Ordered 2 of the toasted sandwiches. 1 Toast beef& cheddar and 1Chicken bacon ranch. Also a regular Tuna. The first 2 were meal deals which include a side and drink. I ordered chips for both. Only received 1 bag. Although they are both listed on the receipt. But the bigger problem is the bread. It was toasted to almost being burnt. It was extremely hard to chew. The chicken I threw out. My dad visited this place this evening to have one of the worst experiences ever. He placed an order for a roast beef sub. Both workers spent awhile making the sandwich. Brought sandwich home and realized the sandwich had no roast beef on it! Brought it back to get a big attitude from the kid behind the counter. Giving him lip and no apology. AWFUL - this location has gone down hill completely. Tonight: I ordered at 7:50pm for delivery (1.4 miles away). At 8:45, still no food. No call. Nothing. I finally call there because they close at 9 - girl says "uh....we ran out of bread". What?? So you don't call me? Or email? Or text? Just going to let me sit here all night waiting? Today's visit was so very disappointing. I usually frequent this location and have never had a problem. Today I ordered three sandwiches one of which was a wrap. I opened the paper when I got home and I think my 8 year old nephew could have made the wrap better than the employee there. It literally unwrapped when I took the paper off. I don't know if the tortilla was just not fresh or they wrapped it wrong but it opened up and when I took a bite everything inside started falling out. It was more like a floppy taco. I hope they improve their sandwich making skills. Also, why is it whenever I walk in they look at you like you're a bother. Improvement is definitely needed! read more

Its a shame that this company would charge Local 597 Students a $2.50 Charge per order at both lunch brakes. This is a rip off because the driver does not see a penny for the orders. She said that she was watching while they made my sandwich and when i asked what I wanted she didn't even know my order. Terrible example for her employees. My wife and I ate here this past Saturday night. The store was clean, the service was prompt and the employes were pleasant. Jessica helped us. She seems like a great employee. The food is great, the place is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I've had a problem with has been the delivery at this specific JJ. I live across the street and had to call and cancel my order after waiting over 50 minutes and previously calling twice to ask where they were. Go here alllll the time for lunch or dinner. The subs are very good. If I had a family that liked sandwiches, I would totally go here everyday and bring some for the family. Staff is super nice too. We have been ordering from this jimmy johns since they opened this location. We are 3.1 miles from the store. I called the other night to order sandwiches for delivery, which I was told would take 45 minutes, that is fine, I know how busy they must have been. I was asked my address and put on hold for quite a while when a different person got on the phone and told me they cant/won't/havn't ever delivered here. What...yes you have over and over again, he couldn't even pull our address up on his maps because he personally was out of data on his phone..What? He proceeds to tell me its against the law...What? Knowing now i wouldn't get sandwiches this night I gave my name and # to them and asked for the name of the store manager Corey to call me at his earliest convenience only to be told that this manager would never call me back but this person would still leave the note where he would see it...What? This is a legitimate business, right? This was 4 days ago...yep no phone call! There are a lot of new sandwich shops in area and on principal alone we will start trying them out.
