What's the point of posting a mandatory mask sign on your front door if you're not going to enforce it? A customer walked in and ordered without a mask (spitting over the cookies). A really sub-par sandwich shop both to order from and to work at. In my time working there I dealt with non stop issues with management, many different issues and always trying to save money at every corner at the expense of the employees all to appease corporate. They've been through several managers. Employees are not given a fair opportunity to get hours in, especially those who have seniority. Over-hire and underwork employees. Boarder-line discrimination with HS students who ask to work certain hours, and disabilities that prevent them from working certain hours. Some employees had a very difficult time getting their pay check. Horrible leadership and communication... especially with new GM. This combined with their lack of customer service is a sign to stay far away from this location. read more

This is the worst Jimmy John's in existence. Just ordered online and showed up 10 minutes later to see a worker placing slices of turkey in a lettuce bowl REAL slow. Horrible customer service. I placed a delivery order and it took about 2 hours. I paid over the phone and delivery guy told me that you did not pay and they did not give me my orders. I called and talked to supervisor and she just said sorry and had canceled my order. This is the second bad experience from Jimmy John's monument. They do not care about their customers. As my husband walked into the store tonight he was greeted with a back to him as the little kid was facing and talking to the other staff in the back of the store. No greeting was given but a "what do you want." We have gone there many times and my husband knows are orders but was looking for the correct number of the spicy italian when the punk at the counter said in a condescending manner "do you know what you want or do you need more time." My husband told him no and gave the orders, and asked for one sandwich to have additional bacon. The punk laughed and said it will be a while. My husband then went to the truck and upon coming back in he went and grabbed the chips and asked for the cups for our meal. The punk kid then yelled at my husband saying you didn't get a meal and when my husband said yes I wanted the meal the punk kid got another attitude with him. a second person assisted my husband as he had to buy the chips. my husband asked for a receipt for both purchases and the punk kid got offended. My husband grabbed the food and the punk kid made another comment under his breath. As my husband was walking out of the store the punk kid named Levi turned to him and yelled "faggot". way to go Jimmy Johns hiring bigots as employees. read more

I have needed to call the store twice to see why my order hasn't been delivered for over an hour and spoke both times to the manager who is very rude. The first time she stated Sunday's are very busy with deliveries and that it is probably best not to order on football Sunday. Just called again to see why my order still shows as "store has received your order" at an hour after ordering & she spoke again with an irritated tone and told me the driver will be leaving with my order now. They charge $6.00 for delivery that is supposed to be "freakishly fast"...will not be ordering from here again. read more

Every time I come to this location, I regret it. Not sure if a manager is ever present, but the kids who work there don't really seem to focus on customer service. For them it appears to be more about personal conversation and having fun. Not that you shouldn't try to have fun at work, but if someone is waiting for a sandwich, that should take precedence over telling a joke or about last nights date. The wait is always long, and that's frustrating when most fast food places have you in and out in under five minutes. Not sure if it was opposite day on this particular day, but when I ordered extra mayo, extra vinaigrette, dijon, and light sprouts imagine my surprise when I bit into my sub to find no mayo, no vinaigrette, extra dijon, and heavy sprouts. Okay so the other day we came in to try it out. What a joke! Service was spot on... as in they were to fast to let us tell them what we wanted on our sandwich and just made it. I asked if they could cut a pickle for my 2 year old and it was as if I asked them to cut an atom in half. So the food at least the food was good enough I wanted to give it another try and order it on the app. So I go to place the order in hopes that's I get it to how I would like it. Well I live 6.3 miles away and it says I am to far... really 6 miles. So I call just to see where they will deliver... yup you guessed it anywhere but my direction. So I have given up. Beware when ordering from this location!!!!! I always order an unwhich and apparently this location was never trained on unwhich construction. I keep hoping that will change but so far I get a pile of lettuce!! My last experience I ordered via the app, had a 30 min window for lunch and after 50 mins I called to find my sandwich was told all the drivers called off but my food was on it's way... 30 mins later I called back looking for my food was hung up on called back, talked to the manager who offered her apologies and 25% off my next order.... I'm starving, it's now 3:30pm on a busy Friday at work and I had to beg to get food delivered at all!! This is not the first time this location has left me hanging and I'm done!! I like JJ's and they save me when I get stuck at work but this particular location needs retraining in customer service!! Sandwiches are fine. Typical fast food fare, the same, no matter location. But their delivery policy is insane! They delivered to my house previously, but yesterday, I got a "nope, you are not on our map." Spoke to the manager on duty and he said "oh some driver may have done that, but shouldn't have." I explained that according to JJ's website we are 1.66 miles away. "Well they also look at time." Ok, Mapquest says we are 1.8 miles away and it takes 4 minutes. Now I get a lot of stumbling. Next the franchise owner, same spiel, distance, then time. When that didn't work, "It's corporate. They send someone to drive the area and determine delivery." What? How do they know the area? Don't JJ's bags say, "Exceptional Delivery" and the stickers "We Deliver," and how about those commercials? They could save a lot of money just using Mapquest. I've left a message for corporate, so onward and upward, but not holding my breath. read more
