Whatever you do, don't order delivery from this location. Twice now they've been more than 45 minutes in delivering my order. I live 5 minutes away and am unable to leave the house due to being high risk for COVID. When I called and asked for a refund, I was transferred to the manager, VINCE who ultimately hung up on me when I responded appropriately angrily when he suggested that if I wanted my food fast, I should have just come into the store. I ordered online a box lunch and an unwich for pickup. The store never submitted the confirmation of when my order was finished to notify me on my app. Arriving to the store, my Mom and I decided we were going to stay and eat inside. BIGGEST ISSUE: *****We walk in and to our surprise see an employee sitting ON TOP OF THE TABLE where meat and cheese is sliced. (He could of sat in a chair or in a booth!)The employee hopped off the table to give us our order. ***** Other comments: We grabbed our food and sat in a booth. I needed napkins but the employees didn't seem to notice me standing. The box lunch and unwich were overall good and made to order besides my bread it was a bit stale. Upon leaving, the other employee was right by the door and while we squeezed through to exit not a single exchange of communication was made "Thank you,excuse me, or have a nice day!". Ordered at 12:01, received at 1:08 after two calls. Second time this has happened. Rather than helping, the person on the phone just made up excuses for a delivery that took an HOUR (my delivery driver took eight deliveries while everyone else's took five. How is this even a valid excuse?? That makes no sense! Why did my delivery driver take more? Why did eight deliveries take so long, especially considering I live .2 miles from the store. Another excuse was that they had to deliver to more than just my town. Why?? There are two other locations nearby in the other towns that offer delivery, why is my town delivering there?) They blamed me for the issue because I didn't order before I was on my lunch/ before work. BEFORE WORK. Hours before I even know when my lunch is, and anticipating that I can use my phone an hour before my break. There is NO excuse why this took an hour! I want my money back, or at least the tip that the app only lets you send before you place your order. I wound up not being able to eat the sandwich because it got here after my lunch. So now I have to deal with a warm soggy sandwich and a watered down drink. Never ordering from here again. Not to mention a sandwich and a drink shouldn't cost $14.43 !!!! That's way too expensive. Honestly, I don't have a problem with the food at Jimmy John's. It's standard sandwich franchise fare and pretty decent overall. What I have issue with is the delivery service at this particular store. "Subs so fast you'll freak" they say, however when it takes the amount of time to deliver a sandwich that it does to deliver a pizza my starving tummy can't help but scream "false advertisement"! About a year ago I ordered a sandwich to be delivered to my work, 1.3 miles away from said Jimmy John's. I will admit, I didn't realize it was a customer appreciation day and trying to order a delivery was probably not the greatest decision after I found out but when my sandwich failed to appear 2 1/2 hours later I ended up just calling them back to cancel the order in frustration and vowed never to eat at that store again. That was until today, when I wanted to treat myself and my brother to a sandwich on our shortened lunch break and decided to allow the local store a chance to redeem itself. After first checking to make sure I didn't stumble upon yet another appreciation day I put in my order and waited patiently. After 45 minutes since placing my order my patience on my super fast sub wore out and I called the store. During that time the delivery driver finally appeared and they told me that it was "just really busy"...apparently that means 45 minutes to put together a Slim #1 and a Slim #2 and deliver it 1.3 miles away is perfectly acceptable despite promoting a super fast delivery time. This jimmy John's is by far the best one I have been too. I come to this location almost everyday. The employees are amazing and very helpfully. I left my phone at the store and when I got home I called them. The young MEXICAN gentlemen who spoke PERFECT English told me my phone is there. if they didn't care about their customers they could of taken it but no their respectful and kind. I have been to many places where the customer service is shitty but this jimmy johns is amazing they have my food ready before I pay and they always thank me by my first name. If I could give 10 stars I would. Don't mind what other people say. This is a great store. I watched an employee run outside and help an elderly lady in out of the freezing cold and snow. I came to this Jimmy johns looking for a veggie sandwich. I was very rudely treated by some high school or college guys working there. No smiles. So I asked for my veggie sandwhich and thought I would eat it quickly since I had to be somewhere in a short amount of time. I get home and there was my pitiful sandwich. Came with hard bread, the tiniest amount of BROWN lettice, two ends of a tomato, and a hot pepper that I never ordered. So being that this was questionable I checked out more and found there was a piece of bacon inside. Are you serious? I asked for a veggie, I don't eat meat. I had to cut tomatos and put more in to this bread with just mayo, pretty much. The whole point was because I had to be somewhere quickly and had no time to make any at home. Turns out I paid kids for making my own sandwhich anyhow. The worst sandwhich I have had from any Jimmy Johns locations. They don't keep up with santiation and have really grimy people that work there. I have never typed a Yelp review but with everyone else also having bad experiences I needed to. This crew should be fired. I just had the worst experience at this Jimmy Johns. My wife, 10 month old son and I went in to grab some lunch. She ordered a #1 I order a #11 with no mayo and a pickle. After my first bite, I noticed that my sandwich had mayo and I inspected both sandwiches just to be sure, they both had mayo. I returned it and asked for a #11 without mayo and oil and vinegar. They made me a #1 with no mayo, not a #11. Quite annoyed, I then went to wash my hands and returned to the front counter to get the sandwich which I had ordered, for the 3rd time. The tall Latino gentleman making my sandwich proceeded to argue with me saying that the sandwich he made was a #1 without mayo. I said, yes, but I ordered a #11. I can't even remember what his reasoning was, it didn't even make any logical sense. He then opened the sandwich, lightly tossing it on the counter, and continued arguing with me about the sandwich he made. I said "there is no way I'm letting this guy make my food." and I left for find another establishment. My wife stayed with the baby and continued to eat, I went and ordered Chinese food around the corner. My wife notified me via text that they had made the #11 as ordered. I have never had to argue with someone in food service before. I came back with my chinese food and threw the sandwich and the pickle away, and, might I add, they forgot to give me the pickle the first time when I initially collected the sandwiches, I had to ask for it. The workers there are seemingly incompetent Especially the gentleman I was arguing with who was rude, inconsiderate and belligerent. I didn't argue with the other two but no one was catering towards problem solving, no one took any responsibility, according to them the customer was wrong.
