Completely grossed out. And I almost left without ordering. As I'm walking through the parking lot to come in an employee was getting out of his car and he comes in with his apron on coughing, hacking and goes directly to meet me at the register no way he washes his hands, then he bit his fingernail or bit off a little piece of skin. I don't know, but that was gross. Luckily he didn't make my sandwich and the guy that did put gloves on but still absolutely disgusting and not acceptable for a food service restaurant. I recently had open heart surgery and asked my wife to stop for an Unwich - lettuce wrap. She told them just turkey and oil and vinegar due to my having a restricted sodium diet. She ordered a number six with no cucumbers. Waited about half hour because it was busy. When she got home my wrap was loaded with mayo and hers with cucumbers. Beyond annoyed. I work on a tight schedule for lunchtimes in between meetings on some days. On those days, I usually run to get something or order from a place I KNOW will be quick . Enter Jimmy Johns. I ordered around 12:25 on a Friday afternoon. I have the app because I use their tracking feature. As you can see from the picture provided, I waited quite a while- time was 1:15 when it was delivered , not even to me, a coworker accepted it. NEVER did the app get updated( so I could go get it from the common area). I made 2 calls , both of them were unconcerned and VERY unapologetic. I have ordered multiple times from this location- this is the first time, and the worst experience I've ever had( including door dash). My sandwich- Soggy, and soaked through. Nice, Jimmy Johns. Take AWAY their "freaky fast", they no longer qualify. read more

I needed a quick lunch and driving by I saw the drive thru. Being my first time having Jimmy John's the sandwich is ok. The menu has regular 8" subs for about $5.75. Slims in the middle for about $4.25. Then giant clubs for $6.75 I got the beach club on wheat and the mayo overpowered the avocado which didn't seem like there was a lot. Sprouts were optional which was a good addition. We ordered a party platter for an event we posted. They had the 30 pc. platter ready on short notice. I wouldn't say it was "freaky fast", but we were able to pick it up 30 minutes after we placed the order. The sandwiches were good and we were given plenty of condiments on the side, as requested. I give them 4 stars only because the customer service was a little dicey. No one seemed very knowledgeable about sandwich platters or prices and when we got there, they tried to be stingy with the napkins. read more

We bought several sandwiches, my elderly mother found a blue rubber band in her sandwich. She called to report it to the store. They were extremely rude to elderly mother and called her a liar. She didn't want anything, just to report it so no one else would potentially get hurt. We are extremely saddened at how your employees treat elderly people. I used to work here and I finally quit due to the continuous invitations into the bathroom by the male employees to snort mystery drugs. I brought this up to the GM and nothing was done. After that I found out by the GMs mouth he does COKE all day long. Take it from a past employee, don't go here. The job was easy but being the only person there not on drugs was too much for me. I tried to go here xmas eve about 15 min before they were supposed to close. The open sign was lit up & an employees car was in the lot. I drove through the drive thru & nothing, then pulled up to look in, all the lights were on but the employee had put all the food away before he was supposed to & obviously were hiding from customers. I went to the nearby Walgreens & as I drove by the Jimmy Johns, the employee had turned out the lights & was walking to his car. Such a foolish way to do business. A lot of customers were looking to eat here but had to go elsewhere. I understand working holidays isn't the best, but if you are scheduled to work, you should. I doubt I'll ever think of coming here again. read more

For a fast food sandwich place, this works. Nice selection of sandwiches. Wish they had more for rolls than white. They deliver, but make sure to check your order. Driver left my drink in his car. Okay so I have ordered from this location multiple times and every time it has been bad. Today we ordered for sandwiches and every single one was wrong when I called to talk to a manager about it I was told she was too busy to talk to us then once you finally came and talked to her she corrected the order to shoot get new sandwiches out to us but we are charged the wrong amount we needed to be charged $2 extra more, which is fine but she reached hard work hard the full amount plus the $2 extra and then said she would refund the original now in 2 to 3 business days after we had noticed it. There are views on Facebook and the ratings truly reflect dislocations business. They always do a very bad job every time we have order from them and something is always messed up. When we called to let her know about the sandwiches she acted like it was our fault and asked if we order them incorrectly which we had not really fine and let her know who had taken our order she said Oh well he's new so its not really his fault. Never again will I order from this location. The location that is by my house off of North oak Trafficway is so much better. read more

I have been in this shop once and attempted to order from them today. Both times the staff has been half a step above rude. They make no attempt to assist you and appear to be annoyed that you are there or have called. Today, we ordered food an hour ahead of schedule and an hour after it was to be delivered we had to call back only to be told that we were 2 blocks out of their delivery area and that the employee who took the order forgot to write down the phone number. There was no apology or attempt to correct the situation. Not a good representation of the Jimmy John's franchise at all. We will not go to this location again. read more

Sorry to say this was my last visit to this store. I have been stopping by almost weekly to pick up my favorite sub on my way to work. Always happy with the service and my meal. About a month or so ago they started telling me they cannot cut my sub into four pieces. I have always gotten it that way as I share it with others. Up until today I explain myself and they go ahead and cut it as I ask. Today they would not. The young man at the window was polite but emphatically explains to me he's not allowed to and asks if it's really that important to me. I tell him it is as several of us being things to eat and we all share. I then pull up to the window and ask him if he wants my business or not. He replies that he does but cannot cut any sandwich into fourths. And I leave. Corporate you have trained the young man well.
