Oysters were as beautiful as they were varied and delicious; jamon iberico de bellota (this was the real deal, by the way) that transported me back to Catalunya; a panko-breaded halibut dish with mashed potatoes and some of the most vibrant collared greens I've ever eaten. We did wear our bibs and said we would only have this meal with certain people because it is messy!! It was the crab legs that made it messy - if I went with someone else I would probably have shrimp (awesome) and sausage (didn't try, but I bet it's good).
