich) on a BLT and they literally put a clump the size of a pinky nail on my sandwich. When I came back up to the counter and showed the teller there was no avocado on my sandwich asking if he could put some on he informed me the avocado was in between the bacon. It was not. Again showing him this, he promptly got his manager. I explained the same thing to him who told me he could not put avocado on my sandwich, but would be willing to make me another one, exactly the same way. read more
