I hadn't bee to a Jimmy John's for awhile; I used to recall quick service, but this location might have been a new crew. Ordered 2 unwitch sandwiches and a regular. Order was read back but somehow only one unwich and other 2 full subs. I didn't get a receipt until food was prepared and I left. Took a long time to have my order prepared so I was in a hurry to leave to meet others - that's when I found out only one unwich. Then looked at receipt and it was wrong, so not sure why he repeated it correctly but was ordered wrong. The sandwich led were good but I placing of order was somewhat difficult, order was wrong and very untimely in preparation. So I could only give this location a 3 star. read more

I was hoping that my first review in Indiana was going to be something special or unique but holy cow, there was NOTHING open at 2:30 PM on a weekday. Yelp fibbed at me a couple of times and I finally just gave up and got a sandwich from JJ's. Ordering on the app, I was able to customize my unwich to add cucumbers and dijon mustard, dropping the mayonaise. Ordering from 8 minutes away, it was being placed on the shelf the moment I walked in the door to pick it up. That seems a little bit slower than the usual "freaky fast" but it's all good. The lady that's the daytime manager here runs a tight ship and does a great job modeling customer-service for the staff. I love using the app, and then I grab & go in seconds - some might even characterize it as Freaky Fast. The sandwiches are always made right and the order is always complete. Jimmy John's on State Street is still providing 5-star service. I've used their delivery A LOT (I know they yell, "Star's placed another order), even before the COVID19 crisis. My orders arrive fast - the tracker is a very useful tool. My orders are consistently delivered by friendly drivers. They're always accurate and fresh (love their bread) and I do believe in customizing my sandwiches. When I want a meal that I know will be consistent in good taste, freshness, and freaky fast service I place an online order with Jimmy John's. Ordered Jimmy John's through the app for pickup, since in house dining is not allowed during this COVID-19 pandemic. I listed out each order by name in the app like it allows. When we got there to pick it up, it wasn't ready. Waited... the staff wasn't ready to help, so when the delivery guy came in he offered to help. He didn't was his hands or have gloves on. When the sandwiches were put in the bag, there were no chips and no pickles that we had ordered. We reminded them of the chips and pickles. Ended up leaving thinking we had the correct order but they had left out the kicking ranch we paid for. The bread was great like always, but they barely put any guacamole/avocado spread on the club beach. The club beach looked like a toddler had made it. Turkey, cheese, a spoon of avocado and a little bit of lettuce. Also none of the sandwiches were cut in half as requested. They couldn't even cut the pickles all the way through. I probably won't eat Jimmy John's again. I can make my own sandwich for $7. read more

The jimmy johns on State Street has the worst delivery in New Albany. Long wait time and you might get most of what you ordered.

I really love Jimmy John's, but the last time I ordered delivery it took them 45 minutes to get to me. 45 minutes is longer than I wait for most pizza places to deliver, so it's pretty crazy that a store who advertises "Freaky Fast Delivery" takes so long to arrive. read more

My review is based on the delivery drivers. One passed me on the interstate a week ago and they were driving insanely fast and wreckless. If you want to have a delivery service, fine. But I had my 4 children, one being a infant in the car with me And if that guy would have hit me with his wreckless driving, you'd have been sued until you had nothing left. Maybe teach your drivers how to properly drive. read more
