This location is awful. I ordered a number 11 add onion and bacon spicy ranch on the side. The sandwich came wrapped in aluminum foil which was weird usually it's in the labeled logo paper but ok.. the sandwich had onion and meat. No bacon, lettuce, tomato or mayo and no spicy ranch on the side... I should have known not to eat it but I did and I got SO SICK. Went there around 8 o'clock at night and ordered a lettuce wrap and a roast beef and cheddar. After waiting at the takeout window for about 10 minutes we finally got our sandwiches lettuce wrap was more of a taco sandwich instead of a lettuce wrap. I parked and went back inside, asking them if they could remake the sandwich and one of the workers out of the back started telling me to stop yelling at her and refused to remake my sandwich. My wife and I have used this location four or five times in the recent past the management must not train the workers. You order a turkey tomato sandwich. It comes to you with no tomato. You order a turkey tomato sandwich and there's hardly any turkey and so much mayonnaise on it that it's squishes out the side not to mention old bread that it will take the tartar off your teeth? I do not recommend this outlet for Jimmy John's. In my opinion they're the worst of the worst. i've done a survey and asked for the management to reach out to me. They don't do that so their customer service is as bad as the sandwich that you'll get when you order online I think when you order online, they just put whatever they want in your sandwich, knowing that you're not gonna unwrap it at the store and look at it. This is one of the most unorganized Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. Neither me nor anyone else who entered the store was greeted. I watched 5 people leave in the span of 30 minutes when they realized they would not be served. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes (after waiting for 20 minutes for my online order) before I was even acknowledged. I watched the workers put car orders and in-person orders before the online orders, even if the online orders were waiting in the store. That makes no sense. People who walked in after me, ordered at the counter, ate, and left before I ever saw my food. The staff at the monument locations are awesome. We order large orders for our teachers often. They always have the orders ready when we arrive. This last time we were missing one sandwich due to a separate order and within 5 minutes they delivered it even though the order was a pick up. I have no idea what all these negative reviews are talking about, these guys are phenomenal! The definition of "Freaky Fast"! I set an order time of 10:30, thinking they'd make my order and deliver it starting at 10:30, so as a fun little challenge I set up a stop watch so that at 10:30 I could tap the start button, and see just how fast this particular location was. 10:30 rolls around, as the clock changed to that exact time, I tap the "start" button, proceed to look up, and see my delivery driver walking up to the door. The official time recorded was 2.35 seconds. Need I say more? The food was delicious and the driver polite and friendly! I don't go to JJ's for a overly friendly staff or a over the top greeting. This location has a high turn over rate. However I would like my bread to be fresh. This location has some of the worst bread of any JJ's I've eaten at. It's common to get stale bread here and disappointing as JJ's is one of my favorite sub shops. I will often buy clients $10 GC equaling upwards of a thousand a year and will not buy them at this location due to the bread. It's to bad since it's 5 min from my home. read more

He told me they were pretty good and I should try them. So, I ordered online and lst thing the code FREESIDE did not work. #2 my husband got the Italian night club and I got the beach club. He got a nice stack of meat. I got the most pitiful tiny bit of turkey in the whole world. Why is this? Is this the way it is supposed to be? And not sure where the heck the avocado was.
